In the field of sign language generation, Transformer-based models have been widely studied, but their quadratic computational complexity poses challenges. State Space Models (SSMs), like Mamba, offer a promising alternative with efficient long-range interaction modeling and linear complexity. In this study, we propose a two-stage generative framework for sign language generation, called Sign-Mamba, based on the state selection mechanism of SSM. In the first stage, we designed a Mamba-based encoder-decoder architecture, where the encoder captures the latent space representation and a symmetric decoder reconstructs it back into sign language skeletal points. In the second stage, the sign language latent space predicted by the Mamba-based latent predictor is used as a condition to guide the reconstruction network in generating more precise skeletal point sequences. We conducted comprehensive experiments on the PHOENIX and How2Sign datasets, and the results indicate that Sign-Mamba demonstrates competitive performance in sign language generation tasks. In recent years, the integration of GPS and 4G technology for asset monitoring has gained significant traction, playing a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and productivity within today's dynamic business landscape. Effective asset tracking and monitoring have become paramount for businesses seeking to optimize their operations. This paper unveils a comprehensive system utilizing a blend of GPS and 4G technologies to deliver real-time tracking and monitoring of movable assets. The system is designed to be user-friendly, dependable and cost-effective, to make it suitable for diverse applications. At its core, the system leverages an ESP32 microcontroller board and SIM7600 Communication Module, facilitating True Cellular Internet of Things (IoT) functionality. Integration of a GPS module enables real-time tracking, providing precise and up-to-date location data for the assets. This critical data is securely stored on a cloud platform, granting asset managers immediate access and enabling real-time tracking through a dedicated user interface. One significant advantage of this system lies in its portability and adaptability to remote locations, owing to its battery-powered design. This feature ensures its usefulness even in areas with limited power resources. The system's design, combining GPS, 4G, and cloud storage capabilities, provides a comprehensive solution for effective asset monitoring, offering valuable insights to enhance decision-making processes. This paper delves into the design, implementation, and evaluation of the system, shedding light on its capabilities and potential applications. By seamlessly integrating GPS and 4G technology, this asset monitoring system is useful for to technological advancements, with a scalable and efficient solution for businesses across various sectors.

Recent deformable 3D Gaussians methods achieve high-quality reconstruction and real-time rendering. However, they require multi-view information and are not applicable to single-view dynamic scenes captured from mobile phones. Additionally, the high-dimensional hidden layer of deformation MLP and the excessive number of Gaussian primitives and attributes impose significant storage pressure, greatly limiting their practical application. To address the issues, we propose a novel Lightweight Deformable 3D Gaussians teacher-student framework. Specifically, we initialize Gaussian primitives with an initialization strategy designed for single-view scenes, and then optimize the teacher model using color and depth information. For the trained teacher model, we distill deformation MLP, prune Gaussian primitives and Gaussian attributes, and finally obtain a student model with low storage and high efficiency. Public benchmark experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of our framework, showing a compression rate exceeding 4× while maintaining satisfactory rendering quality. Project page: https://***/ldg/.

This paper examines the use of IoT-integrated Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for precise analysis of vehicle audio signals. The context highlights the growing intricacy of vehicle systems and the need for advanced monitoring methods. Acoustic signals generated by different vehicle components may provide significant insights about vehicle health; nevertheless, traditional analysis techniques are often ineffective. The Internet of Things (IoT) technology allows real-time data collection from sensors installed on vehicles, which is then analyzed using CNNs to identify certain patterns and abnormalities in auditory signals. The approaches used include using IoT sensors to record various vehicle noises and utilizing CNNs for feature extraction and classification, providing great defect detection precision. The results indicate the system's capacity to detect engine faults, braking deficiencies, and other mechanical concerns early, enabling quick treatments. It presents a novel methodology for vehicle monitoring, enhancing predictive maintenance, safety, and performance, with prospects for future developments in autonomous diagnostics. The proposed system improved vehicle acoustic signal processing using IoT and CNN models, achieving high accuracy of 99% in anomaly detection, preventive maintenance, and real-time traffic monitoring.

The rise of mental health issues as a public health concern necessitates efficient detection methods. Social media is now an integral part of daily life, where users frequently share stress-related experiences. This study investigates synthetic data generation techniques to expand datasets and improve the accuracy of stress analysis in social media posts using machine learning models. Using the OpenAI GPT-4o-mini model through its API, we implement two text augmentation techniques, paraphrasing and inspirational augmentation, generating diverse datasets with original, paraphrased, and inspirationally augmented texts. Evaluations on BERT and DistilBERT show that the combined dataset led to the best result, with BERT achieving an accuracy of 84.74%, compared to 73.94% with the baseline. Our experimental evaluation, conducted on real-world user posts, demonstrates that synthetic datasets significantly improve stress analysis accuracy, highlighting its potential for mental health detection in social media. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

This paper presents the solar cell data acquisition system. The solar cell is characterized by impedance which depends on environmental conditions. The solar cell data acquisition system is designed to measure the impedance of the solar cell. The improved impedance mathematical model of a solar cell is proposed. The experimental Nyquist plot was fitted by using the improved expression for impedance of the solar cell.

On the basis of Ukrainian university experience the project management methodology for the provision of educational services to the foreign customer was developed. In this methodology the general calculation of a quantitative assessment of the quality of teaching is applied. To significantly reduce the time for calculations, the universal computing program has been created. In this paper a novel digital data conversion scheme is proposed that may be applied in analog or digital data acquisition systems. In this scheme possible input redundancy of combinational logic circuit is eliminated by argument reduction. CAM (associative memory) is used in two implementations - for binary and ternary logic, respectively. For binary CAM hardware generators of column masks may be applied. The resulting digital structure can be easily implemented in FPGA.
