This research focuses on the implementation of quantum machine learning with the classical models such as Gradient Boosting and K-means clustering for efficient classification and clustering of most complex datasets in advanced systems. Taking advantage of the large datasets that are handled by the qc, this work examines Quantum Support Vector Machines (QSVM), Quantum Boosting, and Quantum K-means. To compare the efficiency of these hybrid models three datasets - the healthcare, the financial, and the cyber-security datasets - are used. Our findings indicate that quantum optimization algorithms achieve better accuracy in clustering in comparison to the classical counterparts and are computationally faster. This work shows how quantum machine learning can lead to the enhancement of difficult data processing tasks, a major issue in the quantum computing domain, with specific reference to resources and high-dimensional data. The opportunity to integrate quantum and classical models successfully is the best basis for further developments in machine learning. © 2024 IEEE.

High-performance computing (HPC) has revolutionized the field of weather forecasting by enabling the use of advanced algorithms and powerful computing systems to predict weather patterns with greater accuracy. Weather sensors and satellites collect vast amounts of data on temperature, pressure, humidity, wind speed, and precipitation, which are then processed and analyzed in near real-time to generate accurate forecasts. This article highlights the role of HPC in improving weather forecasting by leveraging Scalable Probabilistic Approximation (SPA) and HPC systems. Weather modelling is used to improve our understanding of how processes work in land, oceans, and the atmosphere. It also helps predict weather between days and seasons, as well as weather projection for the future. By leveraging these technologies and techniques, HPC is revolutionizing weather pattern prediction, enabling more accurate and timely forecasts that can help protect lives and livelihoods. High-performance computing and advanced algorithms are crucial for improving the accuracy of weather forecasting. By leveraging these technologies, researchers can better predict weather patterns, which has significant implications for various industries and applications. © 2024 IEEE.

Flight control computer is the core of automatic flight control system settlement, management, crosslinking and power supply. In order to improve the reliability of the flight control system and ensure the flight safety of UAVS, the algorithm flow chart of the redundant flight control computer is designed according to the software framework and functional requirements of the redundant flight control computer. Based on FLexRay bus, the realization methods and measures of synchronization, cross-channel data exchange, input and output data monitoring and voting among redundant flight control computers are studied. © 2024 IEEE.

NWDAF (Network Data Analytics Function) is a network function defined by 3GPP that enables network data analysis for mobile core network. After R17 was frozen as the last version of the 5G phase, 3GPP continued to promote the evolution of the NWDAF standard and will release R18 as the first version of the 5G advanced phase. As 5G is entering a new stage of 5G advanced, this article provides an overview of the NWDAF of 5G advanced. Firstly, this article introduces the basic concepts of NWDAF. Then, this article reviews and analyzes the standardization progress of NWDAF in 3GPP, including key universal capabilities in the 5G and 5G advanced stages, as well as the evolution of analysis type specific capabilities. Finally, this article looks forward to the possible future standardization development direction of NWDAF. © 2023 IEEE.

This study focuses on the human resources necessary for generating innovations that can transform society. In the era of artificial intelligence, advanced technologies such as text deep fakes have emerged, utilizing AI and deep learning algorithms to generate text contents that convincingly mimic reality. Text-based deep fakes, commonly found in emails, articles, news, and social media posts, pose a significant threat to public trust. Our research proposes a method to distinguish between fake and genuine scientific abstracts in the field of computer science using a specialized dataset and deep learning models. The proposed detection model can differentiate between real and fake abstracts with 97.5% accuracy. Additionally, we employed metrics such as precision, recall, accuracy, and F1 score to measure the performance of our system in detail. ©2024 IEEE.

The integration of Electroencephalography (EEG) and Brain-computer Interface (BCI) technologies is causing an evolution in healthcare, accessibility, and neuroscience. This multidisciplinary method offers a non-invasive means to communicate and control through intentional eye movements, which is particularly promising for patients suffering from neurological illnesses. In this study, eye movements are identified using EEG data from the EPOC Flex wireless EEG brain device. Using advanced Deep Learning models such as the Deep Belief Network (DBN) and the Deep Residual Network (Deep ResNet), and attempted to distinguish four distinct eye movements: open, close, right, and left. Some of the primary metrics utilized for assessing these models were accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. The Deep ResNet model gives better results with an accuracy of 96.25%, recall of 95.85%, precision of 96.66%, and an F1 score of 96.24%. The findings suggest that BCI frameworks can leverage EEG-based eye movement detection to improve rehabilitation procedures and make computers and devices easier to operate. This study's findings open a path for future research into neurotechnological applications and human-computer interaction. © 2024 IEEE.
