In wireless cellular communication, it is essential to find effective means for power control of signals received from randomly dispersed users. In this paper, a novel distributed power control game algorithm, focusing on cellular CDMA system, was proposed by designing an effective cost function. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm, compared with other three algorithms, not only can obtain faster convergence but also have higher average SIR while the number of mobiles is less than 20.

In order to change the communication circuit board status that the speed is low and transmission distance is short of control console of marine simulator designed by Institute of Nautical Science & Technology, considering the characteristic of communication in real-time between the computer and control console of marine simulator, an expanded proposal is presented and implemented. In this paper, C8051040 chip and XR16L788 chip are respectively adopted as the core of hardware part and the universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter. The testing result shows that the proposal can meet the requirement of real-time communication between the computer and console of marine simulator.

The paper includes the basic theory of ZigBee technology and the whole system design of street lamp wireless remote monitoring system. This paper present a robust digital image watermarking algorithm based on NMF and SVD in contourlet transform. Firstly, the original image is transformed into directional subband coefficients using discrete contourlet transform (CT). Then apply NMF and SVD to factorize the directional subband coefficients. After that, embed grayscale watermark image into the SVD coefficients. The experiments based on this scheme shows that this method is very robust and it gives very good peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR).

With the development of Internet technology and the increasing popularity of mobile terminals, mobile social network service has become a convenient way to publish information and share resource in our daily life. However, there lacks a good tool to control the granularity of information dissemination in social network. This paper proposes a method for information or resource sharing with precision control, which can measure distance of users in mobile social network and obtain the level of relationship between users to determine how much, and to what precision level, of users' information and resource can be shared. The method can provide a friendly way to protect privacy and decrease the network burden in mobile social network. We take the positioning information service as an example to illustrate the feasibility of the method. Experiment results have shown that this proposed method can effectively reduce the amount of published information.

In-network processing, involving operations such as filtering, compression and fusion, is widely used in sensor networks to reduce the communication overhead. In many tactical and stream-oriented wireless network applications, both link bandwidth and node energy are critically constrained resources and in-network processing itself imposes non-negligible computing cost. In this work, we have developed a unified and distributed closed-loop control framework that computes both a) the optimal level of sensor stream compression performed by a forwarding node, and b) the best set of nodes where the stream processing operators should be deployed. Our framework extends the Network Utility Maximization (NUM) paradigm, where resource sharing among competing applications is modeled as a form of distributed utility maximization. We also show how our model can be adapted to more realistic cases, where in-network compression may be varied only discretely, and where a fusion operation cannot be fractionally distributed across multiple nodes.

Movement control strategy and sensor network deployment are very challenging due to random distribution movement of sensor nodes for mobile sensor networks (MSN), optimization algorithm is becoming a main solution to movement control strategy in MSN. In this paper, an optimizing movement control strategy is proposed for mobile sensor networks. The multilayers mobile sensor network architecture is proposed, then we designed virtual rectangle grid partition deployment scheme of F nodes, to implement the optimizing movement control strategy base on simulated annealing-PSO algorithm for the sensor nodes in the networks. Simulation results show that our approach can improve the network coverage rate, effectively solve the defects of instable communication and the low utilization ratio of the neighbor nodes caused by random movement of sensor nodes.
