The purpose of this research is to develop a system that shows the loading position of deliveries in a roll cage cart. This study solves the problem of the difficulty of locating individual deliveries in piles. In the proposed system, it is possible to determine the location and size of the package without tearing down the pile of deliveries. The system uses a combination of RFID readers and IMUs to estimate the location of deliveries based on RSSI and azimuth. In addition, the system incorporates the known information of the size of the deliveries and the size of the cart to estimate the position of the delivery in the cart. The proposed algorithm using the constraints of this roll cage cart and the size and coordinates of the packages is used to estimate the location of the packages in the roll cage cart and present it to the delivery workers. This paper reports on the estimation of the positional relationship of multiple packages arrangements in a two-dimensional plane.

In the domain of Interactive systems (IS), machine learning (ML) emerges as a profound, user-friendly, and accurate approach to enhancing emotional intelligence in digital systems. This research work focuses on facial emotion detection, an important but often-neglected aspect of affective computing. Models used for the assessment include Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB), Decision Trees (DT), K-Nearest Neighbours (KNN), Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machines (SVMs), XG Boost (XGB), and Logistic Regression (LR). By employing the FER2013 dataset and MediaPipe’s (MP’s) facial recognition technology, this research extracts 478 3D facial landmarks to test. The best Acc in emotion detection is found using LR with an accuracy of 65.57% followed by XGB with an accuracy of 61.24%. This study thus will help as a practical application toward making improvements in IS in matters regarding health, marketing, or even security.

The study focuses on the control and optimization of warpage in multi-chip fan-out system-in-package (SiP) technology, examining the effects of epoxy molding compounds (EMCs) and the die/reticle area ratio on packaging performance. Through experimental design, the optimal EMC material and area ratio were identified and successfully implemented in actual packaging processes. The results indicate that selecting EMC2 and increasing the die/reticle area ratio to 55% significantly reduce warpage. After multiple reflow cycles, the warpage of the multi-chip SiP modules was only 136 µm, meeting JEIT A standards. Furthermore, cross-sectional analysis and bonding tests demonstrated that this packaging design effectively prevents delamination between the molding material and redistribution layers (RDL) or dies, while ensuring high-quality bonding between Cu pillar bumps and pads.

The development of an intelligent, dyslexia-specific support system is the need of the hour to ensure inclusion and personalization. The work presents an artificial intelligence-driven system, which involves state-of-the-art machine learning and NLP techniques, for identifying and assisting dyslexics. Our system encompasses a broad range of dyslexia screening tests, such as phonological awareness tests, memory tests, and oral reading, for which dyslexics may be tested using state-of-the-art models like DistilBERT and DeepSpeech. A Random Forest classifier generates certain dyslexia score to classify the severity levels and give customized learning pathways. The system will also integrate document simplification, mind map generation, and writing assistance features in order to make it holistic.
