The estimation of 3D lanes from monocular RGB images is a fundamentally ill-posed problem. Previous studies have assumed that all lanes are on a flat ground plane. However, we argue that the algorithms based on this assumption have difficulty in detecting various lanes in actual driving environments. Contrary to previous approaches, we expand rich contextual features from an image domain to a 3D space by utilizing depth-aware voxel mapping. In addition, we determine 3D lanes based on voxelized features. We design a new lane representation combined with uncertainties and predict the confidence intervals of 3D lane points using Laplace loss. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves state-of-the-art detection accuracy on three challenging datasets, including two real-world datasets, and significantly outperforms existing methods with reasonable computation load.

As the underlying network of wind energy con-version systems (WECS), fieldbus networks are typically pro-tected from cyber attacks through network isolation. However, attackers can bypass the isolation mechanism and physically connect malicious devices to networks to launch various attacks. Existing methods mainly focus on obtaining abnormal signals from intrusion devices to detect intrusion devices. However, these methods cannot detect inactive intrusion devices which only eavesdrop without sending any signals. In this paper, we discover signal differences caused by reflection signals and propose a physical intrusion detection method based on reflection signal extraction. By extracting the voltage characteristics of the rising and falling edges of normal transmission signals and constructing fingerprints, our method can effectively detect inactive intrusion devices. The experimental results on a real CAN testbed show that the F -score for detecting inactive intrusion devices can reach 95.2 % in various attack scenarios.

Researchers use radar echoes to probe the ionosphere, with synthetic aperture radar (SAR) being one of the current methods for Mars ionosphere detection. The accuracy of radar echoes affects the ionosphere detection results, making radiometric calibration of radar echoes necessary. Due to the size of point targets and the harsh Martian environment, deploying artificial calibrators on Mars is challenging. Thus, there is a need for a distributed SAR target radiometric calibration method suitable for the unique Martian landscape. The antenna pattern is a major influencing factor in radiometric calibration. Homogenized targets are essential for spaceborne synthetic aperture radar (SAR) to obtain antenna patterns using flat and uniform areas. Mountainous desert geology is widespread on Mars and can be utilized for radiometric calibration, but these areas are not uniform and require the removal of non-uniform regions. This paper presents a homogenization method that employs the Gray-Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) and a region-growing algorithm to generate a mask, effectively achieving the uniformization of non-uniform surface targets. Consequently, the coefficient of variation (CV), a metric used to assess data dispersion, exhibited a reduction of 34%.

In recent years, desktop applications are often ported to the Web. This is because Web applications running in a cloud environment have many advantages, for example, they can be used by a wide variety of clients over the internet and can dynamically allocate computing resources according to demand. Such porting is also very important in terms of effectively utilizing existing software assets in a modern environment. However, porting to the Web involves numerous considerations that are not easy for those without the knowledge and skills to perform. In this paper we describe in detail our experience of porting a desktop Python application, which uses the image processing library OpenCV and the GUI library PySimpleGUI, into a web application, which uses the web framework Django, the CSS framework Bootstrap, the database management system MySQL and phpMyAdmin. We also employed Docker and Docker Compose for flexible development and deployment. Through our experience, we have identified six key aspects to consider when porting a desktop application to the web. This paper will elaborate on these aspects and how to deal with them. This paper also reports which parts of source code could be reused, which parts had to be newly developed, and the size and time required to conduct reuse, modification, and additional development.
