In order to improve traffic management, protect our natural ecosystem, and boost safe driving, the automated mass transit idea was developed. Approach for this study have become more document, and the 5Vs of Big data are used to characterize their data. Big data analytics must therefore be used if such data are to be completely utilized. The cloud storage facilities where data is handled are connected to the ITS equipment via the Internet of Vehicles (IoV). Huge data transfers from regionally dispersed products, notwithstanding, cause limited bandwidth, delays, and power usage. Additionally, using an unified method to handle big data produces high speed that lag time apps could perhaps accept. For real-time large data processing, fog computing is thought to be a potential tool. Fog software mainly evaluated cloud - based applications by distributing business applications at the program's periphery, which offers quicker answers to utility inquiries and conserves network services. Regrettably, in the changing world, it is difficult to apply cloud services and the logic design for real-time large data computation. This article suggests an innovative design for real-time big data analytics in the world. Three dimensions-intelligent intelligence, real-time big data analytics, and dimension-are combined in the suggested design. The ecosystem, big data features, the functional design for authentic big data analytics, and the several clever information technology platforms are also covered in detail in this article. More significantly, this article examines the advantages and disadvantages of assessment big data analytics and cloud technology into the surroundings. The important points and upcoming study path’s part addresses some topics that need to be taken into account for the suggested design to be implemented effectively. © 2024 ieee.

IoT paradigm raises several critical challenges that are still difficult to achieve, such as message-integrity checking, authentication, and the lack of security. Blockchain as an emerging technology provides secure communication architecture. Moreover, relying on Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) model-based smart contract realizes a trans-organizational access control. Creating these Blockchain-based IoT applications raises challenging tasks, mainly related to knowledge exchange between various artifacts and humans. Since ontology facilitates the exchange of knowledge between users and systems and between the systems themselves, it constitutes de facto an ineluctable design to tackle the semantic interoperability issues by providing a unified representation of knowledge and sharing a common understanding of the semantic context structure. Thereby, using the ABAC mechanism and Blockchain paradigm with an ontological model promotes semantic contextual knowledge inferences and facilitates autonomous decision making without the intervention of a trusted third party, which could easily collect valuable private information unbeknownst to the users.

Fog computing is a term made by Cisco that insinuates extending cloud computing to the edge of a network. Indeed, fog computing supports the operation of Fog/cloud, storage and networking services between end devices and conveyed processing data centers. While depending on the fog network will enhance the performance by eliminating the upper layer between IoT devices and Cloud servers by making users and devices closer to the servers. But as users become closer to the servers and data centers, attackers also become closer too, this will make the fog layer subjected more to attack and the data centers will be dangerous. Now fog computing faces new-fangled security and assurance defies other than those procured from cloud computing. In this paper work, we will list the types of attacks that affect the Fog network and we discuss the available solution, moreover, we will illustrate our new method to protect this layer from the attacks which will introduce a new security layer between IoT devices and fog network to detect and prevent the attacks from reaching the fog layer. In addition, we will protect the fog layer from blocking when an attack is presented. We also discuss some existing methods that have been suggested to address real-time security challenges. The research community should consider prospective future research directions when we look into the issues in research that need to be solved.

The process of deciphering, extracting, and compiling information from texts dense with domain-specific terminology and technical jargon is a challenging endeavor. It demands considerable expertise and deep knowledge in the respective field, resulting in a labor-intensive process when executed by humans. Furthermore, the task of identifying multiple class labels in extensive texts presents a challenge due to intra- and inter-reader variability, making the process time-consuming and ***'re introducing a user-friendly graphical interface, fortified with a BERT model-powered decision support system. This advanced system aims to augment efficiency, curtail data collection time, and sustain high precision in data acquisition. It is instrumental in deciphering and synthesizing intricate texts teeming with a spectrum of expressions, even within similar mitigation categories. Such tasks traditionally demand substantial human effort and specialized knowledge in the *** system is specifically engineered for the task of extracting environmental mitigation information to promote sustainable hydropower development from licenses issued by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). These license documents are comprehensive, each containing over 15,000 words and requiring the identification of 135 different class labels. We anticipate that our system will boost reading speed, improve the consistency of classification outputs among readers, and contribute to the development of a robust scientific database of environmental mitigations associated with the 2,000+ non-federal hydropower facilities licensed by FERC in the United States. © 2024 ieee.

The explosive growth of power data in the process of new power system business operation has high utilization value, how to maximize the value of data mining at the same time, to ensure its privacy in the collection, transmission, aggregation and analysis is a critical issue that needs to be addressed. This paper proposes a data privacy protection scheme (FL-SS) based on federal learning and secret sharing. Firstly, based on the federal learning framework, the information of gateway local training model parameters is distributed and reconfigured to ensure the security of the model updating process while preventing the betrayal of internal gateways;meanwhile, a lightweight communication key negotiation mechanism is designed to protect the transmission process of model parameters and data. The comparison experiments show that FL-SS has better performance in terms of accuracy and energy consumption compared with other similar schemes. © 2023 ieee.

By introducing the processing and resources storage to the network edge, edge computing is a new, promising computing paradigm that drastically decreases network traffic and service latency. Many edge computing applications consist of interdependent tasks, wherein the results of one task are the inputs of another. The important and difficult problem of where to position each running task to optimise Quality-of-Service (QoS) is how to offload these tasks to edge of network. In this work, implemented a novel Deep Reinforcement Learning based Task Offloading (DRLTO) method utilized as the intelligent task offloading that uses a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) to represent the dependent tasks and off-policy reinforcement learning powered by a Sequence-to-Sequence (S2S) neural network. This research outcomes show that the DRLTO achieved less cloud processing time, and number of single terminal tasks, and percentage of failed task when compared to Deep reinforcement learning-based cloud-edge collaborative mobile computation offloading (DRL-CCMCO) and DeepEdge. © 2024 ieee.

WSNs are made up of a network of sensor nodes that are used to track environmental characteristics like pressure, temperature, etc. and communicate the data to the intended location. Networks must overcome obstacles including security, routing, problems with energy conservation, scalability, dependability, secrecy, integrity, authentication, and others when transmitting information. Different routing systems, including data-centric, location- and mobility-based, Quality of Service (QoS)-based, and multipath routing protocols, have been employed to address these issues. Even while these routing methods guarantee a successful transaction, the network still has to manage intermediary assaults that can completely alter the content of messages being carried. Therefore, a number of cryptographic approaches have been used to minimise the network. The newly developed symmetric and asymmetric algorithms are susceptible to problems with route latency, area overhead, and on-chip power consumption. Thus, to reduce these harmful actions in WSNs, an efficient reduced key size and high security based cryptographic method must be used. Utilizing the limited network resources, the main goal of the study is to increase network security while reducing network overhead and path delay-related problems. © 2023 ieee.

Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) remain a crucial challenge in healthcare systems, highly contributing to patient mortality. We present an innovative smart pharmacy system that utilizes advanced large language models (LLMs) to enhance drug safety and pharmacy operational efficiency. Our system integrates real-time data from patient's prescriptions, medication databases, and electronic health records (EHR) to automate the detection of potential drug interactions, optimizing clinical decision-making and reducing ADR-related risks. The system's architecture is designed to easily manage prescription processing for patients, inventory management and control, and Pharmacist consultations through an intelligent chatbot interface. Key features include real-time tracking of medication expiration and inventory levels, an interaction checker API for identifying and mitigating risky drug combinations, and an LLM-powered chatbot for accurate data analysis and visualization. By combining advanced computational techniques with AI-driven insights, our smart pharmacy system not only improves medication safety but also eases pharmacy operations. This transformative approach holds the potential to significantly reduce ADR-related hospital admissions and enhance overall healthcare delivery. Our research underscores the vital role of AI and LLMs in modern pharmacy practice, offering an inclusive solution that integrates easily into existing healthcare infrastructures. The proposed smart pharmacy system can be plugged into hospital EHR systems to automatically track patient medications. © 2025 ieee.

Nowadays, increasingly advanced Artificial Intelligence techniques are progressively being integrated with design methodologies. The use of advanced inferential models trained on real-time data is making it possible to analyze the dynamic behaviors of very complex systems simply by observing them through vision-based measurement techniques, offering an innovative approach to indirect measurement of forces at play without the need for additional bulky and difficult-to-install sensors. However, it is not always possible to estimate the reliability of these systems because they depend on variables that are poorly controlled and difficult to assess. In addition, the assessment of measurement uncertainty is critical for the adoption of data-driven artificial intelligence models in commercial products and services. This paper explores the possibility of using cameras for the development of a virtual sensor for the dynamic analysis of human balance in a balance platform system. The developed virtual sensor is characterized by estimating the propagation of the measurement uncertainty through the use of the Monte Carlo method. The results obtained make it possible to evaluate the metrological performance of the proposed method. © 2024 ieee.
