The aim of educational innovation is to foster students' creative and problem-solving skills via the integration of several disciplines, including science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics. Efficiently identifying and fostering the various abilities of pupils continues to be a crucial obstacle. This research presents a sophisticated educational approach that combines the notion of multiple intelligences with artificial intelligence (AI) technology to tackle this problem. This concept improves the teaching environment by including intelligent auxiliary services for instructors and students via the use of smart speech and picture interaction. Artificial intelligence (AI) integrated into the multiple intelligence's framework enables the ability to observe, analyze, and implement personalized teaching tactics in real-time using machine learning. The suggested AI-assisted education paradigm aims to enhance teacher-student interactions and facilitate personalized instruction. The study provides evidence that this technique successfully facilitates personalized and captivating learning experiences, promoting students' diverse talents and augmenting their creativity and problem-solving capabilities. This approach seeks to fundamentally transform conventional educational techniques by addressing the disparity between existing educational practices and the future requirements of the workforce. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper proposes a method for expanding the metadata of three-dimensional point cloud data using Large Language Models (LLMs). Currently, point cloud data plays a crucial role in various fields such as autonomous driving and medical image reconstruction, necessitating the expansion of metadata for efficient processing. Traditionally, metadata construction has relied on manual input, which is prone to errors. In this study, we propose a method that utilizes LLMs, particularly the Llama 3.1 model, to extract the center points of each class in the point cloud data and expand the metadata by adding these center points to the annotation files. By using center points, computational costs are reduced, and the performance of segmentation and detection models based on this data is improved. Copyright 2025 Global IT research Institute (GIRI). Accurate brain tumors segmentation is essential for precise diagnosis, planning, treatment, and monitoring of the tumor. However, the variations in tumor size, shape, and location, automating this process can be challenging. Segmentation using manual method is both time-taking and can produce inconsistent results. A promising solution to automated brain tumor segmentation is through deep learning approach that use convolutional neural networks. The models that have used U-Net shown considerable promise in enhancing the precision and effectiveness of automated Brain tumor segmentation. Still, there is a scope for improvement in accurate segmentation of brain MRI images. The segmentation of Brain MRI Images greatly helps in earlier diagnosis of Brain tumor effectively. The proposed model using ResNet, ResNext, and Inception as a backbone of U-Net with BraTs 2020 dataset could potentially reduce the workload of radiologists and provide more consistent results across experts. Future research can explore the use of other architectures or hybrid models to enhance brain tumor segmentation performance. © 2024 IEEE.

Money laundering is a serious threat to global financial systems, causing instability and inflation, and especially hurting middle-class savings. This paper suggests a new way to tackle these problems by using blockchain technology and advanced machine learning models. We use hyperledger fabric to securely record transactions and advanced algorithms like autoencoders and neural networks to create a strong anti-money laundering (AML) system. This system can detect and predict illegal financial activities in real-time and includes continuous monitoring and alerts. These features improve financial transparency and stability while protecting the savings of the middle class. By identifying and reducing risks early, our solution not only ensures compliance with regulations but also strengthens the resilience of global financial systems against new threats. This research helps develop effective ways to fight financial crime, promoting a safer and more transparent financial world. © Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of computer Applications and Management 2024.

To enhance three-dimensional(3D) measurement precision with minimal fringes, the deep phase mapping 3D based on single-frame digital moiré fringe method (DDM) is proposed. By projecting just one high-frequency fringe and combining wrapped phase with fringe order to calculate continuous phase, it achieves 3D reconstruction through training on three process variables, thereby enhancing measurement precision. Experimental DDM measurements of 3D contours for fox and complex face models surpassed traditional single-frame methods in accuracy. Further evaluation on standard planes confirmed DDM's precision through lower RMSE (root mean square error) and MAE (mean absolute error) values, underlining its superior reconstruction accuracy. It holds great promise for its potential applications in real-time industrial measurements. © 2024 IEEE.

Sanitation workers play a crucial role in maintaining public hygiene and cleanliness. Understanding their daily routines and job responsibilities is essential for improving their work environment, task distribution, and overall supervision. However, tracking sanitation workers in open environments remains a persistent challenge. This paper introduces a deep learning model named CNN-BiGRU-CBAM, designed to recognize sanitation workers' daily and working activities using smartwatch sensors. The model leverages advanced convolutional neural networks to extract highly informative features from multi-modal sensor data, including acceleration information, collected from smartwatches. The dataset used in this study is carefully curated and collected from sanitation workers during their daily work routines, encompassing activities such as walking, running, sweeping, lifting, and driving vehicles. These activities are systematically categorized to cover both work-related tasks and non-work activities. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model consistently achieves an average F1-score of over 94.50% across seven activity groups, outperforming baseline deep learning methods by an impressive margin of 5.62%. The model excels in accurately identifying operations in diverse and dynamic work settings. This research highlights the potential of smartwatches and deep learning in continuously analyzing sanitation workers' duties and developing improved working regulations that consider their well-being and daily tasks. © 2024 IEEE.

The integration of IoT technology provides realtime, data-driven monitoring that reduces waste and maintains the quality of the food, changing the way food is preserved and managed. This research focuses on the development and implementation of an Arduino-based IoT device for monitoring freshness, temperature, and humidity in storage food environments. Equipped with an MQ-4 methane sensor and DHT11 sensor, the system detects spoilage indicators and environmental conditions and opens an exhaust fan if the moisture has been in excess. The BLYNK IoT app provides instant information to the user about storage conditions, thus ensuring efficient and proactive food management. This product finds answers to some of the main food-related storage challenges by offering scalable and effective solutions for enhanced freshness and reduced spoilage. © 2025 IEEE.

Community detection is a crucial task in complex network analysis, and existing game-theoretic-based community detection methods struggle to achieve a balance between local and global competition and cooperation. This paper introduce a Dual-scale Game theoretical Framework (Dual-GTF) for community detection. First, a new modularity function is proposed, enabling each node to incorporate additional expansion information at the community scale by collaborating closely with the individual scale modularity function. Subsequently, leveraging cooperative and competitive strategies informed by realistic empiricism, this paper integrate community-scale information to facilitate effective role division within communities. Evaluations of real-world datasets demonstrate that this approach, Dual-GTF, achieves superior convergence and performance results in most cases. © 2024 IEEE.

Human action identification has advanced significantly as a result of the development of deep learning algorithms. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are known for their adeptness at extracting crucial information within video frames, especially shapes and postures. However, understanding movements necessitates not just individual frames as well as the temporal flow of the movement;this is wherein LSTM (long short-term memory) variants of Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) come into play. By analyzing frame sequences, LSTMs are particularly effective in gathering temporal connections, recalling prior motions, and overcoming the gap amongst static features as well as dynamic actions. Even with CNNs and LSTMs' remarkable accuracy in human action recognition (HAR), challenges remain. © 2024 IEEE.

Safety of railway is the major problem worldwide. It has problems like cracks or any fault in the railway tracks. These problems can cause severe accidents if it is not detected regularly and early. In traditional fault finding and crack detecting method, the manual method is involved which is very slow and consist of many errors. By considering all these challenges and issues in track detection method, we have implemented an advanced IoT based railway crack and fault-finding system. It uses advanced sensors, microcontroller, GPS and GSM module which can detect and report faults of the railway track. The system uses real time mechanism. The system is implemented and tested on a prototype railway track to detect crack or any fault. The internet of things technology added modern and accurate fault-finding feature in the system. The IoT plays an important role in implementing advance technologies, as it uses sensors and advance microcontroller. The accuracy rate of fault and crack detection is around 97%, which is for 2 mm crack. Along with this GPS module accurately track fault location. GSM module successfully send the alert message quickly after detecting the fault in the track. Hence the response time is very less and accurate. This system is implemented in order to ensure safety for the railway track and prevent the accidents. Hence the system is useful for improving overall transport safety. © 2024 IEEE.
