With the flourishing of multiple Low earth Orbit (LeO) satellite constellations in wireless communication networks, traditional satellite Tracking, Telemetry, and Command (TT&C) systems encounter difficulties in resolving the TT&C resource scheduling problem. However, Networked TT&C systems can significantly expand the TT&C resource scheduling space by applying Inter-Satellite Links (ISLs). To establish a feasible optimization strategy for Networked TT&C systems and evaluate system performance under different conditions, we optimized the Networked TT&C system by designing a networked TT&C resource scheduling algorithm from an overall perspective. The optimization problem of the Networked TT&C system was decomposed into two primary components: the Satellite to Ground Links (SGLs) resource allocation problem and the ISLs topology generation problem. These were solved by a greedy algorithm and the Improved Breadth-First-Search (IBFS) algorithm, respectively. Simulation results demonstrate that the performance of the designed Networked TT&C system is significantly better than the upper bound performance of ground-based TT&C systems under appropriate conditions.

With the increasing installed capacity of photovoltaic (PV) in China, there is a risk of subsynchronous oscillations (SSOs) in grid-connected PV systems. As for the grid-connected PV systems, the high complexity of the dynamic behavior and the difficulty of obtaining mathematical models have brought new challenges to the stability control of power systems. To enhance the stability of the modern power systems, this paper proposes a data-driven SSO suppression strategy for grid-connected PV systems. This strategy leverages data-driven predictive control to mitigate SSOs by constructing suitable objective functions and constraints. Furthermore, it employs the rolling optimization and feedback correction in the predictive control to determine the optimal input sequences for grid-connected PV systems, ensuring that the system's state converges to the desired steady state. The data-driven strategy proposed in this paper can be used as a bridge between the measurement data and the dynamic characteristics of the complex power system, which greatly enhances the stability and robustness of the SSO suppression. Finally, the effectiveness and robustness of the suppression strategy are verified in various conditions through MATLAB/Simulink simulation.

The research focuses on the solid-state spin system of diamond NV (Negatively Charged Nitrogen Vacancy, NV) color centers, which exhibit excellent optical readout, polarization properties, and millisecond-scale coherent time. This makes it an important means to achieve quantum information processing and quantum precision measurement. Additionally, its ultrahigh sensitivity to magnetic fields provides a potential path for diamond's high-precision current measurement. This paper investigates a reliable method in the field of direct current measurement using quantum sensing technology based on diamond NV color centers. It involves measuring the change in the optically detected magnetic resonance spectrum based on a fixed microwave frequency to achieve magnetic field measurement. Simultaneously, by utilizing the spatial distribution of magnetic sensor heads, it achieves current inversion. Finally, an experimental platform was constructed for validation. Preliminary results indicate that the linear fit error for direct current amplitude is less than 10<^>-7, confirming the feasibility of this technological approach and providing a potential application for diamond in measuring currents in power systems.

With the deepening of the digital transformation of power systems, new service scenarios such as computing power access and interconnection are continuously developing. The electric power communication network urgently needs to evolve to comprehensively carry the existing services and new computing services. This paper analyzes the typical service scenarios and performance characteristics of new power systems against the development of computing services, summarizes the evolution demands faced by the electric power communication network. In response to the demand for comprehensive carrying of multiple services, the paper proposes a computing application oriented overall evolutionary architecture for the power communication network, and proposes key technologies such as all-optical interconnection based on OTN/OSU, multi-dimensional perception of computing and network, deterministic bearing, and intelligent collaborative operation and maintenance of computing and network. This paper can provide solid strategic suggestions for the future design and technological evolution of the electric power communication network oriented to computing services. © 2024 ieee.

This paper aims to determine the ownership of power system based on the hybrid model to meet the needs of the new power system. By modeling the traffic characteristics of different services, and combining them with the improved random forest algorithm and hidden Markov model, the accurate attribution determination of user-side services is realized. Aiming at the problem of business class change and encrypted traffic in a real environment, this paper presents an innovative hybrid model that combines a random forest algorithm and a hidden Markov model to improve the accuracy and robustness of business attribution determination. © 2023 ieee.

In recent years, with the continuous development of solar photovoltaic power generation, energy storage technology, and electric vehicle technology, the photovoltaic-storage-charging integrated microgrid formed by the combination of photovoltaic, energy storage, and electric vehicle has become a research hotspot. However, photovoltaic power generation is not controllable due to the influence of light intensity, electric vehicles are uncertain due to the influence of electricity consumption habits, and the large-scale access of photovoltaic, energy storage, and charging resources poses a severe challenge to the processing speed and analysis capabilities of grid-connected power control. edge computing can process data near the end of the network where the data is generated, relieving the pressure of global regulation of the cloud computing platform. Therefore, this paper proposes a photovoltaic-storage-charging integrated microgrid collaborative control architecture based on edge computing, which effectively improves the grid connected power control and data processing efficiency of the photovoltaic-storage-charging integrated microgrid, and has certain reference value for the economic operation of the microgrid.

As Artificial Intelligence (AI) becomes more pervasive in our society, it is crucial to develop, deploy, and assess Responsible and Trustworthy AI (RTAI) models, i.e., those that consider not only accuracy but also other aspects, such as explainability, fairness, and energy efficiency. Workflow provenance data have historically enabled critical capabilities towards RTAI. Provenance data derivation paths contribute to responsible workflows through transparency in tracking artifacts and resource consumption. Provenance data are well-known for their trustworthiness helping explainability, reproducibility, and accountability. However, there are complex challenges to achieve RTAI, which are further complicated by the heterogeneous infrastructure in the computing continuum (edge-Cloud-HPC) used to develop and deploy models. As a result, a significant research and development gap remains between workflow provenance data management and RTAI. In this paper, we present a vision of the pivotal role of workflow provenance in supporting RTAI and discuss related challenges. We present a schematic view between RTAI and provenance, and highlight open research directions.

Due to traditional network topologies' static and homomorphic characteristics, attackers can rapidly expand their attack results through lateral movement (LM) attacks. Virtual Network View technology has emerged as an effective approach to disrupt attackers' ability to detect and exploit network topologies during LM and can increase the difficulty of malicious activities. However, existing Virtual Network View deployS virtual views for each core asset, resulting in wasting of resource. To alleviate this problem, we propose a lightweight Virtual Network View deployment method called LWVN. First, the Location Centrality (LC) of the network nodes in the attack path is measured, the larger the LC is, the network node is more important and the more virtual network view costs we can invest. To further quantify the comprehensive impact of network nodes' location centrality on high-value assets, we quantify the Assets' Value(AV). Then, we model internal network risk and operational costs as constraints and find the optimal strategies for deploying a virtual network view. We define metrics for hidden capacity, detect capacity, and deployment cost to measure the effectiveness of deployment virtual network views. We conduct simulations to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of LWVN.

Distribution grids are evolving due to rising electricity demand and renewable energy integration, requiring efficient operation and effective planning. To achieve this, one essential step is translating the available load data into actionable insights. Machine learning (ML) approaches have emerged as promising solutions, leveraging increasing availability of data and computational capabilities. While research papers exist on applications of ML in power grids, a review in low-voltage substation-level is missing, an aspect that will be explored in this paper. The significance of emphasis at this level is twofold: ensuring privacy protection while gaining insights into consumption behavior, and eliminating the need for installing new meters or adjusting communication infrastructure. The paper covers three main ML algorithms, supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, their applications, while providing a critical discussion of their strengths and limitations. Furthermore, the paper provides recommendations for future studies.
