Performance variability is a major difficulty for multimodal biometric systems, affecting their consistency and dependability in person identification. In order to solve this issue, the use of ensemble learning techniques is suggested in this work. The predictions of several classifiers are combined in ensemble learning to increase system consistency and performance as a whole. The unpredictability inherent in multimodal biometric systems is lessened by ensemble approaches, which integrate many classifiers trained on various subsets of data. By producing identification results that are more reliable and stable under many circumstances, this method improves system reliability. Improved accuracy and consistency can be achieved by integrating complementing data from many biometric modalities using ensemble learning techniques including bagging, boosting, and stacking. In practical applications, the suggested method shows promise in reducing performance variability and improving the dependability of multimodal biometric systems. © 2024 IEEE.

Construction scaffolding serves as a pivotal temporary structure essential for construction activities, exerting a direct influence on site safety conditions. Unfortunately, the lack of documentation often leads to a shortage of training data necessary for employing image segmentation through deep learning for inspection purposes. In an effort to overcome this bottleneck, Generative AI, adept at creating images from pretrained data, emerges as a potential solution. However, the inherent black box nature of deep learning introduces the possibility of generating unrealistic images, thereb necessitating a rigorous evaluation, which constitutes the primary focus of our research. Our findings reveal that scaffolding images generated by Generative AI exhibit distinct features that our deep learning model successfully learned, resulting in an impressive mean average precision (mAP) of 82. Nonetheless, discernible patterns in image generation may be lacking, as evidenced by our deep learning system's ability to grasp scaffolding features proficiently, achieving a mAP of 69 even from the initial epoch. This observation suggests potential challenges in generating diverse scaffolding images through the Generative AI approach, emphasizing the need for further investigation before implementing it with real scenario images © 2024 IEEE.

The lower limb exoskeleton is an intelligent robot worn by the human body and moves in coordination with the human limbs. It can enhance the human body's weight-bearing capacity, maneuverability and operation capabilities. Perception and control, as the brain of the exoskeleton robot, directly determine its collaborative performance and auxiliary effect with the main body. However, the current lower limb exoskeleton has not been widely adopted. One of the reasons is that the 'brain' of the exoskeleton robot is not intelligent enough. Therefore, this article reviewed relevant literature on lower limb exoskeleton sensing and control technology in the past five years, and studied the impact of different sensing methods and control strategies on exoskeleton performance. In addition, this article discusses the current challenges of lower limb exoskeletons and provides some innovative insights into future research directions to promote the further development of lower limb exoskeleton technology. © 2024 IEEE.

This research seeks to provide a comprehensive WSN ethical framework. A framework for privacy, security, and transparency ensures ethical usage of WSN data. Data security and privacy are protected. In this article, an robust nonlinear observer-based visual servo adaptive control strategy is investigated for a multirotor for stable tracking of targets. This article uses the Newton Euler equation to model the dynamics of the multirotor and describes the visual servo system model. In order to avoid being affected by various disturbances, this article designs disturbance observer and velocity observer to improve the robustness of the system. Based on nonlinear observers, this article designs a layered controller that includes a visual outer loop controller and an adaptive sliding mode geometric inner loop controller. To verify the feasibility of this algorithm, this article conducts simulation experiments using MATLAB and Simulink, and adds constant disturbances for verification. Both simulation experiments and experimental results in real environments show that the controller we designs has excellent stability and robustness. © 2024 IEEE.

This project introduces a non-radiative wireless power transmission method for charging the batteries of drones, specifically unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). It involves the development of an advanced drone battery charging system consisting of a charging station equipped with wireless power transmitters and a receiver for drone battery charging. The system utilizes a resonance inductive coupling-based wireless power transmission technique. While the efficiency of power transmission in inductive coupling is reliant on a strong coupling between the transmitter and receiver, drones often struggle to land accurately on charging stations or devices to achieve maximum coupling for efficient wireless power transfer. To align the transmitter and the receiver for the coupling without loss, infrared sensors and the ultrasonic sensors are used and the power is transmitted. However, the proposed system is a novel approach based on the hill Embedded Automation system to regulate the coupling without the need for physical sensors. © 2023 IEEE.

Machine learning algorithms always perform well to solve real-life problems encountered in daily life. Due to large data sets, analysis is also becoming too complex to predict anything. A lot of calculations are being done to find the exact patterns and values to get accurate results. Here machine learning algorithms are giving tremendous performance while applying various classification techniques as it gives algorithms based on specifications for different aspects. In different cities, forecasting is necessary as people must move from one place to another due to the pandemic situation. A case study has also been conducted with real estate real data by applying machine learning algorithms. A new model has also been implemented with Jupyter Notebook in the proposed paper and has received some positive feedback. © 2024 IEEE.

The rapid development of deep learning methods presents a potentially game-changing opportunity in the realm of education, particularly in the promotion of student involvement and the comprehension of the subject matter. To exemplify learning gestures and resolve educational challenges, this exploratory study investigates the operation of deep learning algorithms to determine the interests of students. Our deep learning model can provide direct predictions on the areas of interest for individual students by analyzing enormous volumes of educational data. These data include pupil relations, performance standards, and behavioral patterns of students. By aligning instructional tactics with the preferences of students, this strategy not only makes it easier for students to become accustomed to newly presented educational material but also encourages active learning. The research reveals that deep learninghelps capture the intricacies of student engagement. It also provides preceptors with valuable insights that may be used to cultivate a learning landscape that is more engaging and investigative. The results of our research highlight the possibility that deep learning will be used to change educational procedures to make them more adaptable and sensitive to the various needs of students. In this paper, the practice of using deep learning for interest identification in education is discussed, along with its methodology, perpetrators, and counteraccusations © 2024 IEEE.
