The purpose of this study is to investigate the potential for quantum feature space mapping to be utilized in the enhancement of data encoding approaches for artificial intelligence (AI) systems that are capable of managing complicated datasets. Traditional artificial intelligence models frequently face challenges when confronted with the high-dimensionality and non-linearity of such datasets. This can hinder their performance in areas such as pattern recognition, optimization, and predictive modeling. Quantum computing, which is able to make use of quantum superposition and entanglement, provides a method that is revolutionary in nature by means of quantum feature space mapping. By encoding data into quantum states, this technology enables the construction of feature spaces that are tenfold bigger than those that would be possible in classical conditions. This makes it much simpler to differentiate between intricate patterns that would otherwise be indistinguishable. The purpose of this research is to investigate the application of quantum algorithms, such as Quantum Support Vector Machines (QSVM) and Variational Quantum Classifiers (VQC), with the intention of enhancing the capacity of artificial intelligence to learn from complex and high-dimensional data. We demonstrate that quantum feature space mapping leads to more efficient and accurate data classification, regression, and clustering tasks by comparing the performance of quantum-enhanced artificial intelligence models to that of their classical counterparts on difficult datasets. Additionally, the research addresses important difficulties, such as the constraints of the quantum hardware that is now available and the requirement for quantum circuits that are scalable. Quantum computing has the potential to improve the performance of artificial intelligence in the management of complicated, high-dimensional data, which may ultimately pave the way for advances in domains such as genetics, finance, and cryptogra

Newly structured fiber called Hollow-Core Fiber (HCF) had been equipped into the campus for ultra-low latency network. In Keio university’s open lab, we constructed HCF network among four building. HCF transfers the optical signal through the air core not glass core materials. Therefore, three main futures are achieved as follows: 1st is Ultra high-power transmission having 1,000 times larger which can apply to energy transmission like power over fiver (PWoF). 2nd is very-low delay because of small refractive index of about 1. 3rd is optical transmission without degradation due to optical non-linearity which can apply to analog signal transmission for example radio over fiber (RoF). So that we propose massively-wavelength parallel optical paths with HCF to realize the ultra-low latency path. We will use multi-band including S, C, L-Band etc. And using less-nonlinearity, denser wavelength can be transmitted. Because we can use huge number of wavelengths, so one user uses one wavelength without packet or flame multiplexing. So multiplexed delay can me neglected. This paper also describes other new futures such as analogue radio over fiber (ARoF) for 5G signal extension tested in the Keio university future optical network open research center. These technologies will be key to a reliable and smart Beyond 5G society.

The evolution of natural language processing (NLP) has significantly transformed the way this study analyzes and understand language. This study presents a novel approach to generating lexical databases for English language sources using AI-powered methods, specifically leveraging BERT and reinforcement learning. Traditional methods for lexical database creation often rely on manual compilation or semi-automated techniques, which can be time-consuming and may lack comprehensive coverage of linguistic nuances. These existing approaches struggle with scalability and adaptability, particularly when addressing evolving language use and the inclusion of rare or domain-specific terms. The Open English WordNet dataset serves as a foundational resource, providing rich lexical relationships and contextual information necessary for effective database generation. Our proposed method integrates BERT for context-aware embedding generation and reinforcement learning for continuous optimization of lexical extraction and enrichment processes. This innovative combination not only enhances the accuracy of detecting synonyms, antonyms, hypernyms, and partof-speech tags but also ensures that the system learns from user feedback, leading to ongoing refinement. The advantages of this method include improved precision and recall, rapid processing times, and the ability to adapt to new linguistic data dynamically. Ultimately, this study demonstrates that AI-driven approaches can significantly enhance the quality and usability of lexical databases, paving the way for more sophisticated applications in natural language processing and linguistics.

The complex evasion techniques adopted by the malware creator make signature-based malware detection approaches unable to detect unknown malware attacks. This study proposes a new malware detection and classification approach with significantly less dependence on manual feature engineering. The bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (BERT) are used to model the opcode sequences of the malware file as the semantic behavior of malware. After that, the vectorized feature vector is fed to the hybrid one-dimensional convolution neural network (1D-CNN) and the gated recurrent unit (GRU) model for feature reduction and normalization before training a Softmax classifier. A hybrid learning architecture is designed with a custom 1D-CNN and a GRU model to take the strengths of both types of networks. The proposed scheme is evaluated using the Microsoft BIG dataset, consisting of 1625 assembly files belonging to 9 distinct malware families. The proposed method produced 95.77% accuracy even with the smaller dataset, which we believe will boost performance by adding a more diverse dataset. It uses the next-generation BERT language model, which gives a promising future area for malware defenders. This research presents malware detection without much reliance on manual feature engineering or signature-based detection, making it suitable for detecting unknown malware attacks.

The study and creation of the village as a smart village is the focus of this research. The smart villages can achieve various successes for making livelihood better. Villages can be able to develop to support value added services for various attributes to the village and for the people.
