The goal of this effort is to make it more widely used by detecting depression with fewer EEG modes, namely Fp1, Fp2, and Fz. Band power (delta, theta, alpha, and beta) and sub-bands obtained through the selected channels are then used in the research. It also assesses the use of Hybrid ANFIS as well as its variants as classification systems, including GA-ANFIS, PSO-ANFIS, and FA-ANFIS. Filtering and re-referencing to CAR, ICA, and visually are some of the methods used to reduce artifacts and noise in fMRI information. A publicly available information is used in the process, which is then partitioned into a set for training and a testing set. Using ANFIS-GA, this research achieved a high classification accuracy of 85.59%, indicating that the suggested framework might be helpful for physicians when detecting depressive disorders. Potentially beneficial uses are demonstrated by the findings, which indicate that depressive disorders may be effectively and easily identified using a minimal number of channels and characteristics. Consequently, the project's methodology and the implementation of the enhanced hybrid ANFIS systems provide useful data about the use of EEG for depressive disorders diagnosis. Given these findings, it's reasonable to assume that the suggested technique has the potential to contribute to the enhancement of depressive disorders testing methods. © 2024 IEEE.

The AOD-Net suffers from issues such as low image quality and color distortion after defogging. An improved defogging algorithm is proposed, which applies pooling operations and dilated convolution to the convolutional layers of AOD-Net to enhance feature extraction. Multi-scale feature fusion is used, and the extracted information features are fed back to improve propagation, accelerate model training, and enhance the model's generalization ability. Additionally, an ECA attention module is introduced, allowing the network to dynamically adjust the focus on different feature channels, enhancing the network's feature modeling ability and suppressing redundant information, thus improving the defogging quality of the model. Experiments are conducted using the public dataset NYU2 and existing lightweight defogging algorithms for comparison. The defogging quality has improved compared to defogging algorithms such as DCP and CAP. Compared with AOD-Net, the peak signal-to-noise ratio of this method has increased by 4.037 dB, and the structural similarity has reached 0.918, effectively enhancing the network's defogging capability. © 2024 IEEE.

Developed using *** 14, Shaden, UploadThings, Pinecone, Prisma, Postgresql and Langchain framework, it enables users to upload PDFs of up to 16MB, overcoming limitations seen in other platforms offering similar services. Once uploaded, users can query questions related to the PDF, and an implemented OpenAI model generates relevant answers. In cases where the OpenAI model fails to locate information, it provides appropriate responses, informing the user of its inability to find the requested information. Furthermore, the platform prioritizes user privacy and security. Users have the capability to delete both the uploaded PDFs and associated chat interactions. This feature ensures that sensitive information remains under the user's control, offering peace of mind regarding data privacy. By leveraging advanced technologies and frameworks, the systemt streamlines PDF interaction, offering users a seamless experience. In response to the problems of missing measurement evaluation indicators and imperfect evaluation techniques in robot environment mapping, this article takes the image point cloud fusion environmental mapping module as the object of comparison. By constructing standard evaluation scenarios, two reliable evaluation indicators, sensor fusion and mapping effect, are proposed. At the same time, theoretical comprehensive analysis is combined to design algorithms to extract indicators and process data. The environmental mapping evaluation system proposed in this article achieves a comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the mapping results, providing support for the reasonable evaluation of the quality of robot environmental mapping and the superiority of environmental mapping algorithms. © 2024 ACM.

Technological advancements have facilitated the widespread adoption of Autonomous Surface Vehicles (ASVs) across various sectors of the marine industry, driven by their diverse range of applications. As ASVs are deployed in increasingly complex and challenging marine environments, research studies on path planning and obstacle avoidance have gained significant attention. This paper focuses on the path planning of an ASV equipped with differential drive thrusters, one of the most popular propulsion configurations for ASV. Traditional path-planning algorithms, such as Dijkstra, Greedy Best-First Search, and A∗, were implemented in this study and further modified to incorporate turning costs, optimizing the system by minimizing the number of turns required during operation. Our comparative analysis demonstrates that the Improved Greedy Best-First Search algorithm is considered as the most optimal algorithm to reduce about 37 % number of turns, improve the robustness of the system while remain suitable for small-scale ASVs. © 2025 IEEE.

The development of new medicines has been hastened thanks to the use of deep learning methods. Potential drug candidates' potential of individualizing pharmacological therapies. There is promising potential for enhanced therapeutic outcomes with less undesirable effects using a tailored approach. Also, deep learning has rethought our understanding of how drugs and receptors work together. Computational modeling may be predicted with surprising accuracy by deep neural networks, which analyze large databases of chemical compounds and their interactions with biological targets. A constant goal is to find a middle ground where deep learning's computational power may coexist with more traditional types of biological understanding. Finally, deep learning may revolutionize the pharmaceutical sector and the drug-discovery process. Possible applications include accelerating the discovery of novel medications, enhancing the precision of individualized therapy, and shedding information on the nature of drug-receptor interactions. © 2024 IEEE.
