Platforms for e-commerce commonly employ a preestablished, organized structure of product classifications. Traditional product categorization methods have primarily relied on text-based data, which can occasionally fall short of providing a comprehensive understanding of a product's characteristics. However, employing image data in classification models has several advantages. The pictures offer a wealth of visual knowledge by capturing details such as color, shape, texture, and size that text explanations may miss. By incorporating text and image data, the classifier gains greater knowledge of each product, resulting in higher categorization reliability. Furthermore, the inclusion of image data enables the machine learning model to discover aesthetic patterns and features that are tricky to convey through text alone, expanding its ability to precisely assign items to their corresponding categories. The current study validates a new classifier for predicting categories using both textual and image data. This suggested approach is being attempted to enhance the accuracy and fullness of product classification. © 2024 ieee.

Steganography is a tool that allowed an information to transmit through revealing secret data in enormously growing network. The existing methods has limitations like performance and security problems. In this research, proposed a Canonical Huffman Coding (CHC) - Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) for image steganography. The images used in the research are Lena, pepper, barbarra and airplane. The images are pre-processed through image acquisition, filtering and histogram shifting. Then, the images are steganographic by proposed CHC-DWT method. Performance of proposed technique is analysed by performance by Peak signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), Normalized Coefficient (NC) and Structural Similarity Index Measure (SSIM). Proposed algorithm obtained PSNR 54.09 dB in Lena image, PSNR 53.67 dB in Pepper image, PSNR 54.37 dB in Barbarra image and PSNR 53.72 dB in Airplane image which is effecient than existing algorithms like Quick Response Method (QRM), Ballot Transform (Bat) and hybrid Lempel Ziv Welch (LZW) and Genetic Algorithms (GA) © 2024 ieee.

Accurately reconstructing object edges is a key challenge in single image super-resolution (SISR), as it greatly influences our visual perception of image quality. To address this fundamental issue, we propose a novel SISR approach named the deformable attention-based edge-aware (DAE) network. The DAE network features a deformable attention block that dynamically adjusts attention weights to align with edge structures, thereby improving edge awareness and reconstruction quality. Moreover, our network incorporates a multi-patterns window block that captures fine-grained edge details and enhances information flow across network layers. This combination results in visually superior SISR outputs. Extensive experiments and comparisons with the state-of-the-art methods demonstrate that our DAE network excels in both quantitative metrics and visual quality. © 2025 ieee.

Self-monitoring respiratory and cardiac health is challenging without proper equipment and medical knowledge. While Masimo offers ideal remote monitoring through a pulse oximeter, device accessibility is still a significant issue. Thus, we designed a novel device designed for remote monitoring of vital signs using the internet of Things (IoT) technology and sensor technology in healthcare. Leveraging the capabilities of the modest MAX30102 sensor and ESP32 microcontroller, the device integrates seamlessly with IoT networks, enabling real-time transmission of heart and respiratory rate (RR) data with general assessment feedback to a convenient cellphone application. A sophisticated digital signal processing (DSP) algorithm was implemented in the device, which accurately derives RR from photoplethysmography (PPG) heart rate signals. This DSP-based device ensures precision in RR measurement and facilitates self-monitoring. Mean Squared Error (MSE) and Bland-Altman analysis results demonstrated the device's accuracy and reliability in capturing vital sign data. By bridging IoT capabilities with advanced DSP techniques, the device is a promising solution for remote patient monitoring to improve healthcare. © 2024 ieee.

In the quest to enhance biodiversity conservation and support ecological monitoring, the identification of bird species through automatic recognition systems has emerged as a vital tool. This study introduces a novel approach employing the Mobile Vision Transformer model, capitalizing on its efficiency in handling complex visual data across a comprehensive dataset encompassing 525 bird species. MobileViT integrates the advantages of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) with Transformer technology, surpassing typical deep learning models in terms of feature extraction and contextual comprehension abilities. Incorporating advanced data augmentation methods has bolstered the dataset's variability, ensuring the model's preparedness for a wide spectrum of imaging scenarios. With a direct and impressive outcome, the model achieved a 97.5% accuracy rate in species identification. The adoption of MobileViT promises a scalable and potent solution for bird species recognition within ornithological research, marking a forward leap in employing machine learning for environmental conservation. © 2024 ieee.

With the development of intelligent algorithms on the internet and the widespread application of signal recovery technology in the current mechanical industry, signal recovery systems based on fuzzy adaptive sliding mode algorithms are becoming increasingly important for improving mechanical bearing fault diagnosis. In the construction of the entire mechanical bearing signal recovery model, how to improve the accuracy of signal recovery and reduce the time for model signal feature extraction is currently a key issue that needs to be urgently solved. This article conducts simulation experiments and analysis on the parameter dataset of mechanical bearing components that are prone to faults. based on the fuzzy adaptive sliding mode algorithm process, combined with adaptive law parameter calculation and fuzzy system model design, the following conclusion is drawn: the application of improved signal recovery models on the sampled four bearing component parameters has an average improvement of 6.65% in recovery accuracy and 9.25% in recovery efficiency. This method uses fuzzy adaptive sliding mode algorithm to adaptively extract fault features, accurately identify fault types and degrees, innovatively suppress noise and interference, and improve the accuracy of vibration signal recovery. © 2023 ieee.

The assessment index system for industrial internet network security relies too heavily on expert knowledge and overlooks the impact of objective factors on situation assessment. This paper addresses this issue by focusing on the characteristics of industrial networks, specifically the impact of asset vulnerabilities and alarm events on network situation. A comprehensive weighted hierarchical industrial internet situation assessment method is proposed. The final comprehensive weight is obtained using the least square method, combined with the supervisor weight calculated by the analytic hierarchy process and the objective weight calculated by the CRITIC method. Finally, a network security experiment center is used to carry out situation assessment, and the evaluation value is calculated. Experimental results demonstrate that this method provides a more objective and accurate approach to situation assessment. © 2024 ieee.

As a result of the rapid development of internet of Things (IoT) technology and the growing desire for more effective agricultural methods, there is a growing interest in the development of intelligent solutions for the identification and management of crop diseases. The purpose of this study is to describe an internet of Things-based system that makes use of machine learning algorithms for early disease diagnosis and efficient disease management in agricultural production. The proposed system is comprised of a network of internet of Things devices that are installed in agricultural fields. These devices include sensors that monitor environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, and soil moisture, as well as cameras that take pictures of crops. The information that is gathered by these devices from the field is continuously transmitted to a centralized server for processing and analysis. To analyze the data that has been gathered and identify the presence of illnesses in crops based on image analysis and environmental factors, machine learning algorithms are utilized. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and support vector machines (SVMs) are two examples of the types of learning techniques that are utilized for effective illness classification and detection. Other techniques include unsupervised learning and supervised learning. © 2024 ieee.
