Most of the existing computer-aided industrial design focuses on the functional development of industrial design, with less attention paid to the coordination of various design stages, which leads to designers being unable to fully utilize the advantages of computers, resulting in the cooperation and collaboration of various design teams still remaining in a traditional and single mode. The focus of this article was to propose a computer-aided design theoretical model for product shape design process control, study the process of product shape design, and divide it. To reduce the product design cycle and improve the quality of product design, this article provided control over the product design process, including market demand analysis in industrial design, product shape innovation, and product shape design. Based on the design concept, various parts of the product were CAD (computer-aided design) drawn and deformed to complete the design. The final optimization plan was generated using an intelligent decision system driven by Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL). Market demand analysis in computer-aided industrial design took 15 days, and market demand analysis in computer-aided industrial design using deep reinforcement learning driven intelligent decision support systems took 10 days. This solution can shorten the product design cycle and optimize product design.

A self-recalibrating micromanipulator system is developed in this work to perform vision-based control under unpredictable scenes and poor imaging conditions. To ensure resilient vision-based control in such challenging conditions, we proposed a self-recalibrating mechanism that combines the estimates from both the robot manipulator and microscope vision. Our method is demonstrated for micropipette cell aspiration. In the initialization stage, the system automatically locates the tip and selects the templates for visual tracking. At the self-calibration phase, accurate tracking of the tip is achieved by the background subtraction template matching (BSTM) method in order to estimate the calibration matrix in complex environments. During the operation, the control error is detected according to the visual information and the self-recalibration is executed when the error exceeds the threshold value. Experimental analysis shows that the BSTM method for self-calibration achieves accurate tracking with an average error of less than 1 pixel (0.18 mu m). And the system has an average control error of 4.18 pixels ( 0.75 mu m) under complex calibration backgrounds, satisfying the accuracy requirements for cell aspiration. Moreover, the system achieved stable tracking in complex operating environments, including cell interaction, occlusion, tip leaving the focal plane or beyond the field-of-view. By designing a self-recalibrating micromanipulator equipped with resilient vision-based control system, we hope to robotize the procedures for the study of cell mechanics during micropipette aspiration and pave the path for the advancement of robotic micromanipulation in biomechanical research.

Aiming at the problem that inappropriate light environment has a subtle negative impact on people's life and is difficult to be detected by naked eyes, this paper designs and implements the Bmob back-end cloud intelligent lighting detection database design model. The content mainly involves cloud platform, database and data visualization. First, the overall architecture of the model is introduced, including the data layer, component layer, business layer, and application layer. Secondly, it focuses on the design of the cloud data table of the system. Through the design of these data tables, the intelligent lighting detection system can better transmit data and extract data from the cloud database, which provides a guarantee for the system's data query and display. Finally, the actual measurement of the database model lamps verifies the rationality of the database model design, as well as its logical relevance in the design of some corresponding module data tables in the Bmob cloud database, which provides reference for the database design of intelligent lighting detection related system. © 2022 ieee.

This paper presents an approach for the design of optimal H2 feedback controllers using the Chain-scattering Description two-port framework. The proposed method enables a direct determination of the closed-loop poles from the state-space representation of a Standard control Configuration plant. By leveraging the computer-aided design tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, the proposed solution facilitates efficient controller realization and analysis. The key contribution lies in the effective selection of weighting functions, which play a crucial role in determining the control system behavior. The presented formulation of weighting function selections aims to enhance the practical application of the optimal feedback controller design. The significance of this work extends to various engineering applications, promising advancements in control systems engineering, including the use of AI techniques for weighting function selection with the aim to drive innovation and enhance control system performance. Validation of the proposed approach using examples were provided. © 2023 ieee.

RFID technology, different communication methods, and the idea of layered design are employed in order to accommodate the features of the discrete manufacturing business. These characteristics include the presence of multiple types, tiny batches, rapid process modifications, and a significant deal of difficulty in the application of information. At the same time, the discrete manufacturing MES system that was developed by combining multithreading synchronization technology and a database aided design program is able to complete the tracking of discrete manufacturing work in progress, product quality traceability, workshop on-site real-time data collection, reasonable control of workshop production plan, enterprise equipment and personnel monitoring at any time, and real-time process feedback correction. Investigation is being done towards a different approach to the acquisition and processing of data for workshop production. throughout the same time, the configuration type secondary development mode is implemented throughout the process of putting the system into operation. This helps to improve the effectiveness of the software development process. © 2023 ieee.

The purpose of the application of UAV navigation system is to accurately judge the position of UAV in horizontal space and ensure that it can fly according to the expected set course. Although the inertia-satellite (GPS) navigation system design proposed in the past is in line with the development needs of the traditional market, in the new era, as small unmanned aerial vehicles enter the field of vision of researchers, experts begin to carry out a new design of the countermeasures and algorithms of the navigation control system. Electric vehicles are revolutionizing ground transportation and promise to disrupt the future of urban mobility. The technological advancements in the design and control of off-road electric vehicles have required the development of high-fidelity models to predict vehicle dynamic responses. High-fidelity modelling in off-road mobility is important for several reasons, including accurate prediction of the vehicle performance prior to road tests, optimization of energy management, and identification of failure modes. In this paper, a high-fidelity vehicle dynamics model is developed for a 4-wheel independent drive/steer scaled electric off-road vehicle using the MapleSim™ software package. The vehicle multibody dynamic model consists of all the mechanical subsystems of the vehicle, including: a) double wishbone suspension, b) independent steering mechanisms, c) independently driven powertrain, and d) the chassis. Experimental parameter identification is performed to identify the parameters of some key subsystems of the vehicle model. Vehicle mechanical subsystem parameters such as the a) vehicle drag frontal area, b) wheel inertia, and c) location of the vehicle centre of gravity are determined. The accuracy of the multibody dynamic model for an off-road electric vehicle heavily depends on the accuracy of the coupled electrical subsystem model. Therefore, to incorporate the electrical subsystem into the system model, the developed vehicle dynamics plant model is imported into MATLAB™/SIMULINK™ using the Functional Mock-up Interface and an electrical model of the Brushless DC inverter subsystem is developed using custom SPICE based libraries. This co-simulation approach allows electro-mechanical models to be developed from a design-first perspective using electrical and mechanical computer-aided design tools. This leads to a streamlined path for the designer to validate decisions prior to fabrication and assembly. © 2023 ieee.

With the Internet of Things becoming an essential part of our lives, Vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication is becoming very popular to meet the growing demands of having an Intelligent Transportation system (ITS). However, ensuring secure V2V communication is the key to realizing the full potential and utility of ITS. Therefore, this paper develops a secure framework for orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) based V2V communication among the untrusted platoons. Specifically, we propose optimal subcarrier and power allocation policies to maximize the sum secrecy rate across the vehicles which share the subcarriers with the vehicles outside their platoons. We start with allocating sub-carriers to the vehicles inside each platoon based on their underlying channel power gains. After that, noting the non-convexity of the power allocation problem, we propose a high signal-to-interference-plusnoise ratio-based transformation to develop two optimal power control policies. While both are based on fractional programming (FP), one yield closed-form power allocation and the other provides the optimal global solution numerically at a higher computational complexity. Lastly, the numerical simulations verify the analytical claims, provide key design insights and demonstrate that our proposed power control policies can improve the sum secrecy rate of benchmark schemes by over 4dB for the eight vehicles setting.
