Aiming at the existing problems of multiple sensors, a multi-sensor cooperative positioning technology based on dual neural networks is proposed. The established multi-sensor joint indoor positioning model introduces inertial sensor data information on the basis of the Wi-Fi positioning model. This article uses Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) to establish a motion trajectory model, which improves the accuracy of indoor positioning and anti-interference ability, so that it can still maintain good positioning accuracy in a complex indoor environment. The basic modeling of UAV trajectory planning is studied. We analyze the physical performance and planning environment of the UAV, and transform the problem into a mathematical function. In the realization of the planning algorithm, the road sign guidance method is used to solve the local trap problem of the velocity vector field. We research on the UAV constraint fusion method, and use the "detection step method" to solve the UAV minimum turning radius constraint fusion problem. By setting the distance between the wall-climbing robot and the UAV formation relationship and introducing the speed of avoiding other UAVs, the trajectory collision-free constraint fusion is realized. On this basis, two coordination mechanisms of temporary target selection and detection step adjustment are designed to realize the coordination of the trajectory of the wall-climbing robot and the UAV in different scenarios. We study environment update methods and adopt partial update strategies to realize the processing of planning space update, task update, and threat update, so as to ensure that the algorithm can be applied to a dynamically changing environment. The design of the planning algorithm was completed, the track evaluation index was proposed, and the simulation verification software was developed to complete the verification of the algorithm's feasibility, rationality, completeness, and rapidity. In distributed sensor fusion systems, each of the local sensors has its own tracker processing local measurements for measurement-to-track association and state estimation. Only the processed data, local tracks (LT) comprising state vector estimates and their covariance matrices are transmitted to the fusion center (FC). In this work, a multi-object hybrid probabilistic information matrix fusion (MO-HPIMF) is derived taking into account all association hypotheses. In MO-HPIMF, the association carried out is between the FC track states (prediction) and the LT state estimates from local sensors. When having a large number of objects and sensors in fusion, only the m-best FC-track-to-LT association hypotheses should be incorporated in MO-HPIMF to reduce the computational complexity. A Sequential m-best 2-D method is used for solving the multidimensional assignment problem in this work. It is shown in the simulations that MO-HPIMF can successfully track all targets of interest and is superior to track-to-track fusion (T2TF, a commonly used approach in distributed sensor fusion system) which relies on hard association decisions.

This research focuses on soft robotic bladders that are used to monitor and control the interaction between a user's head and the shell of a Smart Helmet. Compression of these bladders determines impact dissipation;hence the focus of this paper is sensing and estimation of bladder compression. An IR rangefinder-based solution is evaluated using regression techniques as well as a Neural Network to estimate bladder compression. A Hall-Effect (HE) magnetic sensing system is also examined where HE sensors embedded in the base of the bladder sense the position of a magnet in the top of the bladder. The paper presents the HE sensor array, signal processing of HE voltage data, and then a Neural Network (NN) for predicting bladder compression. Efficacy of different training data sets on NN performance is studied. Different NN configurations are examined to determine a configuration that provides accurate estimates with as few nodes as possible. Different bladder compression profiles are evaluated to characterize IR range finding and HE based techniques in application scenarios.
