In addition to taking care of the normal citizens, Road Traffic protection is also one of the main issue for corporations governing the transportation. We use data mining techniques to get the hidden matter from the database. The applications of Data mining is there in various fields such as fraud detection, marketing and many more. Many countries were affected due to many decisions that were taken by the governments one such issue is globalization. This has brought some drastically changes in the intake level and the financial related activities and this has given a boost to transportation department. Understanding the importance of the street protection the authorities are putting effort to know the reasons behind the street accidents. The increase in the street injuries made it difficult to determine the limitations of the street injuries. This paper explains the street injuries frequency from analysing the database. This work is about 95% efficient. © 2024 IEEE.

The term "Internet of Things"and 'robotics' are not equally distinct fields. Recently, "Internet of Robotic Things (loRT)"has been proposed that explain robotics technologies are incorporated into loT situations. These two research sectors have begun working together and connecting research groups. Since the Internet and "things-have both advanced greatly over the recent years, the Internet of Things and robotics have been rapidly expanded. These days, 'things' include intelligent actuators and wireless sensors, autonomous and robotic objects, and vehicles that operate in commercial, industrial, and customer settings. In order to describe loT security problems, specific accountability reduction techniques that are well-known in cybersecurity and have been successfully used in solving loT security. In this paper, we will discuss the loT and loRT, a revolutionary idea that emphasises architectural principles, essential traits, and research difficulties. The purpose of this essay is to clarify the concept of loRTs architectural assimilation and suggest crucial lines of inquiry. In this study, prominent loT applications in industries are reviewed together with essential supporting technologies, research obstacles, and trends. This paper's primary contribution is its methodical summary of the present work on loT in various industries. © The Institution of engineering & technology 2023.

Lifting heavy loads has long posed significant risks, such as lower back pain and injuries due to high compressive forces. To address these challenges, we propose an innovative lower-limb exosuit that integrates both passive and active components, designed to optimize lifting performance while ensuring user comfort and safety. This study evaluates the exosuit's effectiveness in reducing muscle activation and altering the range of motion during squat lifting tasks. Our exosuit leverages a spherical scissor linkage mechanism and elastic bands for hip support, and extension springs for knee support. Experimental evaluation using electromyography (EMG) and motion capture data reveals significant reductions in muscle activity for the rectus femoris and gluteus medius, particularly in the latter, with reductions of 34.6% and 63.2%, respectively. Additionally, substantial changes in joint flexion angles, especially at the ankle were ob. These findings highlight the exosuit's potential to mitigate physical strain and enhance lifting efficiency, paving the way for advancements in assistive technologies for lifting assistance. © 2024 IEEE.

Corrosion is a natural process that has a significant impact on our life. The negative impact of corrosion covers economy, security, infrastructure, energy, environment, health, and safety. Infrastructure corrosion deterioration is influenced not only by the materials used or the construction technique, but also by the effect of climate change and environmental variables over the structure’s life cycle. Bridges failures are frequently costly in terms of lost business, fatalities, environment, and the replacement costs required to reconstruct the damaged bridges. Increased service life and efficiency are necessary to accomplish and improve the sustainability of steel-constructed bridges. Corrosion and corrosion failures have a significant impact on the durability of steel structures such as bridges. In this paper, a corrosion failure case study is presented. A suspension bridge shows signs of corrosion on the wrapping protection wires and the cable wires. The investigation involved visual examination, chemical analysis of the corrosion product, metallographic analysis, SEM, and EDS analysis. It is found that the deterioration of the protective galvanized is related to the chloride containing environment. The corrosion process started as pitting and eventually cracking and final failure. © 2025 The Author(s).

In the practical implementation of silent speech recognition based on surface electromyography (sEMG) signal, the change in the subjects' speech speed will affect the recognition performance. To mitigate this effect, a silent speech recognition method based on dynamic time warping (DTW) algorithm is proposed in this paper. Specifically, the facial sEMG signals of 22 Chinese words are collected, the energy threshold method is used to detect the active segment, the root mean square feature is extracted, and finally the DTW algorithm is used for recognition. The experimental results show that the method is robust to silent speech recognition tasks with different speech speeds. The average accuracy of using the DTW algorithm to classify uniform-speed words is 94.55%, and that of variable-speed words is 71.82%. In addition, the proposed method is suitable for few samples learning, which means it can quickly adapt to new tasks and individuals. These findings provide a novel way for the practical application of sEMG based silent speech recognition. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents a new method for the autonomous landing of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) on a moving ocean platform in simulation. The method uses GNSS data and a lightweight boat detection algorithm to guide the UAV toward the unmanned surface vehicle (USV). Once the USV is within the view of the down-looking camera, the UAV estimates its relative position by detecting a set of ArUco markers on the USV landing pad. During the descent process, to compensate for the heave motion of the USV caused by waves, the system utilizes data from a buoy equipped with a wave sensor. Simulation experiments demonstrate the reliability and effectiveness of the proposed approach. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents an innovative approach for indoor mobile robot navigation, focusing on environments like Ambient Assisted Living spaces (AAL), smart homes, and factories, where humans and robots coexist. The need for effective space and traffic management in these areas is critical for ensuring safety and mobility. Our novel Semantic Path Planning algorithm improves upon traditional grid mapping by using a multi-dimensional array in the map file, where varying intensities indicate occupancy levels. The planner imposes penalties on free cells near specific static objects based on user preferences, facilitating autonomous robot movement in designated areas without creating rigid barriers. A standout feature of our algorithm is its ability to prioritize specific zones frequented by vulnerable groups like the elderly, or areas designated for rest, pets, or children's play. By enhancing the A∗ path planner with semantic and geometric data, our approach enables the management of these zones, leading to a comprehensive grid map for optimal path-finding. Moreover, this methodology is promising for multi-robot systems with differing navigation abilities and access rights. It also improves robot localization by focusing on unique environmental landmarks, thereby enhancing tracking accuracy and aiding in swift localization recovery. This approach is ideal for safe, efficient, and context-aware navigation in dynamic shared human-robot environments. © 2024 IEEE.

The automobile transmission box has a complex structure and many features. To improve the design efficiency of automobile transmission, shorten the production cycle and meet the personalized requirements of products, the rapid variation of automobile transmission was studied, and a method of rapid variation of automobile transmission based on feature modularization was proposed. This method introduces the idea of feature modularization, modularizes the model features, then builds the transmission variation template based on the construction of the module sketch, combines it with the relevant software modeling methods, and finally builds the transmission rapid variation platform with the NX secondary development technology. The effectiveness and reliability of this method are verified by a concrete example. © 2023 SPIE.

In this paper, we present a novel incremental approach to addressing uncertainty in robotic manipulation tasks for contact-rich environments. Traditional methods in contact-rich environments often rely on continuous perception, force/torque sensors and high-frequency controllers. The key idea of our approach is leveraging the passive deformation of flexible components as a feedback mechanism to generate passively adaptable trajectories that can cope with uncertainty. Our algorithm focused on planning the high-level trajectory and introduced the path planning problem in the deviation-fusion process. Our approach doesn't require high-frequency controllers, force/torque sensors, and high-precision simulation. Instead, we incorporate errors into uncertainties to ensure the validity of our common planned trajectories even if the environment's state is not perfectly obtained. © 2023 IEEE.
