They are definitely a new option for organizations seeking to replace their IT systems in order to generate an environment conducive to business growth. This study aims to identify how companies integrate cloud computing and SaaS solutions in business management. Using a documentary analysis methodology, it will be studied how this technology is being integrated by companies for the development of their processes and activities. After a bibliographic review of scientific articles, it is visualized that cloud computing is being mostly used by companies in order to improve the processes of customer management, logistics, manufacturing and to form industrial clusters.
