The current ALlocator-Actor Multi-Agent Architecture (ALMA) has shown convincing results on some complex composite tasks. The two-level decision-making process used by ALMA, along with a high-level subtask allocation strategy and low-level agent policies, is the secret to its success. Although ALMA's modularity allows it to generalize to different environment settings to some level, we believe there is still opportunity for improvement in this area. Due to the intrinsic property of ALMA, the fixed number of entities in the model architecture for a specific task, it may even get stuck in scaling to similar task which only differs in the number of entities. Therefore, we introduce a new module called Knowledge Container, which has a significant effect on improving the performance and generalizability of agents. We demonstrate our method can obtain and keep the considerable performance without any re-training or fine-tuning. © 2023 IEEE.

Aerial-aquatic unmanned vehicle(AAUV) is a new class of vehicles capable of operating in multiple domains, specifically in the air and water. These vehicles can glide on the water surface using onboard hydrofoil. Accurate depth measurement is required to ensure closed-loop control of its water surface gliding. Existing methods of measuring water depth usually use a single sensor so that accuracy could be improved, but some methods are not suitable for mounting on autonomous vehicles. To address the above problems, a fusion method based on adaptive weighting and Kalman filtering is designed to make the final depth results more accurate. The accurate depth measurement obtained during AAUV gliding ensures stability during the process. Compared with a single pressure sensor using only the Kalman filter, the average error of the fusion result is reduced by 53.1%, and the maximum error is reduced by 61.6%. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is easy to implement and improves accuracy and stability. © 2024 IEEE.

Glaucoma stands as a prominent cause of irreversible vision impairment globally, marked by gradual harm to the optic nerve leading to visual field abnormalities. Timely identification and precise diagnosis play a pivotal role in ensuring effective treatment and the preservation of eyesight. The classification of the medical history of patients affected by glaucoma involves the utilization of a combination of machine learning algorithms, namely RandomForest and XGBoost, to identify individuals at risk. This research article aims to enhance the diagnostic capabilities of Glaucoma through the optimized utilization of contemporary methodologies, with a focus on leveraging deep learning techniques, specifically the VGG-16 model, in the analysis of Fundus Photograph captured by a panoptic direct ophthalmoscope. The novelty of this research lies in its integration of an individual's medical history, coupled with the detailed analysis of fundus photography, to enhance diagnostic precision and medical insights. In conclusion, the research is integrated with a mobile application for timely and accurate diagnosis of glaucoma which is essential in preventing further vision loss. © 2024 IEEE.

Data mining has applications for a wide range of enterprises, including those in the banking, telecommunications, energy, medical, marketing, and finance industries. The real-world situations involve noisy, unpredictable, ambiguous, and untrustworthy data, which further muddies the waters. During the information-gathering process, uncertainty arises in various application domains and is comprised of measurement errors, outdated information (data staleness), and repeated entries of the same type. This could lead to the prediction model performing poorly. The suggested method uses Deep Learning to control the uncertainty in the dataset before building Decision Tree models for categorization. This study compares two proposed approaches for decision tree optimization with the state-of-the-art approaches based on F1 score, accuracy, precision, recall, and evaluation parameters. © Grenze Scientific Society, 2024.

This presents significant medical issues for women. A healthcare kit for pregnant women is designed to help them monitor their health and well-being. The kit, equipped with sensors that track heart rate, temperature, and other vital metrics, provides a convenient way for pregnant women to track ztheir health and identify potential problems early. By providing real-time data, the kit enables women to seek medical attention if needed, reducing the need for costly and time-consuming medicalinterventions. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper aims to devise an antenna structure tailored for seamless integration into aviation radar sensors. The primary design objectives entail the creation of an antenna resonating within the X-band frequency range, spanning from 8 GHz to 12 GHz, with a central frequency of 9.79 GHz, while prioritizing portability. A meticulously dimensioned unit cell is engineered to achieve these specifications, resulting in an antenna design operating at 10.36 GHz. Key parameters including S11, Gain, Efficiency, and Radiation characteristics are meticulously assessed. Subsequently, these unit cells are arranged in serial and parallel configurations and analyzed across various metrics. Noteworthy findings reveal that the parallel array design exhibits superior radiation performance at 10.3 GHz. In contrast, the serial array configuration demonstrates enhanced attributes, including higher gain and improved S-parameter characteristics, particularly at 10.8 GHz. The input impedances were readily adjusted to match 50-ohm feedlines. The antenna design leverages dielectric materials such as Duriod for the substrate and copper for the patch and ground components. Specifically, the Duriod substrate boasts a dielectric coefficient of 2.2, with a substrate thickness of 1.57 and a copper thickness of 0.035. This investigation underscores the efficacy of the serial array antenna design, highlighting its potential for optimal performance in aviation radar sensor applications.. © 2024 IEEE.

Recent years have seen a growing research interest in applications of Deep Neural Networks (DNN) on autonomous vehicle technology. The trend started with perception and prediction a few years ago and it is gradually being applied to motion planning tasks. Despite the performance of networks improve over time, DNN planners inherit the natural drawbacks of Deep Learning. Learning-based planners have limitations in achieving perfect accuracy on the training dataset and network performance can be affected by out-of-distribution problem. In this paper, we propose FusionAssurance, a novel trajectory-based end-to-end driving fusion framework which combines physics-informed control for safety assurance. By incorporating Potential Field into Model Predictive Control, FusionAssurance is capable of navigating through scenarios that are not included in the training dataset and scenarios where neural network fail to generalize. The effectiveness of the approach is demonstrated by extensive experiments under various scenarios on the CARLA benchmark. © 2024 IEEE.

Text mining was used to examine the academic publications on blockchain technology and cybersecurity that were published in huge digital libraries. Automated text mining methods like topic modeling and key word extraction are utilized in this literature study to extract topics from a vast corpus of literature. This article emphasizes the cross-disciplinary character of blockchain technology in the context of cybersecurity. The outcomes also show the risks and security holes that emerge as blockchain technology matures. Nevertheless, the investigation this article also outlines research gaps in the area of computer security and recommends research directions for future work that will be necessary to create safe blockchain platforms. © 2023 IEEE.
