Traffic congestions recognized as a significant problem in modern urban cities. Jordan considered as one of the top countries worldwide in terms of frequency of traffic accidents where the increase in the number of vehicles had led to the rise in the number of traffic incidents, involving the increase in fatalities and injuries, but the fixed timers still control the current traffic signals system in Jordan. In this paper, an Intelligent Road Traffic Management system based on Human Community Genetic Algorithm (IRTMS) proposed. The IRTMS compared with the current traffic system in the Hashmet Kingdom of Jordan, which concludes that it has the minimum total time and waiting time compared with the current traffic lights system.

The paper deals with the analysis of the problematic issues of the creation of the system for the provision of the high quality of higher education in Ukraine at the state level. The system of engineering program accreditation in the educational establishments of the USA is shown. The fundamental differences between the engineering and engineeringtechnology training programs are analyzed. The reasonability of such separation and the necessity for the determination and use of different criteria during the accreditation of these programs are stated. The industrial panorama is evolving. Using IoT sensors and actuators it is possible to increase product's value, by controlling its production chain. Internet technologies such as FIWARE can provide the services that modern industry needs to process and evaluate sensor data to apply higher production standards, which increase product value. Although FIWARE enablers provide the tools to fulfil modern industry needs, there is an interoperability gap a gap between applications and enablers, as different enablers have different protocols and needs. This article describes an agriculture system developed using vf-OS (virtual factory Operating system), a platform that aims to become the bridge between applications and enablers, as it provides the means to interact with them. The developed system is composed of different applications, that use enablers (integrated using the vf-OS system), current context management and fruit quality theories, to control product quality during the whole fruit production chain.

Specially, a RFID tag is designed and attached on a bag of intravenous drip to demonstrate the benefits in the present system. The main idea of this system is that, tag is disabled when the bag is not empty because of the EM loading due to the liquid contained. In order to that, the objective of this is project is to make an easier way of reminder for the parents to have an online vaccination planner website. Other than that, it also helps to keep record of the vaccinations which has been given earlier and it's easier to view the record anytime. Moreover this web-based has google cloud backup as an extra feature. The methodology that is used to develop this web-based system is by using Agile Unified Process (AUP) it consists of four phases which are inception, elaboration, construction and transition. As an outcome of the observation and survey, there are few difficulty takes place and the resolution can be done by developing this Parental Reminder and Planner for Children Vaccination. According to the observation, most of the users are keeping record of the vaccination given to their kids in a notebook or diary and they seems not to have any reminder for the upcoming vaccines. As a conclusion, by developing this Kids Vaccination Planner it will become a good initiative to help the parents to keep track of their kids vaccines and this web based system also have some enhancement to be made for the future works.

Latency-critical applications in production promise to be essential enablers for performance improvement in production. However, they require the right and often wireless communication system. 5G technology appears to be an effective way to achieve communication system for these applications. Its estimated economic benefit on production gross domestic product is immense ($740 billion Euro until 2030). However, 55% of production companies state that 5G technology deployment is currently not a subject matter for them and mainly state the lack of knowledge on benefits as a reason. Currently, it is missing an approach or model for a use case specific, data-based evaluation of 5G technology influence on the performance of production applications. Therefore, this paper presents a model to evaluate the potential of 5G technology for latency-critical applications in production. First, we derive requirements for the model to fulfill the decision-makers' needs. Second, we analyze existing evaluation approaches regarding their fulfillment of the derived requirements. Third, based on outlined research gaps, we develop a model fulfilling the requirements. Fourth, we give an outlook for further research needs.

As the number of vehicles present on today's roads constantly increases along with the number of intelligent traffic infrastructure elements capable of providing traffic related data, the need for making the best use of this data in order to provide proper traffic and resources management increases at the same pace. Traffic Management system designers are facing thus the problem of handling vast amounts of traffic related data, coming from a variety of sources in the least time consuming manners. Complex Event Processing is one of the latest techniques which provides the ability to deal with this kind of constraints. In this paper we present a Complex Event Processing based method for traffic condition monitoring along with its evaluation based on the simulation environment we have developed to support our work.
