Nowadays the researches on entrepreneurship have become more and more mature, and the Entrepreneurpsilas Traits have received lots of attention from scholars. This paper empirically studied the relationship between Entrepreneurpsilas traits and entrepreneurial success using structural equation model based on 153 valid surveys. The result showed that innovativeness, locus of control, risk-taking and need for achievement are all positively associated with entrepreneurial success. Then we discussed the empirical results. Finally, we made a conclusion and discussed the limitations and pointed out possible research direction in the future.

Direct Torque control (DTC) has the characters such as combined simplicity and robustness with excellent performance of torque control for the drive system. A DTC technique for drive system fed on three-level inverter and induction motor is presented, which means to select and compose right voltage vectors varying from speed working in constant torque area. The mathematic and simulation models of this style drive system were presented and analyzed. The simulation results confirm that the control method is very effective in optimizing the frequency of switching devices, balancing the neutral point voltage of three-level inverter, and improving drive system performance.

The relative risk scale of bank financing products are extended nowadays, and lots of uncertain factors affects the evaluation process. In order to solve these problems, analytical network process (ANP) was utilized to estimate the risk possibility. Risk factors index system of bank financing products were built firstly. ANP considered all kinds of risk factors as well as influence among them. The feedback relation between every two factors were described and calculated. Finally all of the risk factors were sorted synthetically. The example shows that ANP is a suitable method.

This paper introduces the structural model and the operating principle of B/S model together with the notion of system concept and the architecture of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). According to the requirements of the household textile industry, the function design of the ERP system is presented. During the research and development process, analysis are given to the specific realizing technology of the system, the implementation procedures of ERP and the principles to follow in project implementations, respectively. As to an order-oriented manufacturing enterprise, ERP is proved to be the best choice for supporting the operation and management of it.

This paper presents a method for the identification of Hammerstein models based on Support Vector Regression (SVR). First, the intermediate linear model was established through converting the nonlinear equations of Hammerstein to a class of linear one by the function expansion. Second, training samples for intermediate linear model were obtained by operating measured data synthetically, and coefficients of the intermediate model were obtained by the SVR algorithm. Then, through the relations of the coefficients of intermediate model and that of Hammerstein model, the nonlinear static part and linear dynamic part were identified simultaneously. Finally, The efficiency of the proposed algorithm was demonstrated by simulation examples.

An optimization model to the application of signal coordination for traffic arterials based on multi-group partition is proposed. The approach divides a large signalized arterial into subgroups with three to five signals in each subgroup according to actual traffic conditions. In each subgroup, signal coordination between neighboring intersections is built by a common cycle and offsets. A case study was presented to illustrate how the proposed approach could be applied, and the signal timing solutions were compared with the solutions from traditional signal coordination method using well-known TRANSYT-7F. Evaluation of the timing solutions using CORSIM simulator indicated that the proposed approach improved efficiencies for traffic arterials and reduced the vehicles' delay time.

Based on the concept of transition from theory teaching to practice teaching in advanced vocational education systems, this paper proposes the "Project-oriented" teaching mode, and gives insights to the concept together with the teaching approach of it. To better illustrate the mode of basic project settings and the implementation process, the teaching practice of course is introduced as an example. Finally, the main innovations of this mode as well as the success implementations of important points of this mode are also discussed. It is proved that developing the "Project-oriented" teaching mode courses plays an important role in the computer courses teaching of advanced vocational education.

Multisensor data fusion methods for Gaussian noise are widely reported, while fusion approaches for non-Gaussian noise are seldom met in the literature. In this study, four statistical fusion methods are presented for a mixture of Gaussians noise. These four methods are the minimum variance approach, the maximum kurtosis approach, the minimum kurtosis approach, and the minimum mean absolute error approach. Preliminary numerical simulations demonstrate that the maximum kurtosis method shows the worst fusion performance, while the rest three methods shows equivalent better fusion performance.

At present, classic methods are used to predict reservoir runoff, but the result is not ideal. Due to the shortages of neural network and grey system, in this paper, a grey neural network model is set up based on grey and neural network theory. The data got from the GM(1,4) on the factors affecting the reservoir runoff is used as the input of the neural network and the origin data of reservoir runoff are used as the output of neural network which was trained to get the optimal structure of neural network. The results show that the model had highly fitting and predicting precision advantages than other model had. The case study shows that the model is quite accurate in prediction reservoir runoff, which has some project referential value.

In view of the problems existing in previous system of teaching quality, According to our teaching characteristics a new model of PSO-based teaching quality evaluation is set up by means of PSO theory and neural network. And the application procedure of the model is illuminated in detail. By analyzing a lot of practical examples, the experiment result indicates that this mathematical model has better appraisal effect and can overcome the complexity of traditional evaluation model. Compared with other methods, this method is scientific, simple and operable. And its structure and method will have a bright future.
