By exploring the characteristic of interaction of network teaching, we proposed to develop an English teaching interaction system based on artificial intelligence, which can solve the problems in current English teaching class. We analyzed the functional requirements of the system corresponding to different user. By buiding Ubuntu operating system as the computing platform and exploring the object-oriented dynamic teaching environment provided by artificial intelligence platform, we build the LAMP development environment with MySQL database and PHP script language. We constructed a three-tier separated architecture system by using B/S mode, and refined the design and implementation of each module function through the secondary development of platform module plug-ins. To exhibit the advantages of the artificial intelligence system, we take college English teaching as an example to illustrate its functions. The functions of curriculum creation, teaching resources and activity design can be realized in the system, which verifies the effectiveness of the artificial intelligence system in interactive teaching and learning. © 2022 ACM.

While the integration of artificial intelligence and computer technology has enriched people's daily lives, it has also become an inaccessible part of people's lives. The trend of future social development is the advancement of computer network technology, which will be the tendency of future social development. Because of the artificial intelligence technology's high level of intelligence, it has emerged as one of the most promising technologies in the realm of computer networks and is dependent on computers for its development, which led to the establishment of the technology-based development. In order to hasten the incorporation of artificial intelligence into social production and living, as well as to make production and life easier, we need to make some changes. The purpose of this study was to investigate artificial intelligence, after which the model structure of intelligent anti-spam in network security management was established, and finally, the model was evaluated. According to the findings, the intelligent anti-spam model exhibited satisfactory filtering performance. © 2022 IEEE.

With fast development of Cyber Physical System, the variety and volume of data generated from different edge servers are fairly considerable. Mining and exploiting the data would definitely bring huge advantages. However, there are two major issues exposed in the process. First, utilizing the data with high efficiency is challenging in edge computing environment. Second, data from multiple edge servers often contain sensitive information such as user preferences, which will give rise to privacy breach risks when using the data. Locality-Sensitive Hashing and amplified technology are utilized for dealing with two problems. In this paper, we propose a novel privacy-protection approach named SRchain-LSH in edge computing environment which is based on amplified Locality-Sensitive Hashing technique. In order to verify high accuracy and efficiency of our proposal, large sets of experiments are conducted. According to experimental results, our proposal shows better performance than those of comparative methods in terms of MAE , RMSE and time costs. For our method, the best value of MAE is about 0.41 and time cost is about 0.1 seconds, which are more accurate and efficient than comparative methods. © 2022 IEEE.

We propose to aid the hiring process by automatic profiling of a candidate's social media presence and using it in conjunction with their resume and other information to suggest an employability score and an emotional intelligence indicator. Algorithmic hiring usually supports the hiring company and does not factor in social media presence of the candidate. The work we propose in this paper can also be used by the job seekers to evaluate their chances and uses a comprehensive profile of the candidate. Our approach uses social media profiling using APIs and web crawlers, evaluating soft skills, shortlisting candidates based on keywords, skill-set, and educational requirements and suggesting a match using Machine Learning and NLP techniques. The resulting application provides a faster, accurate, efficient, and relatively bias-free recruitment process to the companies and to the job seekers. © 2022 IEEE.

Petabytes of data are generated every minute, and this creates a corresponding demand for servers which ingest, process, store, and maintain this data. The scale of data has become sufficiently large that normal file access and processing present different challenges than in prior decades. In the Web 2.0 era, data owners commonly stored and shared data using on-premise servers. In the past decade, cloud computing has quickly become the dominant hosting paradigm, as it offers data owners the benefits of cost-savings, flexible scaling, and ease of administration. However, cloud computing presents a myriad of security challenges. Attribute based encryption has been key to tackling these challenges. We present a method to allow users to maintain their own secure data on a shared system, while eliminating the time penalty and single point-of-failure associated with traditional authorization techniques. This is implemented as a Representational State Transfer API, removing the burden of managing auxiliary files or encryption libraries when uploading documents. This system also supports data encrypted at rest, removing concerns of administrator access to unencrypted contents in storage. We leverage key policy attribute-based encryption (KP-ABE) to store this data, search its contents, and receive/decrypt this data. We further demonstrate that KP-ABE can be implemented as part of a distributed or centralized authorization method. We compare KP-ABE against AES cryptography, and present system metrics from its execution on representative data. © 2022 IEEE.

With the rapid development of big data, artificial intelligence and cloud computing, digital finance is becoming more and more popular. Based on the fixed effect model and using the panel data of 260 cities from 2011 to 2019, this paper focuses on the relationship between the development of digital finance and carbon emission reduction. The study found that the development of digital finance has significantly promoted carbon emission reduction, and the coverage and depth of digital finance also have a significant role in promoting carbon emission reduction. At the same time, this paper finds that the development of digital finance can help reduce carbon emissions by improving the efficiency of pollution control. © 2022 ACM.

With the development of cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, mobile Internet, artificial intelligence and other new generation information technology, digital payment methods are increasingly widely used. At the same time, the flourishing of major e-commerce platforms has led to huge changes in people's payment methods and consumption levels. In order to study the impact of digital payment on the consumption level and consumption structure of rural residents in Hubei Province, this paper uses panel data of 13 cities and states in Hubei Province from 2013 to 2020, and selects an individual fixed-effects model to conduct an empirical study, which mainly draws the following conclusions: first, digital payment has a significant positive impact on the consumption level of rural residents in Hubei Province;second, the level of digital payment has a significant negative effect on the survival-oriented expenditure, but not on the proportion of hedonic consumption and developmental consumption. This indicates that digital payment can optimize the consumption structure of rural residents in Hubei Province to a limited extent. Finally, corresponding suggestions are made based on the findings of this paper. © 2022 ACM.

This paper proposes an improved LeNet-5 convolutional neural network (CNN) named MeLy-Net which is more suitable for implementing on the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) by using quantization technique at the low power consumption. The parallel inference strategies of kernel layer and pooling layer operation in the MeLy-Net are discussed in detail. The high level synthesis (HLS) tool is used to form the accelerator Intellectual Property (IP), the PYNQ-Z2 development board with proceeding system (PS) and programming logic (PL) two parts is used to realize the complete deployment of the FPGA-based accelerator, and the ARM core on the PS side controls the MeLy-Net FPGA-based accelerator on the PL side through the AXI bus. The MNIST dataset tests show the 98.8% accuracy is achieved by the MeLy-Net. It can achieve high-speed handwriting digital image recognition of MNIST dataset under the low power consumption of 2.128W, and can finish 1000 images processing within only 1.8ms. © 2022 IEEE.

Identity authentication is one of the methods to protect the security of devices in the Internet of Things. In view of the security and privacy protection problems caused by identity authentication in traditional centralized platforms, this paper combines the blockchain technology with the existing authentication model of the Internet of Things. Firstly, the authentication strategy is formulated according to the attributes of the IoT device;secondly, the use of cryptography technology to ensure transmission security, so as to ensure the data transmission security, reliability and authenticity of the Internet of Things, and realize the transmission security, network security and data security of The Internet of Things devices;finally, the model anti-attack ability is tested and analyzed from the aspects of performance and security. © 2022 IEEE.
