To assist doctors in cardiovascular intervention, the use of robots in surgery can effectively separate interventionalists from X-ray radiation, prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, perform remote operations to alleviate the regional imbalance of medical resources and address some procedural challenges. However, a lack of force feedback in human computer interaction of current surgical robots affects surgical efficiency and safety. In cardiovascular surgery, the catheter bends and twists as it is the dynamic multipoint line contact with the vessel. It is difficult to accurately model and register it. In addition, time delay affects system transparency. This paper proposes a multi-information fuzzy fusion approach that is based on medical experience in order to predict position and orientation online. More specifically, Fitts law is developed with a two-motion collaborative to estimate the surgical movement time. Experimental results reveal that the proposed method can result in high system transparency in robot-assisted cardiovascular surgery. It could further improve accuracy and security in surgical procedures. © 2023 IEEE.

advances in the IoMT-enabled cloud computing and interactive applications provide a basis for reconsidering the landscape for delivery of healthcare services. Even though the IoMT-cloud-based systems monitor patients remotely, it fails to take into account the sustainability of the healthcare systems. The paper presents the integrated framework of green healthcare under the umbrella of unique technology to enhance user interactivity. Our system is user-friendly, considering scalability and performance for both patients and doctors. Patients can send their health data to the doctor in real time with the help of the wearable sensor. We propose that in the presence of Hierarchical Clustering Algorithms and adaptive neuo-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) for identification and analysis of the data, the applied solutions could enhance the healthcare experience interaction among all the stakeholders. © 2024 IEEE.

In this work, a Minimum Edit Distance (MED)-based approach for lexical uniformity of a Multiword Expression (MWE) in Bengali text is described. MWE can take several different forms where there are blank spaces or hyphens ('-'), separating the constituent words. For Bengali MWEs, accuracy in recognition, classification, and sensory tagging tasks decreases by 5% because of the diverse architectures of MWEs. Ensuring structural consistency is a crucial preprocessing effort to construct a reliable system for the syntactic and semantic processing of Bengali MWEs. An F1-Score of 90.58% is measured as the algorithm's performance. © 2024 IEEE.

The goal of the "Heart Disease Predictor" project is to create an AI-powered tool for cardiovascular disease (CVD) early detection and prevention. User requests are analysed through surveys and field trips, resulting in a comprehensive product specification. To deliver accurate CVD risk assessments, sophisticated machine learning algorithms are used and carefully evaluated against established risk assessment techniques. Additionally, the project aims to increase public knowledge of cardiovascular health and provides recommendations for preventive actions. The expected effects include lower mortality, better health outcomes, more efficient use of healthcare resources, and continuous breakthroughs in research. © 2024 IEEE.

For the complex multi-input multi-output two-wheeled mobile robot(TWR) modeled, after the dynamics analysis found that there is a coupling between the state variables. When decoupling control using PID, although it can achieve a high degree of accuracy, there is still a more obvious coupling phenomenon between the state variables. Aiming at the problem of strong coupling of state variables and loss of control effect, it is proposed to design a controller for the TWR system using an active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) algorithm, which can reduce the coupling degree by the extended state observer (ESO), so as to improve the control performance of the robot. Firstly, a reasonably simplified TWR dynamics model is analyzed, and a reasonable controller is designed and proved to be stable. Then, based on ADAMS View and MATLAB/Simulink, a TWR control simulation model is built, balance, steering and self-stabilization control experiments are simulated. Simulation results of the ADRC control are compared with those using PID. The results show that the balance control of the ADRC improves the RMSE by 87.4% and significantly improves the coupling state. Besides, ADRC has a smaller range of fluctuation during system oscillations, which significantly improves the performance of the TWR with high robustness. © 2024 IEEE.

This article aims to explore the complex dynamics of non-linear systems and highlights the captivating phenomena of chaos and complexity through the analysis of the Lorenz system. Our research aims to understand the behaviour of this system and to discover the underlying principles that govern its dynamics. Using a comprehensive methodology involving mathematical modelling, simulations and empirical analysis, we delve into the field of non-linear equations and their implications. Our results highlight the sensitivity to initial conditions, the emergence of attractors and bifurcations, and the fascinating fractal patterns that appear within this system. The ultimate aim is to underline its relevance by opening the way to practical applications in areas such as image encryption, secure communication, random number generation and the modelling of complex systems, beyond mere academic interest. © 2024 IEEE.

Multi-goal reinforcement learning has emerged as a powerful approach for planning and robot manipulation tasks, but it faces challenges such as sparse rewards and sample inefficiency. Hindsight Experience Replay (HER) has been proposed as a solution to these challenges by relabeling goals, but it still requires a large number of samples and significant computation. To address these issues, we propose Multi-step Hindsight Experience Replay (MHER), which incorporates multi-step relabeling to improve sample efficiency. Despite the advantages of n -step relabeling, we theoretically and experimentally prove the off-policy n -step bias introduced by n -step relabeling may lead to poor performance in many environments. To address this issue, two bias-reduced MHER algorithms, MHER ( λ ) and Model-based MHER (MMHER) are presented. MHER ( λ ) exploits the λ return while MMHER benefits from model-based value expansions. Experimental results on numerous multi-goal robotic tasks show that our solutions can successfully alleviate the off-policy n -step bias and achieve significantly higher sample efficiency than previous multi-goal RL baselines with little additional computation beyond HER. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper focuses on solving the problem of formation pattern maneuvers transformation for the multiple autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) formation system. The distributed three-dimensional affine formation maneuver control strategy is proposed to actuate a group AUVs to achieve the maneuvers, including rotation, scaling, shear, coplanarity, collineation, etc. Firstly, a novel distributed trajectory estimator is designed for each follower AUV to estimate its desired trajectory affinely localized by the leader AUVs. Then a continuous adaptive integral sliding mode controller is employed to fast and accurate track the desired trajectory acquired by the distributed trajectory estimator. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by the high-fidelity simulations. © 2024 IEEE.

As semiconductor technology advances, traditional 2D integrated circuits can no longer meet demands, leading to the rise of Chiplet heterogeneous integration. Through-Silicon Via (TSV) technology enhances data transfer speed, bandwidth, and integration density while reducing power consumption and package size through vertical interconnections. This paper introduces pre-bond and post-bond TSV testing methods, including on-chip and probe-based techniques, and highlights the TSV Built-In Self-Test (BIST) repair mechanism for identifying and repairing defects. These advancements address TSV testing complexity challenges, providing insights for optimizing 3D stacked integrated circuits. © 2024 IEEE.

Digital twin technology is widely used in smart industries and other fields. However, analyzing its evolution in complex scenarios faces challenges in collecting and merging data, particularly in achieving precise data time alignment. Existing methods often struggle with diverse data types and frequencies. This paper introduces a new method for aligning multi-dimensional asynchronous data in digital twin evolution analysis. This approach ensures time alignment and frequency consistency through techniques such as filling null values, intelligent interpolation, and resampling. Key contributions include BiLSTM-based interpolation and flexible adjustment of data granularity. These advancements effectively address the challenge of data time alignment in digital twin evolution analysis, thereby improving data quality and alignment accuracy. The proposed method supports reliable data processing for tasks such as anomaly detection, accelerated evolution, and decision-making. Experimental results demonstrate its capability to recover data with severely damaged features, thereby advancing digital twin evolution analysis in complex scenarios. © 2024 IEEE.
