The brain, which serves as the controlling centre of human body, is encountering growing difficulties due to the emergence of novel brain disorders. Diagnosis of brain illnesses is more complex, posing a continuous scientific challenge to the researchers still. Early detection of brain disorder is crucial for the most effective treatment to the patient. By greatly raising the accuracy of brain disease prediction and detection, artificial intelligence has fundamentally changed the discipline of neurology but still many people are suffering in world wide. This study reviews many recent machinelearning and deep learning methodologies, focusing on advanced imaging data like different datasets and clinical data, wearable's, and realtime observations and monitoring. In Deep learning algorithms such as Convolutional Neural Networks and machinelearning algorithms including Random Forest, Support Vector machine, Logistic Regression, Naive Baye's help to precisely identify and early diagnosis of brain disorders like Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, epilepsy and brain tumours. Additionally, it provides insights into feature extraction with previous patient data with different techniques that enhance diagnostic accuracy. Aiming to establish the most accurate methods for future developments in brain disease diagnosis to predict early detection and early recovery of patient will effect to their survival, key results and challenges in machinelearning-based diagnostics are reviewed.

Recent improvements in biometric sensing has led to the rapid evolution of smart wearable technology. With large amounts of data collected by these devices, it is increasingly common to use machinelearning models for both data pre-processing and for generating health-related insights. Training models for intelligent sensor data analysis becomes difficult when considering access restrictions on wearable data and inconsistent data formats between devices. We seek to build the Boracle Platform, an open-source data pipeline, to simplify data collection and safely store data in a standardized format. By securely sharing cleaned sensor data, the Boracle Platform can reduce time spent on collecting and processing wearable data. Our platform will promote collaboration between industry and academia to innovate health detection algorithms using smart wearable technology.
