Autonomous driving assistance systems (ADAS) are developing quickly in terms of the safety of persons and vehicles. Test scenarios areessential for development, simulation, and validation in a typical AD sensor & safety function. As a result, the fleet car of the automobile firm collected the real-world raw data across between 1-2 million kilometers for each sensor generation. Therefore, exact data (i.e., precise data for diverse scenarios like traffic, parking lot, bridge, crossroads, etc.) is essential for carrying out development and validation. To find the precise data among millions of kilometers collected data, automated analytics solutions areenabled such as detection environmental scenes, static & dynamic road participants, scenario detection, etc. and Data catalogue will be formed for the respective scenarios based the output got from the (scenario or object detection) using clustering algorithm. The clustering is performed on the raw text data output got from the scene detection and clustered the scenarios based on the similarity. At theend data catalogue is formed for various ADAS scenarios that used to cater various development and validation requirements of higher level of autonomy.

The feasibility of an antenna-in-package (AiP) concept is demonstrated for automotive radar sensors at the 77 GHz-band. Infineon's embedded wafer level ball grid array (eWLB) is employed as packaging technology. We developed a e-shape patch antenna in 6x6 mm(2) eWLB package that include 2x2 min(2) dummy Si chips. From the simulated results of the proposed e-plane patch antenna, provides a wide bandwidth of 19.2% (vertical bar S-11 vertical bar<-10dB) and has a relatively stable high gain varying from 6.1 to 7.8 dBi. The demonstrator result of theseembedded radar sensors show an excellent system performance at a high integration level.

2.5D chiplet technology is gaining popularity for theefficiency of integrating multiple heterogeneous dies or chiplets on interposers, and it is also considered an ideal option for agile silicon system design by mitigating the huge design, verification, and manufacturing overhead of monolithic SoCs. Although it significantly reduces development costs by chiplet reuse, the design and fabrication of interposers also introduce additional high non-recurring engineering (NRe) costs and development cycles which might be prohibitive for application-specific designs having low *** address this challenge, in this paper, we propose a reusable general interposer architecture (GIA) to amortize NRe costs and accelerate integration flows of interposers across different chiplet-based systems effectively. The proposed assembly-time configurable interposer architecture covers both active interposers and passive interposers considering diverse applications of 2.5D systems. The agile interposer integration is also facilitated by a novel end-to-end design automation framework to generate optimal system assembly configurations including the selection of chiplets, inter-chiplet network configuration, placement of chiplets, and mapping on GIA, which are specialized for the given target workload. Theexperimental results show that our proposed active GIA and passive GIA achieve 3.15x and 60.92x performance boost with 2.57x and 2.99x power saving over baselines respectively.
