Acoustic signal processing holds significant promise for real-time fish feeding intensity estimation in aquaculture. Unlike traditional methods reliant on visual cues or sensor data, acoustic analysis provides valuable insights into feeding behavior and demand. By capturing indicators such as water splashing, acoustic techniques can estimate the current feeding demand of fish. Acoustic techniques in aquaculture remain under explored, especially those delving into temporal information within acoustic spectrograms. This paper presents an intelligent monitoring approach using deep learning and acoustic signals. It investigates the perceptual domain of fish feeding acoustic spectrum recognition, extracting insights from Mel Spectrogram feature maps. Employing a supervised machine learning method with a multi-instance multi-label technique, the study classifies audio events during operational scenarios. Furthermore, the research assesses the effectiveness of the proposed neural network (NN) models for multi-label classification by comparing it with established NN architectures like AlexNet, ResNet18, and VGG11, showcasing its superior performance. © 2023 ieee.

Multi-microgrid (MMG) systems offer notable advantages in terms of power sharing and mutual support when compared to individual microgrids (MGs). This paper presents a based on distributed event-triggered consensus strategy for optimizing the economic dispatch of multiple microgrids. The incorporation of the event-triggered mechanism into the multi-microgrid framework significantly reduces unnecessary communication among microgrids in contrast to the conventional time-triggered approach. For the multi-microgrid setup, a two-layer control strategy consisting of inter-microgrid and intra-microgrid layers is employed to achieve coherence by regulating the micro-incremental rates of distributed generation (DG) units. Leaderless event-triggered consistency is utilized for inter-microgrid coordination, while leader event-triggered consistency is implemented for intra-microgrid coordination, ultimately realizing the economic objective of minimizing the operational costs of the multi-microgrid system. Simulation results validate the efficacy of introducing the event-triggered mechanism and its impact on the economic dispatch of the multi-microgrid system. © 2023 ieee.

Traditional Nyquist rate sampling faces significant challenges as communication technology progresses towards 6G. Multi-coset sampling emerges as a viable solution by reducing the sampling rate. However, this method necessitates signal restoration before processing. In response, an intelligent spectrum management system has been developed that utilizes deep learning to directly extract semantic information from multi-coset sampled signals, eliminating the need for complex data preprocessing. The system integrates multi-band spectrum sensing and modulation recognition, achieving an impressive 99% accuracy in both modulation recognition of single signals and sub-band positioning of multiple signals. © 2024 ieee.

In this paper, Prioritized Experience Replay (PER) strategy and Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) neural network are introduced to the path planning process of mobile robots, which solves the problems of slow convergence and inaccurate perception of dynamic obstacles with the Twin Delayed Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (TD3) algorithm. We dubbed this new method as PL-TD3. Firstly, we improve the convergence speed of the algorithm by introducing PER strategy. Secondly, we use LSTM neural network to achieve the improvement of the algorithm for dynamic obstacle perception. In order to verify the method of this paper, we design static environment, dynamic environment and adaptability to dynamic experiments to compare and analyze the methods before and after improvement. The experimental results show that PL-TD3 outperforms TD3 in terms of execution time and execution path length in all environments. © 2022 ieee.

Aiming at the problems of large delay and poor anti-disturbance ability in the outlet temperature control system of the heat exchanger, to optimize the control accuracy of the system and improve the control performance, this paper proposes a control scheme combining predictive functional control (PFC) with proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control. And using the particle swarm optimization algorithm with compression factor (CFPSO) to tune its parameters. Using the incremental PID control algorithm to improve the optimization objective function of the PFC algorithm, a PFC-PID optimization model with a proportional-integral-derivative structure is established. The CFPSO algorithm is applied to the parameter optimization of the improved PFC-PID control system, which overcomes the disadvantage that the traditional PID control parameters are difficult to tune. The control scheme proposed in this paper is compared with conventional PID control and cascade PFC-PID control by simulation. The results show that the scheme has a fast response speed and strong interference suppression ability. It significantly improves the adaptability and stability of the system, and can effectively control the outlet temperature of the heat exchanger. © 2023 ieee.

Reactive power/voltage control is a prominent issue first exposed after the large-scale integration of new energy into the DC transmission end power grid. The uncertainty of new energy deepens the unpredictability of the future operation status of the power grid and the complexity of control decisions. The paper summarizes the manifestations of uncertainty in new energy, and takes an actual power grid as an example to simulate and analyze the adaptability of transient overvoltage prevention control in AC/DC power grids considering uncertainty of high proportion new energy. To enhance the adaptability and defense capabilities of prevention control, a prevention control framework should be developed based on local conditions and the impact characteristics of new energy uncertainty on the power grid. © 2023 ieee.

Air quality is of great importance to social production and life health. Systematic air quality monitoring is the baseline for preventing air pollution. The purpose of this paper is to propose a suite of the fine-grained monitoring network using the coverage model introduced, based on existing air quality stations (AQS) and low-cost immobile and mobile sensors compared to conventional methods which only used AQS, air quality micro-stations (AQMS) or mobile air quality monitoring stations (MAQMS) to monitor. Without loss of generality, we take Beijing city as an example. A heuristic algorithm is used to simulate the coverage of monitoring sensors when considering AQS, AQMS, MAQMS, and alternatives. Two indices are compromised between construction cost and surveillance accuracy. The integer multiple-objective programming is applied to assess various combinations of air quality monitoring methods. Numerical calculations are performed, which prove the efficiency of the above-mentioned strategy. © 2023 ieee.

With the convergence of information technologies such as the Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing with industrial control systems (ICS), the security of industrial data is at great risk. To ensure the confidentiality and integrity of industrial data, this paper designs a hybrid encryption, access control and blockchain-assisted logging communication scheme using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption (CP-ABE) algorithms. The algorithm is validated by simulation experiments and has the advantage of low decryption overhead. © 2022 ieee.

Considering the conditional constraints in the urban environment, the traditional method of detecting drones is not applicable, and combining target detection with it is an effective solution. We propose a lightweight object detection model based on YOLOv7. The model replaces the Backbone based on the lightweight network MobileViTv3, which reduces the number of parameters of the model;Secondly, the SPD-Conv module is introduced to increase the detection accuracy of small-sized drones;In addition, we integrate the SimAM Module (Simple, Parameter-Free Attention Module) to find important regions in the scene. The experimental results show that the mAP50 of the model on the data set is 92.75%, the accuracy is 90.63%, and the number of parameters is 24.93M. It has the characteristics of high recognition accuracy and low memory usage, and the recognition effect is also better than the original model. © 2023 ieee.

Reconstructing a signal on a graph from observations on a subset of the vertices is a fundamental problem in the field of graph signal processing. It is often assumed that adding additional observations to an observation set will reduce the expected reconstruction error. We show that under the setting of noisy observation and least-squares reconstruction this is not always the case, characterising the behaviour both theoretically and experimentally. © 2023 ieee.
