Software engineering has increasingly utilized "Artificial Intelligence"(AI) to improve self-organizing IT solutions. This research aims to fill the existing void in the thorough examination of artificial intelligence's (AI) impact on software engineering. To achieve this, the study used a combination of an extensive literature review and qualitative Conversations with software engineers. The objective of the study is to evaluate the present status of AI integration, possible progress, and the accompanying hazards in the realm of software development. The results demonstrate that artificial intelligence has made substantial progress in multiple domains. By employing algorithmic methodologies, it has automated time-consuming chores such as debugging and documentation, resulting in a more efficient software development and testing process. AI has facilitated the methodical examination of extensive datasets, detecting patterns and novel clusters of information. Moreover, the utilization of neural networks has enabled comprehensive analysis of these datasets. Hence, AI expedites progress, diminishes development expenses, and augments total efficacy in software engineering. © 2023 IEEE.

The diagnosis of a range of eye disorders needs to categorize the retinal vessels. computerized implementation of this process is becoming increasingly essential for automated screening systems for retinal diseases. To achieve a more accurate extraction of the retinal vessels, a new pre-processing step is proposed. These proposed pre-processes are also compared to other algorithms to assess their impact. The proposed pre-processing process consists of two phases. The first phase is the implementation and validation of the pre-processing modules, and the second phase is the implementation of these pre-processes onto the retinal vessels that were to be extracted. To achieve a significantly improved segmented vessel image, the proposed pre-process phase employs a common image-processing technique. In recent years, there has been a great deal of focus on retinal vessel identification studies, and the importance of assessing and confirming the findings of retinal vessel segmentation. © 2024 IEEE.

The blockchain-powered scheme for sharing medical files in a practical manner decentralized quality-based encryption is a secure and efficient approach for sharing sensitive medical information among healthcare providers. The system utilizes blockchain technology to store and handle the framework for restricting entry to specific areas and permissions for medical files, providing a tamper-proof and transparent mechanism for managing access to the data. Additionally, the use of decentralized attributes- based encryption ensures that patient data remains confidential and only accessible to those with the appropriate permissions. The scheme enables data owners to define granular access control policies based on specific attributes such as the type of data, patient information, and the role of the requesting party, enabling better collaboration and decision-making while ensuring data privacy and confidentiality. © 2023 IEEE.

Our research proposes a comprehensive approach to identify duplicate frames in digital videos. It integrates machine learning and signal processing techniques for effective identification. The process begins with pre-processing, enhancing video quality through temporal filtering and noise reduction. Next, feature extraction captures statistical and structural information from each frame. Deep neural networks and other machine learning methods are used to classify frames as original or duplicated using these features. To enhance detection accuracy, signal processing methods like block-based and key point-based approaches are applied. Block-based methods divide frames into segments for region comparison, while key point-based methods identify and match key points between frames. Our method's effectiveness and robustness are demonstrated through experiments on various digital videos. This combination of machine learning and signal processing offers a comprehensive solution to uncover frame duplication, ensuring video content's integrity and authenticity. © 2024 IEEE.

In this study, the utilization of Roboflow's YOLOv8 architecture for crack segmentation is explored, focusing on evaluating the model's performance and readiness for real- world deployment. The methodology involves key steps such as data collection, pre processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Initially, a diverse dataset of images containing various types and severity of cracks is curated and annotated. The dataset undergoes pre processing to enhance image quality and standardize input dimensions for optimal training performance. Subsequently, the YOLOv8 architecture is employed for model training due to its efficiency in realtime object detection tasks and effectiveness in handling small objects like cracks. To evaluate the trained model, metrics such as precision, recall, F1score, and mean Intersection over Union (mIoU) are computed on a separate validation dataset to assess the model's ability to accurately segment cracks while minimizing false positives and false negatives. © 2024 IEEE.

Image processing over parallel computing involves leveraging multiple processors or computing cores to perform various tasks on images simultaneously, significantly improving the efficiency and speed of image processing operations. Message Passing Interface (MPI), Parallel Virtual Machine (PVM), and other message passing libraries can be used to build a parallel computing environment. This paper aims at demonstrating how parallelism is possible for operations used in image processing using MPI. Morphological processes like dilation and erosion are the kinds of image processing methods we are contemplating about. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper explores the electromagnetic wave communication capabilities of antennas operating at the 900 MHz ISM band in different media: air, freshwater, and seawater. The paper focuses on the performance of two antenna designs: the Rounded Edge Bow-Tie Antenna (RBTA) with middle-sliced modifications and the Bicone Antenna. Simulations performed using Ansys HFSS examine key parameters such as return loss, gain, and radiation patterns to provide insights into their behavior across diverse environments. The results show that the RBTA enhances short-range underwater communication, with significant performance variations influenced by the medium's dielectric properties. The 900 MHz frequency selection improves signal penetration and stability but also presents challenges, particularly in seawater, where high conductivity increases signal attenuation. This work advances understanding of antenna design for effective underwater communication. © 2025 IEEE.

fortunately, multi-tenant cloud environments offer a more cost-effective provisioning model that consumes infrastructure to store and access data. As the volume of sensitive data processed and stored in the cloud continues to grow, ensuring data integrity has become a top concern for organizations. Data integrity is the information that is correct, consistent, and reliable is stored in the cloud. To address this issue, we also present a solution that allows us to maintain integrity in a multi-tenant cloud environment using advanced testing. The standard approach to testing (functional and performance testing) does not identify and will enable us to prevent data integrity problems. That's because these approaches describe the system's functionality and performance rather than the accuracy of the system's data. They proposed a solution that used techniques like anomaly detection, data profiling, and data quality checks to discover possible integrity issues in the dataset. The new techniques work within the testing process, while all data is assessed for integrity before being stored in the cloud. © 2025 IEEE.

The development of wireless technology for ground communications is being aided by the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). It is believed that these technologies will continue to advance in the next years. Traditional methods of communication need elaborate, expensive, and laborintensive infrastructure, not to mention lengthy installation procedures. Instead of requiring expensive and time-consuming infrastructure construction, a UAV aided wireless network for communication guarantees a cheap wireless connection to devices. In comparison to High Altitude Platforms (HAPs) such as balloons with hot air or terrestrial systems, wireless communication systems that are incorporated with low level altitude UAVs provide quicker deployment, more mobility, easier re-configuration and according to expectations, improved channels for communication with a shorter line-of-sight (LOS) connectivity. However, unforeseen challenges impair the UAV to Ground system's performance and the reliability of the communication link between users and drones on the ground. Adaptive modulation and coding (AMC) are discussed in this letter as it pertains to Aerial-to-Ground (A2G) networks. Evaluating the downlink data rates and network capacity is our goal, along with reaching peak performance. Additionally, this research thoroughly evaluates the performance of terrestrial users connected to drones in different circumstances in terms of ratio of signal to noise, path loss, latency, and throughput. Furthermore, they investigated the A2G channels downlink link characteristics, which regulate the modulation and coding rate switching. © 2025 IEEE.

With the ever-growing amount of textual data, extractive summarization has become increasingly crucial for efficiently processing information. The TextRank algorithm, a popular unsupervised method, offers excellent potential for this task. In this paper, we aim to optimize the performance of TextRank by systematically exploring and verifying the best preprocessing and fine-tuning techniques. We extensively evaluate text preprocessing methods, such as tokenization, stemming, and stopword removal, to identify the most effective combination with TextRank. Additionally, we examine fine-tuning strategies, including parameter optimization and incorporation of domain-specific knowledge, to achieve superior summarization quality. © 2023 Incoma Ltd.
