Parking management in urban areas faces significant challenges, including congestion, inefficient allocation, and unauthorized use of parking spaces. Building on a previous study that proposes a dynamic parking management system using a grid-based structure that categorizes parking spots as long-term or short-term, allowing for flexible and efficient allocation, this study focuses on optimizing and extending the system for greater efficiency. The system incorporates and compares four algorithms - Dijkstra's, Bellman-Ford, Content-Based Search (CBS), and Jump Point Search (JPS) - along with a novel Combined Search Algorithm, designed to optimize parking allocation and exit determination. The proposed Combined Search Algorithm demonstrated superior efficiency through comprehensive evaluation, reducing allocation and exit determination times by approximately 18% compared to Dijkstra's, 25% to Bellman- Ford, 20% to CBS, and 15% to JPS. These results highlight the approach's potential to significantly improve parking management by optimizing resource utilization, minimizing conflicts, and enhancing user experience. © 2025 ieee.

The power information system is responsible for tracking and ensuring the status and operation of each power grid platform. existing anomaly detection methods based on system logs mostly focus on log template features and ignore semantic information. In order to detect log anomalies more effectively, a CNN and BiGRU model combining attention mechanism is proposed. The model uses ALBeRT to extract semantic information, CNN to extract the most relevant features to improve accuracy, and BiGRU to capture temporal relationships. BiGRU adopts the DAM encoder-decoder framework. Feature Attention Mechanism (FAM) is used in the encoder to dynamically assign attentional weights to efficiently utilize the different features of the input data, while the temporal attention mechanism (TAM) assigns hidden state weights to BiGRUs in the decoder, focusing on the importance of historical temporal information. This improves the overall performance of the model's feature extraction and classification. experimental results show that the proposed AB-CNN-BiGRU-DAM method outperforms other methods in multiple indicators, such as accuracy and F1 score. © 2024 ieee.

Since heart disease is still one of the major causes of death worldwide, there has been a lot of study done on early diagnosis and prevention techniques. Thus, an XGBoost classifier tuned for grid Search is used to carry out a novel prediction. Finding the best characteristics in the dataset is aided by grid Search optimization. The preprocessed dataset is subjected to suitable feature selection procedures in order to extract the most pertinent predictors. The accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score are among the performance indicators used to assess the suggested method. Comparing the suggested model to other techniques as the Random Forest model, Decision Tree model, and Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), it yielded an accuracy of 97.56% and a Fi_Score of 97.69%. By enabling early identification and preventive actions, this research adds to the ongoing efforts to develop accurate and dependable predictive models for cardiac disease, which in turn improves patient outcomes and lessens the strain on healthcare systems. © 2024 ieee.

In recent years, the contradiction between the shortage of global energy resources and the rapid growth of human electricity demand has become increasingly severe. From the perspective of load, it is mainly reflected in the growth of distributed new energy generation capacity and the increase in the ownership of flexible loads such as electric vehicles. The energy uncertainty caused by this leads to a large amount of energy waste. Accurate load forecasting is of great significance in power dispatch and grid planning, reducing energy waste, and improving comprehensive efficiency. In this paper, a convolutional-long and short-term memory combined neural network (CNN-LSTM) based on the modified sparrow search algorithm (MSSA) is proposed for short-term load forecasting. The CNN-LSTM leverages both temporal feature extraction advantage of the LSTM network as well as the spatial mapping feature extraction capacity of the CNN network. To address the optimization difficulty, we introduce the MSSA algorithm, which incorporates Circle mapping, an improved finder update formula, and a population crossover strategy, ensuring effective global and local search capabilities. experimental results confirm that the model introduced achieves superior precision in load forecasting. © 2024 ieee.

This paper designs a new integrated software management system based on cloud computing architecture based on computer cloud security database technology. Firstly, this paper gives the overall structure of the design system and introduces the implementation process of cloud computing architecture. The power parameter analysis module is designed by combining cloud computing architecture, GSM/GPRS communication technology and embedded components. The main structure includes power parameter analysis module, office software management module, transmission capacity calculation module, service management module, electricity charge collection management module, asset management module and so on. All module communication interfaces are connected to the cloud computing architecture to transmit information to the management center to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the system. The experimental results show that the designed system has strong overall performance. © 2023 ieee.

Smart grids face emerging threats as connectivity expands attack surfaces. To strengthen smart meter data encryption through optimized integration of a cloud-based quantum random number generator (QRNG) service. QRNGs leverage intrinsic quantum properties to produce true randomness for cryptographic keys. An architecture is presented utilizing a QRNG service on the IBM quantum computing platform. Quantum entropy is remotely sampled and delivered on-demand via APIs to generate quantum random AeS encryption keys for smart meter communications. Homomorphic encryption secures credential transmission. Compared to mathematical pseudorandom number generators, the quantum origin provides stronger security against brute force attacks and future quantum computing decryption. Tailoring QRNG generation and integration focuses on the performance, cost, and deployment constraints of grid-wide encryption hardening. The optimized approach aims to maximize randomness while minimizing complexity. By hardening cryptography via readily available quantum key generation, the QRNG integration delivers indispensable security enhancement. © 2024 ieee.

With the increasing penetration rate of new energy in the power grid, the tasks scenarios faced by the power system are becoming increasingly complex. This complexity leads to the spatiotemporal uncertainty about resource requirements of terminal task for edge computing. Traditional resource scheduling schemes are configured with constant values or over-provisioned in each power business scenario, resulting in low resource utilization. A data-driven model to optimize scheduling resources, which can be for edge computing terminals in distribution network, is proposed to meet the uncertain resource requirements. Firstly, a power tasks resource demand model considering source-load uncertainty is established, and the boundary conditions of adjustable resources are established by utilizing the adjustability of power tasks with different delay and priority requirements. Secondly, considering the multiple costs consumed in the process of power tasks scheduling, a two-stage optimization model is established with the comprehensive computing resource balance and operation cost as the objective function. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed model has a positive effect on improving the balance and economy of distribution network edge computing resources compared with the traditional optimization model. © 2024 ieee.

In this paper, we propose an edge computing system where an edge server (eS) gathers multi-media sensing data from collaborative sensing devices (SDs) in upstream and broadcasts the sensing information to downstream user devices that perform different tasks, e.g., image segmentation and saliency detection. In particular, we leverage the wisdom of semantic communication that applies joint source-channel coding (JSCC) techniques to extract and transmit only the task-relevant information contained in the sensing data to reduce the communication and computation workload. To efficiently train the upstream and downstream encoders/decoders involved in the system, instead of performing end-to-end training, we propose a task-oriented training strategy that decouples the training into two separate steps without compromising the performance. We conduct experiments using open-source multi-task datasets under varying channel signal-to-noise power ratios (SNRs). The simulation results show that, compared to the representative benchmark approaches, the proposed method can effectively reduce 92.6%/75% uplink/downlink data workload and elegantly balance the performance of different tasks.

Wurtzite-type ferroelectric material, such as e.g., AlScN, has attracted considerable attention to fabricate new electronic devices for its large remanent polarization (70-120 mu C/cm(2)), the integration compatibility with back-end-of-line (BeOL) process, and dimensional scaling. In this work, the high-quality ferroelectric Al0.73Sc0.27N film has been prepared and Cu/Al0.73Sc0.27N/Pt memristors array was fabricated. The device exhibits volatile threshold switching (TS) characteristics. In addition, its synaptic plasticity has been studied by applying pulse stimulation. This work is meaningful for the development of neuromorphic computing based on ferroelectric memristors.

Nowadays, heart disease can affect most of the people in the world. eCG technology are used to estimate and diagnosis the heart diseases in the early days in the hospitals. Predicting this cardiac disease is a most challenging task in the medical field. Finding this problem will requires a lot of time and work. This paper deals with the different Machine learning techniques to detect and diagnosis the heart disease. In this project, we use Machine learning algorithms such as Logistic regression (LR), K-nearest neighbors (KNN), Support vector Machine (SVM) to predict and diagnosis the heart disease. As a result, it is simple to handle the patients more successfully and also on the other hand reduce the error. In this study, we work on the gridSearchCV technique to predicting the cardiac diseases and improving the accuracy of the predicted model. At last, we use evaluation metrics like precision, accuracy and recall for the above-mentioned Machine learning algorithms based on evaluation gridSearchCV to enhance the quality of the prediction of models which leads to more accurate detection of heart disease. © 2024 ieee.
