The massive parallel architecture makes Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) a powerful accelerator for various computational intensive tasks, such as computer games, scientific computation, cryptocurrency, and AI model training and inferences. In many cloud platforms, GPUs are scarce computing resources and shared by multiple users. To achieve information isolation among different user programs, GPU access control is an essential technology to prevent the information leaking for program execution and data access when using GPUs. However, the lack of a zeroing mechanism in GPUs, combined with vulnerabilities in user-land drivers, poses risks to both data confidentiality and system integrity. In this paper, we propose a novel system architecture, called GSLAC, to provide GPU System Level Access Control for information isolation on cloud platforms. GSLAC combines resource isolation and mandatory access control measures with the aim of establishing a secure computing environment. It encompasses an authentication mechanism for authorized GPU access, as well as the integration of mandatory access control mechanisms to safeguard sensitive resources. Furthermore, with a careful design, user programs can be compiled and executed as they do in a normal environment without sacrifying the desired performance.

With the rapid development of science and technology, the demand for computing service resources in various industries is increasing. At the same time, catalyzed by new technologies such as 5G, AI, cloud computing, and big data, richer and more complex information data is produced. In order to cope with the changes in the current development of informatization, computing power networks emerged as the times *** with traditional networks, computing power networks can more accurately select appropriate computing power service resources for users, and can provide the best routing path based on the status of the network in real time. For now, computing power networks still face three major issues: first, how to select the best computing resources for users, second, how to plan routing paths to meet user needs, and finally, how to achieve efficient and accurate forwarding. In response to the challenges faced, this paper proposes a programmable computing power network forwarding and scheduling method based on SRv6 technology. It first selects the best computing power service resources for users by using the user satisfaction function S. Secondly, the OSPF routing algorithm and network forwarding cost indicators are used to calculate the best routing and forwarding path for users. Finally, based on the selected best path, SRv6 segment routing technology is used to achieve accurate, efficient, and low-latency forwarding.

Employee Loyalty is a vital indicator to measure organizational effectiveness. The employee performance depends on individual agility and also in team assignments. Thus, there is a need to establish link between employee loyalty and performance. Literature review reinforces to pursue research considering three constructs namely Workforce Agility (WFA), Adaptive Performance (AP) and Employee Loyalty (EL). A conceptual model has been designed grounded on Social Exchange Theory and Ability, Motivation and Opportunity theories. The present research examines hypothesized framework on evaluating the role of EL amid WFA and AP among IT professionals. This investigation involves surveying employees of IT organisations located in Karnataka, India were considered. The survey instrument with 486 valid responses is used to measure and validated with Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Fit indices using AMOS. Results indicates that there is direct association between WFA, AP and EL. EL acts as a partial mediator between WFA and AP
