The trend of intelligent and unmanned industries benefited from the rapid development of information technology is more and more obvious. The unmanned combat platform has become a new combat force in anti-terrorism operations, relying on sensor, machine vision, communication, information fusion and other technologies. A design scheme of pan-tilt target tracking system based on machine vision is proposed here for the visual perception requirements of unmanned combat platform. A combination of YOLOv4-tiny and DeepSORT is used to identify and track personnel with cameras mounted on ball gears. When the target moves to the edge of view, the position information will be sent to the control circuit through serial communication, and the camera will be adjusted with the PID control algorithm to keep the target in the center of view. The experimental results showed that this system can achieve target tracking effectively in real time and the tracking success rate can reach 80% by optimizing with K-Means++ algorithm and PID controller. © 2023 ieee.

The atomizer system is an important part of the sampling system of the atomic absorption spectrophotometer, so the device is required to ensure accurate and reliable. Among them, the atomizer mainly includes four detection methods: flame method, graphite furnace method, hydrogenator method, and ultraviolet-visible light method. In order to integrate various detection methods, the hardware part has designed a stepper motor control module and a temperature control module. The system uses the S-curve algorithm to achieve precise positioning of the stepper motor. And realizetemperature control of graphite furnace method, temperature control of hydride method and other processes. The experimental results show that the rapid and stable switching of various detection methods can be realized, and the accuracy and efficiency of the instrument can be improved. © 2022 ieee.

Spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) is an optical imaging technique used in the biomedical field to detect ophthalmic pathology. However, current SD-OCT systems are often expensive and bulky due to the integration of complex electronics in the instruments. To address this limitation, researchers are now focusing on designing portable and convenient SD-OCT systems. The aim of this study is to develop a portable SD-OCT system that utilizes an FPGA-based image processing algorithm to synthesize accurate OCT images. To achieve high portability and accessibility, a self-made FPGA acquisition module is used, and the image sensor's 2048-pixel line scan rate achieves optimal signal-to-noise ratio at 40K lines per second. The study demonstrates the feasibility of constructing a single B-mode OCT image with over 1000 A-scans by accessing raw data through a pattern generator. © 2023 ieee.

The integration of the computer and guiding is essential in the recent years. Hence, this paper studies the robust information center construction of the college English training under the network computer aided system environment. Considering that in the actual system, there may be not only important services such as low QoS requirements for users to transmit web pages and texts, but also services with high QoS requirements such as voice calls for ordinary users. At this time, it is necessary to comprehensively consider user priorities and different Types of services to ensure the QoS requirements of each specific service request. Hence, this paper integrates the QoS to design the novel efficient network computer aided system environment. Then, the novel robust information center is designed to integrate the college English training. To validate the performance, the robustness testing is conducted. © 2022 ieee.

Scheduling technology is essential in the coordination of new power systems, but the traditional power system still has problems such as low accuracy of supply and demand matching and long dispatch response time when carrying out grid-plant cooperative scheduling. The purpose of this paper is to use blockchain technology to optimize the scheduling technology and scheduling strategy in the new type of power system plant-grid coordination, so as to make it better to meet the latest demand for power system scheduling, and to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the power system. A distributed consensus mechanism is first applied in this paper to solve the insertion problem faced by centralized scheduling, and uses a Bloom filter to design a distributed power source peer-to-peer transaction mechanism;then, combining the immutability and traceability of blockchain, a new collaborative scheduling mechanism for power systems was designed;then the role of blockchain in promoting market-oriented operation of the power system was elaborated. Finally, the effectiveness of applying blockchain technology to the new type of power system grid coordination sunshine service and scheduling technology was verified. Through empirical research, it has been found that when the matching time of power supply and demand reaches 25 hours, the accuracy of traditional methods for matching is only 81.57%, while the method proposed in this paper can achieve {9 0. 6 3%}. At the same time, the dispatch response time of the power system under the method proposed in this paper is significantly shorter than that of the power system under traditional methods. The study proves the value of the application of blockchain technology on the new power system plant-grid cooperative scheduling, which provides more methods to guarantee the stable operation of the power system and promote the better development of the power market. © 2024 ieee.

In order to achieve the automation and intelligence of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilization cabinets, this article uses industrial intelligent gateway to achieve the collection and processing of PLC to remotely monitor low temperature plasma sterilization cabinets. The intelligent gateway used in this paper has functions such as real-time PLC data collection, protocol analysis, and edge computing. Through the MQTT protocol, the data such as power, discharge time, discharge vacuum, and cycle number of each low temperature plasma sterilization experiment are uploaded to the cloud platform. The cloud platform conducts data analysis and storage. The cloud platform allows experimental staff to log in to the web browser to view the visual interface and export experimental data, alarm records, and historical records. © 2023 ieee.

This paper introduces a new energy battery active-passive hybrid binocular intelligent inspection system, using structured light and laser line-scan instruments to acquire battery surface image information. Based on the existing 3D reconstruction technology, the active-passive hybrid binocular system is designed. In order to reduce the interference of multiple factors, the 3D measurement anti-interference technique is used. Then, the sub-pixel level binocular matching technique under non-focus is applied to improve the accuracy of binocular vision method and realize high precision 3D reconstruction. For the difficulty that the detection of new energy power battery in different scenes requires a large span of depth-of-field field of view, this system fine-Tunes the VGG16 model and designs a super accurate convolution edge detection model based on VGG16. In order to cope with the situation that a single production line of power batteries may produce different kinds of batteries of different sizes from time to time, this system uses a parallel multi-scale network (HR-net) based image reconstruction CNN to design a self-directed learning model based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Finally, this paper introduces the design and implementation of the active-passive hybrid binocular intelligent detection system for new energy batteries, which demonstrates the better application prospects of this system. © 2023 ieee.

This paper considers the design, development and verification of the multi-loop motor speed control system. The speed control of a direct current (DC) motor is very crucial in applications where the precision and protection are of interest. In the paper, the DC motor speed control is realized using a switch mode DC-DC chopper circuit. The proposed control system contains three main components: PC-based controllers for the motor current and speed, interface and controlled DC motor. These controllers were designed in Matlab/Simulink program package. The computer is connected to the DC motor via data acquisition card (DAQ Card) and the Visual Basic programming language is employed to conduct the experiment. To compare the outcomes of the original and modified systems with the PID controller, field testing is used. Finally, the system's performance was evaluated in terms of its accuracy error, robustness, and time response. Simulations and experiments were carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control system. © 2023 ieee.

An Electronic control Unit (ECU) acts as a vehicle's the central hub, managing functions through microcontrollers that interpret sensor input and ensure smooth operation. Over 50 microcontrollers govern the operation of low-voltage components like indicators, horns, regenerative brakes, air conditioners, power windows and airbag deployment to monitor control, and enhance diverse aspects, such as engine and motor modules' suspension, powertrain, transmission, brakes, and body functions. This paper delves into the hardware design of an electric vehicle powered by a 48V Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt Oxide (Li-NMC) battery. To efficiently utilize this voltage, a buck converter steps it down to 12V for the low-voltage system, with voltage regulators further reducing it to 5V for the microcontroller board's operation. Inputs from buttons like start, brake, charge, accelerator, forward, and reverse are processed by the microcontroller board and Motor controller. They, in turn, control various LED pins to indicate different states of the car system. The system, designed for an all-terrain vehicle, underwent rigorous testing with a Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor, achieving 45 km/hr and 5.16 m/s2 acceleration. The implementation uses an Arduino board and C language to enhance the vehicle functionality by enabling user interactions, such as starting the car, applying brakes, charging, and controlling acceleration, all while providing clear visual feedback through LED indicators. This paper exemplifies the potential of readily available microcontroller applications for EVs and provides a forward looking vision for an all-terrain four-wheel electric vehicle, showcasing the energy-efficient utilization of low-voltage systems through readily available electronic circuit boards. © 2023 ieee.

As a standardized software framework and open E/E system architecture, the AUTomotive Open system ARchitecture (AUTOSAR) has been widely applied to autonomous driving systems to enable real-time control. However, due to the increasing design complexity and the lack of efficient algorithms and design automation tools, it is difficult to quickly figure out an optimal task scheduling scheme for an AUTOSAR-based system. To address this problem, we introduce a novel task scheduling method that can parallelly search for an optimal solution with the help of our proposed pruning strategy. Experimental results on a real-world AUTOSAR-based autonomous driving system demonstrate that our approach can achieve much better task scheduling solutions than the ones obtained manually and significantly reduce the overall task scheduling time. © 2023 ieee.
