The 2D to 3D reconstruction process suffers from quality issues such as illuminance, texture, noise, color, and occlusions. This work focuses on the issue of occlusion between multiple objects either full or partial overlapping with the same or different objects. The intra-object occlusion among the objects in the single RBG image is the input for accurate object detection using the novel context and object shape recognition (COSR) approach for good-quality reconstruction. The proposed occlusion detection mechanism intends to recognize the shape of the objects among the more minor and more significant things. The occlusion patterns are varied for different object categories, to enable object detection with the bounding box algorithm which exploits the reference objects. Object shapes are represented and distinguished among multiple objects using a slicing operation based on the object’s features like area, height, and width. The proposed feature-based model of COSR used different data representation methods to provide realism in the reconstruction process for the improved plausibility appearance among the multiple objects in partial occlusions.

The public opinion monitoring system can monitor the latest information at any time and manage the network information activities by focusing on the website information about hot issues and key areas. The traditional Lambda architecture does not write abstract data on the storage layer, and the data latency and cost are relatively high on the storage. In this paper, we use the improved Lambda-based architecture to support stream and batch computing to make computational logic reused. The improved Lambda architecture enables the storage of unified historical data in full volume and online real-time incremental data. Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) is frequently reported when coding hospital encounters, being commonly monitored through acute care outcomes. Variability in clinical coding within hospital administrative databases, however, may indicate data quality issues and thereby negatively affect quality assessment of care delivered to AMI patients, apart from impacting health care management, decision making and research as a whole. In this study, we applied statistical process control and probabilistic temporal data quality control approaches to assess inter-hospital and temporal variability in coding AMI episodes within a nationwide Portuguese hospitalization database. The application of the present methods identified affected data distributions that can be potentially linked to data quality issues. A total of 12 out of 36 institutions substantially differed in coding AMI when compared to their peers, mostly presenting lower than expected hospitalizations of AMI. Results also indicate the existence of abnormal temporal patterns demanding additional investigation, as well as dissimilarities of temporal data batches in the periods comprising the recent transition to the international Classification of Diseases, 10th revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) and changes in the Diagnosis-Related Group (DRG) software. Hence, the main contribution of this paper is the use of reproducible, feasible and easy-to-interpret methods that can be employed to monitor the variability in clinical coding and that could be integrated into data quality assessment frameworks.

With the enrichment of technologies, humans want to maximize automation by reducing the manpower and time, Human Activity Recognition (HAR) has a heterogeneous broad range of significant applications such as health care, theft detection, work monitoring in an organization and detecting emergencies. Various machine learning (ML) classification algorithms are applied on publicly available HAR datasets to recognize human activities in the literature. In this work, we have identified different HAR datasets involving different levels of activities and the methods for acquisition of data. Structural interpretation tasks require the step of fault segmentation, which is mostly performed manually, in seismic samples. Recent approaches represent seismic samples as 3D images and utilize a variety of methods, including Deep Learning. In this research, the authors propose a 3D convolutional neural network, derived from U-Net and Inception-Net, as an end-to-end model to segment seismic faults. Empirical results prove the power of the 3D Inception U-Net whose accuracy reaches 96.37% which outperforms recent works. Additionally, the architecture of 3D Inception U-Net is optimized significantly, 124K parameters, which is nearly 12 times less than the baseline models'. Therefore, the proposed network is potential for practical applications in seismic data analysis.

Well-organized healthcare ecosystem, analysis, and magnification of big data can influence the course of the game by opening new paths in terms of offering unique yet innovative products and services for the modern age technology-propelled healthcare value chain. A hybrid model that is presented in this article is called CNN-RF which uses convolutional Neural Networks in conjunction with Random Forest algorithms. There is a novel model that supports the task of yin yoga from the video motion data in real-time, with precision and speed. The model deals with the problem of accurate identification of body images in yoga due to the ease of its solution. It uses a deep learning approach in order to extract distinctive features, which are combined and further categorized by the ensemble learning algorithm. With these techniques, a situational quotient of 94 is reachable. 115%. The sum of the performance of the five two poses was excellent (The maximum accuracy of 94). Surprisingly, the MNEs have shifted the marketing of their goods and services according to China’s new domestic market (with a $75 \%$ market share), focusing on recall (with a $98 \%$ effectiveness rate). Support Vector Machine (SVM, 99% precision and 95% recall, scores around 98%), and F1-scores (above 94%), signifies its importance. The outcomes obtained at the confusion matrix prove we have a good classification accuracy and, mostly, observed confusion between postures that are similar is little. They call attention to the issues to improve the future services. Error rate showed a considerable decrease during the training stages, from the error rate of $18 \%$ dropping to $4 \%$, demonstrating very high quality of the training in 10 epochs. The model’s reliability in statistical and the speed of gaining training points makes it feasible to be applied in yoga training systems, health monitoring, and rehabilitation machines. This brings the essential e-bikes features, user motivation and accident reduction. The above work provides a solid basis for AI and physical wellness to merge by proposing an approximation method that can enhance safety and effectiveness in yoga training with the help of technology.

With the advances in Body Sensor Networks (BSNs) and textile-integrated sensing, more sensor data becomes available from which human activities are recognised. However, some sensors may become unavailable unexpectedly in practice. Previous work proposed to complement the features of a missing sensor with regression-based methods but considered only up to one sensor missing and thus lacked a mechanism for selecting relevant sensors when multiple sensors were missing. The number of unique combinations of missing sensors increases exponentially when multiple sensors may be missing. To handle this, we propose a Hierarchical Feature Recovery (HFR) approach. We first assess the dependencies between sensors by comparing the feature mapping accuracy between each sensor and then evaluate the HFR approach on a dataset of activities of daily living with 17 gestures using 14 motion sensors. Our HFR method can alleviate classification performance drop by up to 8.3 pp compared to a baseline method.
