In the surge of the digital era, the role of educational information systems is increasingly prominent, serving as essential tools to enhance teaching quality and management efficiency. This paper addresses the limitations of traditional educational information systems in handling complex, multi-source data, particularly the challenges in data integration and information correlation, proposing an innovative design approach. Through deep learning technologies, notably a multi-source information correlation method based on convolutional neural networks (CNNs), this study aims to develop a system capable of effectively processing multi-source and multi-granular data within the educational domain. The system design encompasses the entire process from data collection and information correlation to system construction, striving to provide the educational sector with an efficient, intelligent information processing platform. Experimental results demonstrate significant advantages of the system in terms of educational information accuracy and processing speed, promising innovative changes for educational management and pedagogical research. © 2024 SPIE.

The Internet of Things, or loT, is a rapidly expanding field that has been integrated into numerous different industries. Thanks to this technology, devices may send, receive, and analyze data without the assistance of a human. loT security and privacy concerns continue to be a significant obstacle, despite the fact that it has gained widespread acceptance in a number of important domains due to its ability to simplify human life and enhance service quality. To protect loT networks from different attacks, an anomaly-based intrusion detection system (IDS) can be included as a security feature. In order to combat various cyberattacks in Internet of Things environments, this study suggests an anomaly-based intrusion detection system (IDS). The suggested approach makes use of in order to enhance anomaly identification performance and reduce the dimension of the data characteristics.. © 2024 ieee.

Facing climate change and resource constraints, this article explores the innovative application of artificial intelligence in green building design. It proposes intelligent solutions based on machine learning and optimization algorithms, enhancing energy-saving systems, renewable energy utilization, and indoor environment control. Key findings include a 17.6% reduction in energy consumption, a 68% increase in renewable energy utilization, a 10.3% improvement in indoor comfort, and significant energy savings. The research constructs a comprehensive green building optimization system, achieving notable energy-saving and environmental protection effects, contributing to the development of intelligent green buildings. © 2025 SPIE.

Digital twins (DTs) have become a critical constituent in the continuous digital evolution of industrial systems, enabling instantaneous insight, anticipatory analytics, and tactical enhancement across various sectors. This paper provides an extensive examination of DT principles, historical progressions, market trends, enabling technologies, fields of application, economic impacts, modeling methodologies, challenges, and prospective developments. Special emphasis is placed on the food industry, which exemplifies how DTs can enhance traceability, ensure quality assurance, and build resilience in complex global supply chains. Based on a wide-ranging review of the scholarly literature and industrial analysis, this work highlights how DTs integrate IoT data, AI-driven models, cloud/edge computing, and robust engineering data management systems into cohesive decision-support frameworks. The result is a powerful skill that stimulates continuous improvement, goals toward sustainability, and strategic visioning in dynamic industrial settings. ©2024 ieee.

As modern military equipment becomes increasingly complex and diversified, the role of military electronic components in military systems has grown significantly. Traditional inventory management faces inefficiencies and inaccurate data issues, while intelligent inventory management technologies have significantly improved management efficiency and precision [1] [2]. This paper, based on the characteristics of military electronic components, explores the current state, key technologies, and implementation paths of intelligent inventory management. It focuses on improved measures for storage route optimization and material classification management, proposing a refined management model based on the Internet of Things (IoT) [3] [4], big data analytics [5] [6], and cloud computing [7] [8]. The mental health of individuals has a major influence on society. Mental disorders such as depression and anxiety are related to issues and distress to function in work, social, or family gatherings. Motivated by helping people to early detect stress, we propose a deep learning model for stress detection that is trained and tested on Stress Annotated dataset (SAD). Also, different techniques of textual data augmentation are applied to generate more data samples to study the impact on the stress detection task. The model achieves competitive results in the task of stress detection and proves that data augmentation has a great effect on the performance. As the accuracy is raised by 6.1% to 10.4 % by applying various techniques of data augmentation. © 2023 ieee.

Digital information exchange has become commonplace due to the growth of the internet and information technology breakthroughs. Academic institutions are placing a greater emphasis on developing digital campuses, of which digital libraries are an essential part. Though cloud computing is a well-known idea, what matters more are the security precautions performed within the cloud environment. Numerous technologies have been developed in recent years to offer cloud network security. This paper investigates the integration of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) for improving data security and access control in library management systems, which enables logical separation between public and private clouds, to facilitate remote access to digital library resources securely and effectively. There are undoubtedly many risks to the public cloud because resources within it are accessible to everybody. With the aid of the Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), these potential risks are effectively avoided. We have presented VPC principles and examples in this article, along with an explanation of the benefits and necessity of VPC. The implementation involves creating a VPC, setting up gateways, configuring route tables, and establishing both private and public subnets. Secure Shell (SSH) keys and EC2 instances are utilized to deploy OpenVPN, followed by RDP connections. This setup provides a secure, encrypted tunnel specifically for the library management website, allowing authorized users to access resources from anywhere.

The choice of courses is crucial to a student's career achievement. Different courses offered by various academic institutions need the students to browse the course outline in the current educational environment manually. Most of them need more understanding, struggle with decisions, and make rash decisions regarding the best course of action. A course recommendation system helps students choose a course that suits their interests and abilities. The skill level classification using Mamdani FIS allows a new student to select an equivalent course that can solve the cold start issue of the recommendation system. After the student chooses the initial course, the xDeepFM model can continue recommending relevant courses to help the student. This research contributes to integrating the FIS with xDeepFM to enhance the accuracy of course recommendations. Additionally, the hybrid method solves the cold start and the data sparsity problem and simultaneously lessens variability in relevant course search results and information overload. The experimentation result indicates that xDeepFM is a suitable method to be combined with FIS to build an efficient hybrid course recommendation system. © 2023 ieee.

In order to ensure the continuous, secure, and reliable network connection and coverage of the private network environment, the quality assurance requirements of different network states in different 5G private network scenarios are addressed. This paper proposes a 5G private network quality monitoring system based on edge computing. By connecting the 5G acquisition module to the private network environment, the system uses edge computing technology to carry out preliminary cleaning, integration, encryption and other processing of the collected data, unload the computing tasks originally needed to be carried out in the cloud to the terminal, and realize data transmission between the terminal and the big data cloud platform based on MQTT protocol. Finally, the system provides real-time monitoring of the private network environment through visual display on the front-end interface. The experimental results show that the system remains stable after pressure testing and has good reliability, which can provide real-time security protection and traceability basis for the private network environment. © 2023 ieee.
