The medical field requires constant updating and the usage of advanced technology. This is due to the fact that different kinds of diseases as increased as the population of world has increased. Scientists and doctors try to come up with different types of preliminary tests and other diagnostic technologies to detect the presence of a disease in its early stages. Though the preliminary test for different health issues is different it all consists of the measurement of basic vital parameters like temperature and the d pressure etc. To ease this process this study aims the development a circuit which is capable of constantly monitoring the vitals of a patient and displaying the result to an attendant. The principal flow of the circuit is initiated by the sensors that are instantly fastened to the patient. The sensors continuously gather and transmit the patient's vital indicators to the node MCU model. The AWS cloud then receives data from the model. The platform compares the collected data to the specified value. If no anomalies are found, the cloud simply records the data before stopping. However, if there are any anomalies, the cloud orders the node MCU model to activate the emergency output gadgets, such as the buzzer and the LED, to immediately alert the attendant or the nurses. A website is also created, and it is utilised to display the patient's information as well as vital records. Along with the patient's vital signs, it also shows an emergency condition when one of the patients has certain irregularities in one or more of the parameters. The physicians and other staff can keep an eye on all the patients at once without having to frequently visit a specific room thanks to this display of emergency information. This system is anticipated to be enhanced in the future with additional capabilities including automated parameter control without human intervention. As the Internet has expanded, web attacks have become more sophisticated, and web security is currently in a poor position. Websecurity technology is used to protect networks, programmes, and systems from webattacks. Webattacks are capable of getting access to delete or alter sensitive data, demand payment from users, and hinder company activities as usual. Currently, many technologies are becoming smarter than hackers and people, which make it challenging to put websecurity precautions into practise. Notwithstanding the primary writing surveys on ML and DL methods for network investigation and interruption recognition, this review report contains a concise instructional exercise portrayal of every ML/DL strategy. In light of the sequential or warm connections between's the works that addressed every strategy, they were listed, checked out, and summed up. The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) has become one of the most rapidly developing innovative technologies in recent years, with the potential to digitize and connect numerous industries for enormous commercial prospects and growth of the global GDP. Even while the IIoT offers exciting potential for the creation of many industrial applications, these applications must meet more stringent security requirements and are vulnerable to cyberattacks. Since there are so many sensors in the IIoT network, a lot of data is produced, which has caught the attention of hackers all around the world. Network activity is monitored by the intrusion detection system (IDS), which recognizes network behavior is regarded as is a crucial security measure for protecting IIoT applications from threats. Deep learning and machine learning approaches have recently demonstrated their ability to improve intrusion detection performance and reduce a variety of security concerns. The research’s ultimate goal is to pinpoint the shortcomings and difficulties of previous studies as well as potential remedies and directions in futures.

Network architectures are improving, as are the environments they serve. Recently, there has been a lot of research interest in Software-Defined Networking. The reason of its attention is because of its flexibility, manageability, scalability. And its affects can’t be avoided throughout the networking world. In SDN, all network traffic patterns are managed by a centralized network that manages, secures, and optimizes network resources. Time and Money are the two things which are ruling the world. But there are many other things that have been focused on saving, such as deforestation, which is caused by the killing billions of trees, we are proposing an application that can save a lot of time, money, and paper. It is an online discovery platform where customers can find the menu of a restaurant or the list of products of the shop which they visit, place orders and pay online directly and collect the items by showing the bill generated on our mobile. Internet and mobile application are the main channels utilized for the entire cycle for clients to put in a request and furthermore to choose the appropriate shop. This can save tons of paper by generating bills online. Once the application is launched the complete data will be updated when the stock arrives, later it keeps a calculation and notifies the seller when the item is going to finish. The buyer can check the items available in the shop from his home itself, place an order, and a bill will be automatically generated. So, until he arrives at the shop the item will be perfectly packed hence the person can show the bill which is generated in his mobile and get his item from the counter. This purposed work facilitates both buyers and sellers. The buyer can check the menu and also the special deals provided by the sellers to get a maximum discount. But in the case of the seller, the application does the entire work like Billing, making a List of Items Left and Sold, and maintain the complete database. In restaurants, it directly gets an order from Costumer sitting at the table and generates the bill in the application. So, the seller can have limited staff working which can save a lot of money. Due to the technology, the major crowd issue which our country is facing can be reduced in just a few months of awareness. Hence this single application can save a lot of Time, Money, Paper, and also resolve the major crowd issue.

In this study, the analysis of the research that has been provided in the “Advanced Face Detection using Machine Learning And AI-based algorithms”. It is a facial acknowledgment framework that utilizes AI and Machine learning. It specifically uses the Support Vector Machine (SVM) system. Modern-day technology is making people amazed with the innovations that it is providing to make an individual’s life simpler and easier. In the case of Face Recognition, it has proven to be the least intrusive and also the fastest form of the biometric verification system. Among all the tasks that can be done with the help of machine learning algorithms, one of the most crucial computer vision tasks is the use of face detection and recognition. The face detection and the recognition systems are both related to each other yet they are also very different from one another as well. By using machine learning the face detection aspect is used and it also is a widespread aspect of the face recognition system. Machine learning applies various algorithms for the detection of faces and the recognition process as well. Face detection and recognition systems are used in medical diagnosis and also in the deep analysis of human faces in the video for various intelligence purposes. Face recognition is a sub-category system of the biometric software system, it is used to map an individual’s facial features and also to store that data as a face print for future purposes.

With advances in technologies, data science techniques, and computing equipment, there has been rapidly increasing interest in the applications of reinforcement learning (RL) to address the challenges resulting from the evolving business and organisational operations in logistics and supply chain management (SCM). This paper aims to provide a comprehensive review of the development and applications of RL techniques in the field of logistics and SCM. We first provide an introduction to RL methodologies, followed by a classification of previous research studies by application. The state-of-the-art research is reviewed and the current challenges are discussed. It is found that Q-learning (QL) is the most popular RL approach adopted by these studies and the research on RL for urban logistics is growing in recent years due to the prevalence of E-commerce and last mile delivery. Finally, some potential directions are presented for future research.

With an improved algorithm based on the Otsu method, this paper proposes solving the shadow region problem caused by non-uniform illumination. The recent image processing algorithms for handling the shaded area’s issue for the massive difference in the image grey value will not be practical. It is not easy to directly set the shaded area’s content to "black" based on this problem. This paper proposes improved threshold image segmentation for Non-uniform illumination based on the Otsu optimization Approach. It uses the local area threshold and window image pixel by sliding to enhance the image recognition rate of a shaded area. Experimental results verify that the proposed segmentation method has more robust adaptability to images with shadows. Compared with the classical global OTSU algorithm and genetic algorithm optimization, the image recognition rate is 96%. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The unprecedented advancement of technologies can reduce overall costs for the management and prevention of chronic disease. Genomic information is being integrated into Electronic Health Record, to keep reliable information in the hands of health professionals and genome experts in time to support clinical decisions for better prognosis. The Electronic Health Record is an indispensable component of health professionals' workflow. There are innumerable hurdles that prevent the effective use of EHR and genomic data for the use of personalized medicine in health care to improve outcomes. This paper explains the association of EHR and genomic data in healthcare towards the comprehension of personalized medicine with IoT. The paper discuss the storage of genome sequencing of an individual with EHR, as the health practitioner can better diagnose irregularities in the patient's health, thus recommend an unambiguous prediction. © 2020 IEEE.

At present, the early warning and prediction of railway accidents are mostly carried out from the perspective of technical conditions, that is, the unsafe state of equipments, such as the degree of rail wear, the operation state of locomotive parts, etc. These analyses ignored the management factors behind the accident, such as the impact of people's unsafe behaviors on the accident. This research constructs an accident risk early warning system based on safety inspection data and establishes a corresponding relationship between massive safety inspection data and accident risk factors. In this study, the analysis model and mining algorithm are based on Heinrich's rule and the time decay factor of historical events, and the cloud edge collaboration method is adopted to give consideration to model training and application. Finally, the results of risk assessment are visualized through different forms of seaweed ball models, which is helpful for safety managers to master the risk situation. The above early warning system has been applied in some railway bureaus and achieved good application results.
