A novel internal force decoupling control strategy of hyper-redundant shaking table based on stiffness matrix is proposed in this paper. The linear models of electro-hydraulic servo system and mechanical system are built by considering the shaking table moving in a small range around the zero point. Internal forces are given through a transformation of cylinder forces which can be acquired from the pressure sensors. By meshing top platform of the shaking table in different directions, the stiffness matrix between the redundancy displacements and internal forces are given through dynamics equations including inertia and shear parts. The IFDC controller is designed to feedback the redundancy displacement caused by internal forces to the input current of the servovalve. Simulation results show that the proposed method is capable to reduce internal forces effectively. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

This research designs environment supervisory control system of computer room which consists of multiple android environment controllers and one supervisory control server. An android environment controller is a controller based on android device. The controller contains an android device, a Wi-Fi wireless access point, a switch hut (or NAT) and three data acquisition modules. The android device enters TCP/IP LAN through the Wi-Fi access point. The data acquisition modules with TCP/IP interface are plugged into the LAN, and read/written by the android device with Modbus TCP/IP protocol. Control logics are designed for computer room environment control. The controller monitors air conditioning systems, room temperature and humidity, fire alarm systems, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, electricity supply systems, leak detections, and door access control systems. If something happens, it can drive buzzer, alarm, voice dialing, or air conditioning, send SMS, voice mail, record audio, or video. A supervisory control server is used to help remote controls of all android environment controllers. All android controllers send their operation data to the server. Authorized user can login to the server to monitor and control certain android controller with a browser or android device.

Pneumatic power source has become increasingly delicate and effective in the application of tiny mechanical devices in the past few years. Advanced eyeball expression contributes much more impressions than any other facial organ on the robot skull. This paper is dedicated to self-handcraft an incentive, inexpensive, and animated eyeball mechanism on the spherical space instead of Cartesian space. The proposed biomimic eyeball module will be developed by the series-connected, pneumatically driven AI-servo actuators on the viewpoint of topology. In this paper, emotional simulations and the experiments with the data acquisition are also examined and successfully justified the advantages of the proposed innovation.

This paper proposes a multi-link algorithm to analyze the walking stability of a self-fabricated, full-size, biomimic, android robot. The stepping trajectory is prescribed and navigated along a horizontal plane without slipping motions and variable center of gravity. However, it may encounter different circumstances for less number of LDOF. Traditionally, walking equilibrium can be assured based on the stabilizable conditions of the dynamic structure of 5-7 leg-degrees of freedom (LDOF). Various kinks of the walking structure are analyzed with the loading effects of the upper-body on the robot. The multi-link fuzzy-logic controller (MLFLC) is also proposed to stabilize the multi-LDOF walking system. Finally, Lyapunov stability can be successfully assured using the proposed controller under the assumption of the theory of the dynamic zero-moment points.

With the development of the technology of mobile communication, smartphones have become one of the most popular ways that people get information. However some restrictions such as the screen size, ambient brightness etc. still cause some troubles to read news by smartphones. We based on android designed an audio news software system by means of the speech synthesis technology which can afford pleasure to listen to information. Using the Andriod technology we developed the smartphone client software which can get the latest information in RSS channels by communicating with the server. Also, it can dynamically manage the RSS channels subscribed by yourself. In the design, we used the techniques of the android UI framework and component which made the smartphone interface succinct and easy. In order to improve data store efficiency we implemented the data modification and store by transforming between the Json format and the Java object. Based on the iFLY mobile speech platform we developed the audio news player. The function of information automatic acquisition in the server made it possible that smartphones can get the latest information of the subscription channels.

Evolutionary algorithms (EAs) are population-based global search methods. Memetic Algorithms (MAs) are hybrid EAs that combine genetic operators with local search methods. With global exploration and local exploitation in search space, MAs are capable of obtaining more high-quality solutions. On the other hand, mixed-integer hybrid differential evolution (MIHDE), as an EA-based search algorithm, has been successfully applied to many mixed-integer optimization problems. In this paper, a mixed-integer memetic algorithm based on MIHDE is developed for solving mixed-integer constrained optimization problems. The proposed algorithm is implemented and applied to the optimal design of batch processes. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can find a better optimal solution compared with some other search algorithms.

This paper develops a CO2 laser camera by using an ARM embedded system with a CCD camera. The power controller, embedded on an FPGA chip, controls laser cutting depth by modifying the DPWM power controller for a CO2 laser machine. The relationship model between feed rate, laser power and cutting depth was trained by the adaptive neural fuzzy inference system (ANFIS). Laser power output was determined by the grayscale level in the image from CCD camera to reproduce a bitmap image in a 2.5D engraving. The maximum laser cutting depth was 4mm, and the feed rate varied between lOmm/s and 80 mm/s. Laser power was less than 48W. The precision for the cutting depth in the model was less than 0.036mm. The precision for the actual cutting depth of the laser was within 0.044mm. Implementation of the model improved the precision of the laser cutting machine to within the range +/- 0.05mm.
