The out-of-vocabulary (OOV) words is a problem that impacts recognition accuracy, whether it is the HMM model, DNN model, or end-to-end speech recognition. This paper proposes a hybrid input-type recurrent neural network language model (RNNLM) for end-to-end speech recognition, which uses word and pseudo-morpheme (PM) as a sub-lexical unit during training. The advantage of PM is a new vocabulary, or unseen vocabulary can be reconstructed from sub-lexical units. The results showed that the accuracy of using the proposed method could reduce the error rate by 1.28% compared to the conventional end-to-end technique.

Studies on computer-based perception by vision modelling are described. The visual perception is mathematically modelled, where the model receives and interprets visual data from the environment. The perception is defined in probabilistic terms so that it is in the same way quantified. Human visual perception mimicked by means of a computer is an important step in cybernetics as this is, generally speaking, one of the goals of cybernetics. At the same time, the measurement of visual perception is made possible in real-time. From the visual perception, some other derivatives of it can be computed. One example is the visual openness which can be used for the movement of an autonomous robot. As to another application, mention may be made to spatial design, in building and construction engineering. The paper describes the novel probabilistic theory of visual perception and investigates various properties of it, via the vision model established. The computer experiments are carried out by means of a virtual agent in a virtual environment demonstrating the verification of the theoretical considerations being presented, and the far reaching implications of the studies are pointed out.

The crucial role that computer networks play in Cloud computing requires a holistic vision of both networking and computing resources that leads to a convergence of network and Cloud service provisioning. Performance evaluation on converged network-Cloud service provisioning faces some new challenges that are brought in by key features of Cloud computing, such as resource virtualization and service-orientation. In order to address the challenges, we explored application of network calculus theory in analyzing network-Cloud service performance by proposing a novel profile-based modeling approach. In this paper we further extend this approach by particularly considering the impact of data transform between networking and computing systems in network-Cloud service provisioning;thus achieving holistic modeling and analysis on end-to-end service performance across the network and Cloud domains. The developed analytic method is general and applicable to a wide variety of network-Cloud services. The results obtained in this paper also provide useful guidelines for federated management of networking and computing resources for achieving service performance guarantees.

Usually there are more vehicles in main road than minor road, so there are more green light time be needed in the main road. From the computer simulation and theory analysis, we can find that the application of double queues asymmetric gated service polling theory in intelligent traffic system can balance intersections load and set suitable passing time for vehicles to assure the roads open.

E-intelligence for integrated product design, manufacturing and service is becoming the core of 21st century advanced manufacturing technology. This paper presents the current efforts at the McMaster Manufacturing Research Institute (MMRI) to, implement an Internet-based computer Aided engineering (CAE) facility for the development of new manufacturing processes. The facility, termed The Centre for Online Manufacturing Optimization (COMO), integrates advanced process simulation software, a remote machine monitoring system, and state of the art multimedia and Internet technologies, to realize a virtual manufacturing process optimization environment. This environment leads the manufacturing engineer through a set of procedures in which physics based process simulations allow process parameters and operational sequences to be evaluated and optimized with respect to desired product features. Once the process parameters are established, the part can be prototyped at the MMRI laboratory or the industrial facility. The Internet-based, computerengineering facility will provide companies with predictive intelligence tools for process development, and production monitoring. A Case Study is presented, in which a 3-axis milling operation is defined, optimized and executed using the COMO facility.

Implementation of the Family Planning Management Information System (SIGA) is the use of information technology utilization by the National Population and Family Planning Board to support the successful implementation of the current program. Even though it has been developed since 2017, SIGA has yet to be fully utilized due to the low coverage of family planning service health data registration and activity group data registration, namely 34. 15% in 2019. Based on problem tracing, it was found that one of the causes for the low coverage of registration data was the acceptance of SIGA users. Although the use of SIGA has been regulated in the Republic of Indonesia's Government Regulation Number 87 of 2014, only 40.4% of districts/cities of the target 188 districts/cities in 2020 have reported contraceptive service results through SIGA (February 2020 data). With that problem, the researcher used a modified model, UTAUT 2 user acceptance to see what factors affect the acceptance of SIGA users. 273 respondent data were processed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model method The results show that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Habit influence behavioral intention to use SIGA, while Facilitating Conditions, Habit, and Behavior Intention of SIGA use behavior.
