In the modern days, computing technology has been demanding which is called an Internet of Things (IoT). This IoT technology can be united with a variety of electronic and mechanical devices through cloud computingnetworking. IoT is a smart device which provides a solution for connecting, interacting and communicating to machine-to-machine using sensor network and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies, etc. Using IoT, the device can be connected easily and the generated data can be stored. Using the command and control system, the data can be utilized for appropriate applications which makes human life easier and safer. Also, it provides a huge impact on the industry. In this paper, a novel IoT based interface device for automatic molding machine (AMM) towards SMART FOUNDRY 2020 is proposed where this IoT based interface device solves the problem of the man-machine interface in the industry. A Graphical User Interface (GUI) based software is designed which interfaced the different sensors, actuators, and electronics motors, etc. SMART FOUNDRY-2020 is regulated using a GUI for its manual and automatic control. GUI is designed to interact with the automatic molding machine with the users. Subsequently, this data is connected to the cloud platform to store data and analyze the application functionality of automatic molding machine. This shows the potential of IoT in SMART FOUNDRY.

The progress in positioning technologies and the distribution of mobile devices with data communication capabilities promote the idea of providing proximity-based services. Proximity-based services deliver information and trigger actions, based on the location of users or devices. Recently, such applications became more popular in different facilities, such as shops, museums, and hospitals. Nevertheless, in most systems the service adaption is based solely on the location of a single user making the request. The presence or absence of other users is not considered. Furthermore, there is a need for a system, which can support the extension for different use cases without the need to change the program logic. The location of users is obtained by state-of-the-art wireless radio frequency technologies. How such a system can be designed for accessing mobile cloud data within a cloud computing ecosystem, as well as its feasibility is shown.

The advances in communicationnetworking technologies have been successful in academia, industry, and consumer markets. "Being connected" becomes an essential part of our daily life. Regarding wireless communications, we have reached a new turning point, where Long Term Evolution (LTE) started commercial service in many countries and smart phones are rapidly spreading out in the market. We believe there will be four essential components that support future wireless systems and applications: user experience, user interface, connectivity, and clouds. The user experience goes far beyond our forecast. Users continuously need not just human-to-human (H2H) information exchange, but also machine-to-human (M2H), device-to-device (D2D), and machine-to-machine (M2M) communications. The spatial and temporal connectivity becomes a key engineering task, where one single system cannot achieve both connectivity and high capacity. Instead, heterogeneous wireless systems coexist to provide spectrally efficient and economical services. With constraints on memory and computing power of mobile terminals, the cloud servers are now core parts of networking in academia and industry.

With the increment in users' data demand and the emergence of applications with stringent Quality of Service requirements, important improvements in cellular network architecture need to be made. In this paper we explore the symbiosis of three key communication technologies in 5G: Device-to-Device communications, 60 GHz unlicensed band transmissions and adaptive beamforming techniques. It provides notable energy saving, improvement in the system spectral efficiency, high achievable data rate and strong interference reduction. Despite these benefits, there are some issues to be analyzed: a limited communication range due to the high path loss, and the interferences among D2D communications, especially if users' density is high. To manage these problems, on the basis of a mm Wave network architecture for high UE density indoor environments, we propose a new centralized control for radio access and an efficient multi-criteria scheduling algorithm using greedy graph vertex-coloring techniques. We aim to enhance transmission efficiency, exploiting concurrent transmissions, maximize throughput and minimize end-to-end delay, while taking into account to keep the computational load low.

Simultaneous advances in processor, network and protocol technologies have made clusters of workstations attractive vehicles for high performance computing. However, clusters are now being increasingly used in environments characterized by non-cooperating communication flows with a range of service requirements. This necessitates Quality, of service (QoS) mechanisms in clusters. The approaches to QoS in the wide-area networking context are not suitable for clusters because of the high overheads. Also, contention between flows at the end-nodes has not been addressed earlier. In this paper, we explore the use of "rate control" as a means for proportional bandwidth allocation in clusters. A NIC-based solution is presented, with details on implementation in Myrinet/GM. Experimental results show that rate control can handle both end-node and network contention, without adding significant overhead. Our approach is particularly attractive since it does not require hardware modifications, and can hence work with commodity systems with programmable NICs.
