With the advent of internet, a new platform of informationcommunication and technology in health is becoming a popular trend to satisfy the craving of health consciousness people seeking health related information. Researchers published health related papers and articles while patients, their friends and families share the experiences through social media such as facebook, twitters, blogs. People can seek readily available health related information effortlessly by the convenience of their fingers tip. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to review health communication for the past four years (2013-2016) and to identify the channels of communication used of health communication in social media. Eight papers were selected in this study related to health communication and promotion. The papers were reviewed based on their elements, methods and approaches used by researchers in their study. There are also several differences outcome in these papers. It can be concluded that social media play a main role in disseminating information and improve knowledge to the masses on health communication as people find information on health through the easiest internet channel.

With continuous advancement of VLSI technology it has become possible to achieve any desired performance metric, but at a cost of increased system complexity. In this paper we present area optimal integer 2-D DCT architecture for H.264/AVC codecs. The 2-D DCT calculation is performed by utilizing the separability property, in such a way, 2-D DCT is divided into two 1-D DCT calculation that share a common memory, which considerably reduces the gate count. Due to its area optimized approach the design will find application in hand-held/mobile devices. Agriculture is a knowledge intensive sector. information and knowledge plays an essential role in helping farmers to improve productivity and sustainability through promoting and adopting the most effective and relevant innovations and technologies. With rapid development and advances in agricultural science and technology, traditional agriculture practices have been transformed to knowledge based and digital agriculture production. This paper reports a project that aims to improve the agricultural information and knowledge flow in Cambodia by adopting China's success in using Mobile Internet Technologies. The paper provides a brief review of China's current achievements in using ICTs to accelerate information and knowledge flow in Agriculture and Cambodia's current status in using ICT for agriculture information disseminations. An empirical investigation was carried out in Cambodia to gain more insights into the farmers information needs and their intention to adopt Mobile Internet based information dissemination services. Based on the empirical study, Chinese experience in using Mobile App was introduced and a mobile App called AgriApp was designed and tailored to meet the Cambodia's needs and conditions. This AgriApp was initially tested and valuable feedback was collected for improvement and better deployment in Cambodia.

Therefore, the existing classification and code standards cannot meet the demand also. This paper studies and develops the agricultural scientific instruments classification and the code management system based on B/S (Browser/Server) structure and *** technology. The database used the Microsoft SQL Server, the Server application used C#, the browser based on XHTML + JavaScript. This system on the basis of database, realized the inquiring mode in the fuzzy sense of four kinds of different ways to query data in agricultural scientific instruments. In this paper, we propose Personalized Ambient Intelligence which focuses on personalization based on the necessary element technologies for Ambient Intelligence(AmI). The proposed Personalized Ambient Intelligence should consist of Ambient Intelligence environment, AmI Common Data Model, Context Classification, AmI Sensor Technologies and Ambient intelligence situation. Among them, Personalized Ambient Situation should be classified into 4 situation as Home, Business, Driving, Moving. Using Personalized Ambient Intelligence presented in this paper, personalized context awareness is likely to be possible, and prediction of the next context will also be possible. And Finally, we will look at a brief summary of our definition of Personalized Ambient Intelligence and the areas that can be used in the future and conclude with future research.
