Web 3.0 and Edge computing are inherently compatible, making them an ideal combination for building a secure and efficient distributed service platform to support decentralized applications (DApps). This paper investigates an elastic hybrid computing architecture in Edge Web 3.0, allowing DApp tasks to be executed in a hybrid manner by integrating on-chain and off-chain execution. The principle is to transfer a portion of DApp to an off-chain execution environment, along with an appropriate result verification process, to enhance computing efficiency and reduce blockchain overhead. We formulate a DApp task scheduling problem that jointly optimizes the execution pattern and offloading decision of user tasks. A learning-based DApp task scheduling scheme is designed based on Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO) to minimize the gas cost and service delay of DApps. Particularly, we tailor PPO to handle the hard constraints of service delay, gas consumption, and computing capacity in Edge Web 3.0 by adding regularization terms in the learning objective function. We establish an Edge Web 3.0 testbed based on Goerli, ZkSync, and Ethereum to evaluate the proposed method. The experimental results show that our method outperforms state-of-the-art benchmarks.

China's "Cybersecurity Law" mandates that critical information infrastructure must comply with the Multi-Level Protection Scheme (MLPS) 2.0, which requires a proactive security assurance system that is "trustworthy, controllable, and manageable." Traditional information security education often lacks practical training cases related to trustworthy computing and MLPS, and there is a scarcity of systematic defense practices integrated with security application scenarios. Based on the proactive trust mechanism, the Trustworthy computing Laboratory at Beijing University of technology has proposed a new design for Trusted 3.0 cyber security competition problems. These designs provide practical training cases and competition topics related to MLPS, as well as lightweight simulation methods for complex application scenario attack and defense. The laboratory, leveraging its developed cloud virtual trusted root technology and general-purpose trusted base software, has built a cloud-based cybersecurity teaching platform based on the active immunization trust mechanism. This platform supports the Trusted 3.0 cybersecurity competition topics, enabling the simulation of use cases and attack-defense scenarios, fulfilling the training needs related to MLPS, and enhancing students' practical engineering skills.

This paper investigates the capacity for state-of-the-art usage of hyper-spectral imaging to automate the detection of contemporary clouds and different land functions. One challenge in ultra-modern faraway sensing is detecting modern cloud cowls that impair the identity of cutting-edge floor features. The data used in this Worldview-2 imagery was acquired from the Terrafola experimental agricultural research facility in Piedmont, Italy, in an area characterized by brand-new land features. Unique spectral vegetation indices, together with modified Triangular vegetation Index (MTVI2), Normalized difference plants Index (NDVI), and bare Soil Index (BSI), are calculated from the 8-bands cutting-edge spectral information available inside the hyper-spectral photo.
