The Real-Time Traffic Prediction and Optimization System may be described as enriched, spacious, algorithm-oriented, and designed to help contribute to the anti-symptomatic deprievement of increasingly congested urban traffic streams. The system with the help of integrating real time data of numerous sources like GPS tracker, traffic sensor as well as weather API, the system using advanced machine learning algorithm in order to predict traffic accurately and optimize routes based on it. This predictive capability then greatly improves the flow of vehicles, the time taken, and the occurrence of choke points. The structure of the system is fully based in the cloud, which makes it easy to scale and very compatible with other systems to amalgamate a vast array of data inputs with high dependability. Fully customizable and intuitive control panel gives live view of traffic, offers actionable stats, and instant control mechanisms to traffic operators to make correct decisions quickly. Congestion in urban areas has an influence on time taken to cover a certain distance, fuel consumption and emission to the atmosphere. On the basis of the above analysis, this work extends a Real-Time Traffic Prediction and Optimization System (RTPOPS) using machine learning approach to predict the traffic density and to further optimize traffic signals and routes. The used system demonstrated successful management and reduction of vehicle density by 30%, and increasing speed limits by 18% and proved that Intelligent Urban Mobility has the potential to be achieved. © 2025 IEEE.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), commonly known as drones, have experienced rapid growth and widespread adoption across military and civilian applications in recent years. This paper offers a comprehensive survey of UAV technologies, focusing on their classifications, structural components, communication systems, and operating platforms. UAVs are categorized based on size, range, and altitude capabilities. Key structural elements such as frames, propulsion systems, sensors, and control mechanisms are examined. The paper also addresses communication requirements, architectures, protocols, and associated challenges. Furthermore, it reviews real time operating systems utilized in UAVs, high-lighting their design considerations. The survey concludes by identifying emerging trends and future research directions in UAV development, providing valuable insights for both newcomers and seasoned researchers in the field. © 2025 IEEE.

In contemporary society, it is pertinent to address the feature of the Urban Air Mobility (UAM), a new mode of urban transport, whereby unmanned aerial vehicles transport people and goods with the view to rendering relief to ground traffic congestion. However, challenging as it may be, the deployment of the UAVs within the confines of the urban built environment is complex. In this systematic review, we provide state-of-the-art developments found in multi-UAV path planning for UAM. We highlight the different aspects of navigation strategies, cooperative algorithms, optimization methods, as well as collision avoidance techniques over the years. In total, we conducted analyses on thirty recent studies, such as those that deal with the combination of machine learning, bio-inspired algorithms, and other environmental-induced factors involved in the path planning process. The review results exhibit significant advances in navigation-aware planning, cooperative systems, advanced optimization techniques, and real-alive applications. However, while all these have been achieved, adaptations in real-time, dynamic environment management, and the integration of learning-based methods with conventional control methods are challenges that have continued to be faced. Future research will propose directions to fill in these gaps to further the progress towards developing efficacious, safe, and sustainable urban air transportation systems. © 2025 IEEE.

The rapid increase in urban vehicle numbers has significantly worsened traffic congestion, particularly in public parking spaces, where conventional parking systems often prove inefficient, leading to wasted time, excessive fuel consumption, and increased environmental pollution. A Smart Car Parking System is proposed to address these challenges by integrating advanced technologies, including the Internet of Things (IoT), to optimize parking operations. The system employs sensors embedded in parking spaces to detect vehicle presence and provide real-time data on availability. This enables drivers to locate free parking spaces efficiently, improving traffic flow. Additionally, the system offers valuable insights to city planners and facility managers, supporting optimal space allocation and dynamic pricing models. By reducing vehicle idling and unnecessary driving while searching for parking, the system helps minimize emissions, contributing to environmental sustainability. The study builds an automated smart car parking system for parking slot monitoring and gate control. The system ensures correct slot occupancy reading, status displayed in real time, and smooth operation of an opening and closing system. It manages additional features such as real-time sensor calibration and effective gate control with a high degree of accuracy and accountability. The proposed Smart Car Parking System represents a key innovation in urban mobility, offering a user-friendly, efficient, and ecofriendly solution to one of the most persistent challenges faced by modern cities. © 2025 IEEE.

'Cloud computing' refers to a broad range of computer ideas that include several PCs linked by a real-time transmission network, such the internet. Cloud computing is a new paradigm that has drawn a lot of attention from researchers recently due to its potential to lower computing expenses. This study compares RSA, AES, and a technique that combines both of them. The effectiveness of these methods is examined in relation to encryption and decryption times for various data set sizes. The experiment was designed to be replicable and was conducted on standardised devices using the Mathematical writing and analysis tool, which is based on the Wolfram Language. In this experiment, encryption and decryption speeds were tested and compared for data sizes ranging from 64 to 176 bytes. As a second indicator of the algorithms' performance, the number of iterations each algorithm completed was also counted. The results demonstrate that AES had the fastest encryption and decryption times, and that the hybrid model had the greatest features of both RSA and AES in terms of speed and security. With encryption times of 0.10 ms and 0.20 ms for 64-byte and 176-byte data, respectively, the hybrid approach provided a balanced performance. AES outperformed RSA in throughput by up to 4 times and the hybrid technique by up to 2 times. According to these results, the hybrid technique successfully strikes a balance between speed and security, even though AES is best for speed. © 2025 IEEE.

Formula One motor-sport is a sport that attracts millions of people worldwide, and performance is influenced by a synergy of drivers, constructors, and engines. The identification of the best-performing constructors is complex because of these interdependencies. While existing studies have focused on isolated factors such as driver performance or engine metrics, they lack a holistic model that integrates these multiple dimensions. This research fills the gap by creating a holistic framework that evaluates driver performance, engine efficiency, and constructor dynamics over time. We utilize machine learning models such as Random Forest, Decision Tree, Logistic Regression, and LLaMA to predict the top five constructors in Formula 1 races. Of these, the Random Forest model had a higher accuracy level for the ranking of constructors, and hence the output could be of more practical value to stakeholders. This research work, therefore, constitutes an important milestone in further developing the predictive analysis of performance for Formula 1 using various factors that describe performance and advanced machine learning methods. © 2025 IEEE.

This paper proposes a method for integrating the electronic power steering (EPS) system into autonomous driving control by interfacing the CARLA simulator with the Robot Operating System (ROS). CARLA is a high-fidelity simulator designed for autonomous driving research, offering a realistic simulation environment for urban driving scenarios. In this study, ROS is utilized as middleware to facilitate seamless communication between the CARLA simulator and the EPS control system. The proposed system architecture enables realtime control of vehicle steering through EPS Hardware-In-the Loop-Simulation (HILS), supporting precise steering in autonomous driving tasks such as lane-keeping, obstacle avoidance, and path-following. The integration of these technologies demonstrates that CARLA and ROS can be effectively leveraged for the development and validation of autonomous driving algorithms. This study highlights the practical feasibility of EPS HILS-based steering control in a variety of driving conditions. Future work will focus on optimizing advanced control algorithms and expanding functionality by incorporating vehicle dynamics. © 2025 IEEE.
