The undistorted line scan image acquisition of pot external surface is a crucial prerequisite for implementing defect detection on processed surfaces. Aiming at the problem of serious geometrical distortion on the external surface of pot, this paper constructs a line scan imaging system for the cylindrical side surface and the circular bottom surface of the pot, along with a corresponding algorithm for correcting distortion in line scan images. Firstly, by establishing constraints on parameters such as pot dimensions, rotation speed of turntable, and camera line rate, we acquire line scan images of the external surface. Subsequently, based on spatial relationship between the pot and line scan camera, as well as line scan camera's field-of-view angle, segmentation is achieved for side and bottom images in line scan images. Finally, utilizing angular constraints between external surface and line scan camera, we realize geometric distortion correction for side and bottom images;polar coordinate transformation principle is employed to correct geometric distortion in bottom image. Experimental results demonstrated that pixel error between corrected images processed by aforementioned methods and ideal images is less than 0.2 pixels, indicating potential to provide distortion-free data support for defect detection and quantitative analysis of external surface. © 2024 ieee.

This research work unveils a groundbreaking cryptographic strategy designed to bolster the security of wireless sensor networks (WSNs). By harnessing the combined strengths of Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) and advanced Encryption Standard (AES), this study introduces a novel hybrid approach, denoted as ECC + AES cryptographic system. The primary objective of this system is to fortify the security of data transmission within WSNs. Crafted with a keen understanding of the challenges presented by resource-constrained environments such as WSNs, the ECC + AES solution demonstrates a remarkable capability to ensure data protection. The research's innovative outcomes address the inherent vulnerabilities that characterize WSNs, offering a robust and resilient approach to safeguarding sensitive data. The amalgamation of ECC and AES not only fortifies data security but also does so with minimal impact on resource allocation, effectively minimizing both memory usage and energy consumption. In doing so, the study bridges the gap between security and efficiency, presenting a cryptographic framework that is not only robust but also tailored to the practical demands of WSNs. In an era defined by the proliferation of data and the growing importance of secure communication, the ECC + AES cryptographic system emerges as a pioneering solution. By proposing a hybrid approach that effectively merges cryptographic prowess with resource efficiency, this research underscores its potential to reshape the landscape of data security within WSNs. © 2023 ieee.

The intelligent Student Learning Prediction Model using Enhanced Deep Learning Principles (EDLP) platform is a major leap in the domain at the intersection of educational technology and artificial intelligence. We present a new, predictive model that combines AlexNet (a state-of-the-art convolutional neural network architecture for image recognition) with a very deep DNN tailored to analyze diverse data types from traditional academic records as well as complex input based on pictures. By taking advantage of these strengths-high-precision image-based feature extraction using AlexNet, and comprehensive data analysis with a DNN-the EDLP model is designed to make the most accurate predictions yet regarding student learning *** research provides a comprehensive description of the methodologies used to develop the EDLP model, which includes data preprocessing, feature engineering, and their articulation with machine learning technologies. This is importantly on application of the model instituted a prediction rate of 97.6%, which indeed marked a prompted potential revolution in educational assessment and personalized learning strategies. This level of predictive accuracy, despite being more oriented towards the very effective profiling and prediction of the needs of a single student, places more emphasis on the great value the model offers as a tool to help educators and policy-makers be effective in improving teaching and learning. Thus, the implications of EDLP also relate not only to its ability to predict academic performance but are equally important regarding learning success-influencing factors as well as related intervention strategies. © 2024 ieee.

intelligent navigation systems play an important role in the 5G (Fifth Generation) era, but there are some shortcomings in information transmission and positioning. This article explored the application of visual communication technology in the design of intelligent navigation systems. By combining with 5G technology, visual communication technology could achieve functions such as augmented reality navigation, real-time display of traffic conditions, recognition and labeling of landmark buildings, and personalized user interface design. These applications could provide more accurate and real-time navigation information and personalized user experience, thereby improving the functionality and performance of intelligent navigation systems. The improved network transmission speed, low latency communication, and large-scale device connectivity capabilities of 5G technology provided the foundation for the implementation of visual communication technology. Through experimental testing, this article verified the advantages of comprehensive technical means in intelligent navigation systems, including 5G communication technology and visual communication technology. Overall, intelligent navigation systems in the 5G era combined 5G technology and visual communication technology to achieve more efficient and intelligent navigation system design, thus improving user experience and navigation effects. © 2023 ieee.

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) has found extensive applications across various research domains, encompassing fields such as health and drug discovery. In the realm of pregnancy, there exist complications or disorders that pose a danger posed by well-being of both the fetus and its pregnant mother. The monitoring of fetal health is a fundamental aspect of prenatal care, playing a vital role in safeguarding the welfare of both the growing fetus and pregnant individuals. This thorough review article explores the crucial domain of fetal health assessment, with particular emphasis on the application of Deep Learning as well Machine Learning methodologies that functions in concert with ultrasound and cardiotocography (CTG) data. Evaluating fetal growth, development, and well-being, therefore establishing a fundamental. This study investigates the multifunctionality of Ultrasonography as a tool for examining fetal anatomy, as well as the informative capabilities of cardiotocography (CTG) in collecting crucial insights via the appraisal of the fetal heart rate patterns throughout the process of labour and delivery. This paper conducts preliminary analysis of the scholarly literature spanning the last five-years (2018-2023) to discern the prevalent methodologies, techniques, algorithms, and frameworks within Machine Learning and Deep Learning applied in multimodal calculating for the health and happiness of pregnant women. © 2024 ieee.

An additional portable charging station system for electric vehicles (EV) is proposed. The classification of electric vehicles is presented and the implementation of a portable charging station for electric cars is described. A photovoltaic system design is considered, including photovoltaic power generation module (PVPGM) and power transmission module design, system modelling and analysis, including solar radiation analysis, photovoltaic power generation analysis, and wireless power transmission analysis. The research method is presented and an innovative system is designed, which will be an additional portable charging station for an electric car. This system will use a photovoltaic power generation module for charging electric vehicles in combination with a WPT and a supercapacitor. A system consisting of two main parts is obtained: the PVPGM and the power transmission module. The developed system will be able to charge an electric car using solar energy. A mathematical model of solar cells for effective use in an innovative system is given. Relevant conclusions and results were obtained.

Real-time systems based on internet of things (IoT) are becoming increasingly crucial in safeguarding the safety and integrity of our water supply by means of the continuous monitoring of water quality. These systems are designed to continuously measure and transmit data on numerous water quality parameters with the aid of sensors and advanced technologies. The monitored data is then transmitted to a central server for investigation, enabling the early detection of potential water contamination *** effective method to address pH issues is the use of pH adjusting chemicals, such as acids or bases. By applying these chemicals, the pH level of the water can be brought to a more neutral range. This is especially important when the pH of the water falls outside the acceptable range for drinking or irrigation ***, high levels of turbidity, which indicate the presence of suspended particles in the water, can be mitigated through filtration or sedimentation techniques. These methods help to effectively remove the particles, improving the clarity and quality of the *** addition to addressing specific water quality concerns, the utilization of sensors and other monitoring technologies enables the identification of contamination sources. This valuable information allows for the implementation of appropriate treatment strategies. It may involve employing chemical treatments, physical separation techniques, or other methods to eliminate or neutralize ***, the adoption of the aforesaid system for monitoring water quality significantly contributes to ensuring the safety of our water supply. By protecting public health and the environment, these systems play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our water resources. © 2023 ieee.

Breast cancer is still a global health concern, chiefly affecting women, as it is one of the major causes of cancer mortality. For the therapy to be effective, early diagnosis of cancer is critical to raising the survival level and increasing the effectiveness of the procedure. The advancement in the applied technique of Machine Learning (ML) has brought further opportunities for early and effective diagnosis of breast cancer. This review paper provides insights into how different ML algorithms including the Support Vector Machine (SVM), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Random Forests, and many more have contributed to the detection of breast cancer. These algorithms have proved effective in providing solutions to various medical data and imaging including early diagnosis and treatment. The paper also looks at the use of ML with precision medicine to show that these technologies will help minimize false diagnoses and offer better treatment options. This review consolidates recent works and advancements to emphasize the prospect of ML in breast cancer management and calls for more studies to enhance its implementation in practice © 2024 ieee.

The article analyzes the installation cost management based on BIM technology, and then discusses the model construction in the installation project cost management based on BIM technology. Building installation construction is the longest time, the most complicated technology, and the most risky in the whole process management of engineering projects. At this stage, a large amount of project management information is carried. Using the concept of refined management, a BIM solution for the whole process of construction and installation engineering was proposed. Combined with the analysis of engineering examples, the construction unit should also actively apply advanced technology methods such as BIM to provide a dynamic and reliable reference basis for fine management, so as to promote the data mining of the fine management node of building installation and construction. © 2022 ieee.
