In this article date glove and mechanical arm are connected by RS-232 serial port line, so mechanical arm and date glove are very critical in the date transmission among computers. Under windows serial port communication can be realized in the two methods below: making use of ActiveX control and API communication function. In this passage the advantages and shortcomings of the realization of the two methods will be compared, and the method which is the most suitable for this article will be chosen, and the mechanical arm control program will be developed.

As we enter into the digital age, information technology is playing a principal role in bringing process improvement to the forefront of business management consciousness. In the last decade, re-engineering efforts have produced a wide range of results. Many organizations in the West have undertaken business process reengineering initiatives with the aim of improving organizational performance. These initiatives inevitably involve redesign and alterations to the existing information systems that support the business processes. Many business process improvement efforts emphasize better integration, yet process integration can mean many things The recent emergence of the application service provision (ASP) business model has promised firms remote-access to industry robust business processes.

Based on traditional vehicle routing problem, grain logistics vehicle routing problem with time windows and the characteristics of grain logistics are fully considered in this paper. A model for grain logistics VRPTM was established, where the aim is to complete the maximum tasks with minimum cost. A PSO algorithm is proposed to solve the grain logistics VRPTW, the comparative experiments were made between PSO and basic GA algorithm, and experimental results manifest that the proposed method is effective and can find optimal solution quickly.

In this note, an adaptive multiple-model controller was developed for a class of nonlinear systems. The multiple models technique was used to describe the most appropriate model at different environments. By designing a blending instead of switching scheme, some models close to the real plant can be selected quickly, so that the transient performance can be improved significantly. Unlike previous results, we do not require a switching scheme to guarantee the most appropriate model to be chosen which can simplify the analysis of the stability of the closed-loop system. Besides, the proposed adaptive controller is a continuous type controller.

An Improved Weighted Feature Abstracting Algorithm

In non-supervised data set, the importance of each feature is different. If the feature is setted with a proper weight, which can fully considers the lever of the influence on the cluster effect, then the clustering result will be improved. A feature evaluate function is proposed to obtain a set of feature weight vectors by minimizing the function, which is a multi-objective problem. So a fast and elitist multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem and obtain the weight of feature. Finally, the weight of feature is introduced into the standard K-Means algorithm and the experiments on the UCI dataset show the validity of the algorithm.

In contrast to conventional flux-weakening control methods, an algorithm based on operation times (TO) of zero voltage space vector of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) for hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) application is proposed. In this paper, the d-axis current (id) is derived from a fuzzy controller. The proposed strategy can achieve fast dynamic control performance as well as parameter insensitivity in the flux-weakening region. Otherwise, it can also reduce the current amplitude of stator compared with the conventional method.

In order to improve the control performance of some electro-hydraulic digital control system and simplify the system a kind of combination digital valve was designed in the paper. Based on pulse code modulation principle, the combination digital valve which is made of many on-off valves has a lot of advantage such as being simple in structure, good in anti-pollution and cheap, so it is suitable for application in electro-hydraulic servo control system control by the computer of some large-scale mining machinery equipment like the long-distance belt conveyer.

According to the American customer satisfaction index and relative theories of structure equation model, the paper constructs the e-government public satisfaction index model. Finally, the model is proved by experimental research.
