Based on the analysis of the basic Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), a PSO with local interpolation search (PSOlis) is proposed with interpolation methods. The improved PSO takes full advantage of the best location of individual particles and the better position among particles to modify the best location of the individual particles. The experiments with test functions show that PSOlis has better convergence accuracy and faster convergence speed than the basic PSO.

In this paper, we propose a new study of the robot control by using model following control system (MFCS). With the MFCS method , we obtain a simple input control law. The bounded property of the internal states for the control is given and the utility of this control design is guaranteed. Finally, examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, and MFCS control techniques are applied to robot control synthesis problems.

This paper studies stability of solutions for a class of stochastic impulsive systems. The impulsive stochastic comparison theorem is established using stochastic differential inequalities. By using the comparison theorem, the comparison criterion of asymptotic stability of trivial solution of the systems is obtained based on vector Lyapunov-like function.

Program Slicing is a basic technique on Program analysis and converse engineering. The control Dependence Graph is the basic representation of the source code in Program Slicing. From CDG you can do analysis on control flow. In this paper we present algorithms for constructing control Dependence Graph for programs with transfer statements. We study on the follow region that is caused by the transfer statements and bring up a method which constructs CDG by using and maintaining the virtual nodes stack. From the method you can do control dependence analysis on program with multiple nesting transfer statements.

This paper firstly analyzes the principle, data structure and the functions of forward agent and backward agent in AntNet algorithm. Secondly it points out it's insufficiency and brings forward a improved algorithm based on the AntNet. Then it implements from some aspects, such as the measure guide line, the improvement of initial value in route table, the control of agent number, dying out of backward agent, selection of nexthop, the data structure and algorithm flow. The simulation results show that the new algorithm improve some capabilities in throughput, time delay and stability.

This article uses the graphics designer and the code editor of GL Studio combined with VC++6.0 to simulate the instruments which is based on a certain type aeroboat. This paper introduces the GL Studio software, its main function and its application in aeroboat simulation. This simulation result can real-timely shows the parameters (speed, altimeter and electrical quantity) of the aeroboat, and it proved that the simulation result based on GL Studio software is effective and reaches the anticipated design goal.

An algorithm for direct kinematics of the 5-6 Stewart platform is presented. We construct a set of fifteen 4 th degree equations in three unknowns and obtain the univariate polynomial of 20 th degree. Due to dual solutions of other unknowns, this indicates a maximum of 40 possible solutions. A numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness and the accuracy of the proposed algorithm.

The network reconfiguration optimal control in distribution networks is modeled as a multi-objective combinational optimization. Multiple objectives are considered for load balancing among the feeders, minimum deviation of the nodes voltage, minimize the power loss and branch current constraint violation. Based on the objectives evaluated by membership functions respectively. These objectives are modeled with fuzzy sets to evaluate their imprecise nature and one can provide the anticipated value of each objective. We propose a new Fuzzy Preferences Multi-Objective Approach to solve it. Simulation results demonstrated that the proposed method is effective in improving performance.

This paper introduces an approach to analyze the power and energy consumption of a many-core system. The investigation has been done by using the Intel SCC system as an experimental platform. The approach is to collect the time and power profiling of an executing application on the Intel SCC system. And then, we find the total energy consumed for the entire execution. We studied the effects of power and energy consumption in many-core systems by varying different hardware configuration parameters such as number of cores, clock frequency and voltage level. Thus, the many-core system can be explored for its scalability, fitness in operational cost and performance. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
