The article is devoted to solving the problem of automation of the process of refueling aircraft in the air. This process is quite complex and requires filigree piloting techniques from the pilot, and high accuracy and adaptability from the motion control system. The report presents a solution to the problems of synergetic synthesis of autopilots to control the movement of a refueled aircraft at the stage of the final approach and capture the cone of the fuel line. Synthesized adaptive regulators provide high positioning accuracy with compensation for force and wind disturbances and take into account the change in the mass of the aircraft during refueling. © 2022 IEEE.

The paper considers a twin-engine hybrid flying machine combining traditional flight, where the wheel is an ordinary load but also rolling on the surface on one wheel, balancing the rotors. The presence of rotors makes it possible for the bi-copter not only to avoid obstacles but also to jump over them. However, the presence of two rotors with a tilt mechanism leads to a complication of the control system. In this work, the aerodynamic properties of a mathematical model of a bi-copter are studied, and the wheel part is considered a load. The characteristics of the model in three planes are considered. It is assumed that the motors and the tilt mechanism are controlled using PID controllers. The simulation results are also presented.

Supply chain planning is a difficult task for organizations and both crucial for their profits and for market penetration. Many processes belonging to supply chain planning and management belong to discrete optimisation problems. Although science provides many methods for discrete optimization, business cannot apply them. The main software supporting management in companies are ERP systems. ERP support decision-making at the strategic, tactical and operational level. Most ERP systems, even at the leading edge, do not have complex optimisation algorithms implemented to support supply chain decision-making. The paper presents the results of the InfoConsulting research and development project related to design and implementation of a solution that allows modelling and simulation of logistic processes, material area, in a company and the implementation and optimisation of material logistics processes, which will communicate with typical ERP systems using communication of mobile devices.

Feature correspondence is an important topic in many computer vision or robot vision tasks. Different from traditional optimization based matching method, in the last two years, researchers are finally able to solve the matching process in a learning manner. As a representative method, SuperGlue achieves superior performance in many real-world tasks, but it still has problems in dealing with outlier features. Targeting at the outlier problem, this paper improves SuperGlue by introducing a deep learning based feature correspondence method, which consists of the pruned attentional graph neural network and the improved matching layer for the outlier problem. Experiments on real world images validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Agent-Based Model (ABM) is a widely used tool to analyze distributed systems. However, the decision-making parameters are difficult to determine, since ABM is a kind of micro model and such parameters, varying from person to person, cannot be measured conveniently in real traffic systems. For this problem, this paper introduces reinforcement learning to empirically and efficiently calculate the micro parameters of ABM. By a parameterization of the individual interactions, our new approach is able to decouple the dependence for a given agent upon his " social neighbors", and thus can accelerate the learning process. Experiments on inter-city traveling of population indicate that the proposed method is effective for the micro parameter computation.

A novel method implemented for deadlock problems is specified to perfectly liveness, which is crucial to Petri Net(PN) models. In this article, we apply four classes of PN execution to models of complex Flexible Manufacturing systems (FMSs) environments. The significant paradigm presented for S4PR-net is characterized by high efficiency in the distribution of modeling complex interactive FMSs. We formulate this problem as a complete multi-resource production system using advanced automation technologies in response to it. The optimal reconfigurable FMS is implemented by designing the controller transitions (CTs) in the PNs models, and this approach eliminates all deadlock statuses. The methodology and models developed can be used CTs are provided effectively for PNs when adding the recapture transitions usually associated with deadlock (DL)-free, which conserved all markings. More specifically, this framework permits PN’s Reachability Graphs (RG) to guarantee maximum permissive for FMS allowing multiple active resources. Several examples have been experimental results to demonstrate PNs that contain computer simulation models and are much more efficient. simulation models and are much more efficient.

Hybrid dynamical systems exhibiting both discrete and continuous behavior are a convenient way of representing complex dynamic processes. Examples are electrical power systems, electromechanical robotic arms, chemical processes, socioeconomic systems among many others. Nowadays, they are modeled and simulated in specialized environments in an automated manner. Three such modern software suites, namely ISMA 2021, OpenModelica and SimInTech, are tested on two typical examples of hybrid dynamical systems. The textual program models as well as the simulation results obtained in the three modeling and simulation environments are compared. The models composed in the first two environments turned out to be cleaner and more concise than those built in SimInTech. This is partially due to the fact that the modeling languages of ISMA 2021 and OpenModelica are declarative, whereas that of SimInTech is purely imperative. Regarding event detection, ISMA 2021 and OpenModelica have demonstrated comparable results. SimInTech does not employ an independent event detection algorithm, which affects event detection. © 2021 IEEE.

Most works on the analysis of risk management problems in complex systems offer solutions based on the assumption of independence of risk-reducing control actions. At the same time, in practice, control actions on a particular risk factor can indirectly affect other factors as well. As a result, the assessment of the impact of a particular action on the overall risk can be distorted. Therefore, it is necessary to develop methods for selecting control actions that consider the interdependence of risk factors. This paper considers a three-level risk management model for the protected system. The model includes risk factors with their mutual influence, local risks induced by them, and a method of aggregation of local risks into an indicator characterising the risk of the system as a whole, that is, integral risk. Based on the model, we made conclusions about the possible principles of building an algorithm to identify the set of acceptable risk-reducing control actions.

This study is devoted to the problems of informational support for the andragogue professionalization. This problem is complex and interdisciplinary, therefore, in this article we consider only one of its components that concerns the automated development of personalized learning trajectory (PLT) for adult learners. PLT is a complex information object that contains many components and takes into account various parameters and the dynamics of their changes. The analysis of the andragogue's actions performed in the process of PLT generation shows the need in use of external knowledge sources – both relating to the learning course and to the structure of interaction between the student and the andragogue – at different stages of this work. In addition, we have to provide for the possibility of replacing existing sources of information with more relevant and high-quality ones. Therefore, we need to use semantic technologies aimed at the analysis and application of distributed knowledge. In the paper, we analyze the main stages of andragogue activity aimed to form a set of learning materials for particular student, and found out appropriated semantic technologies that can be used at each of these stages. An ontological approach to representation of knowledge about the learning course and its terminology, about the competencies of students and about learning materials used in this process allows the integration of the proposed technology of information processing with external applications and knowledge sources. The practical application of the proposed information technology is considered on the example of the learning course "UAV Engineer. Basic course". We select this example by several reasons, namely: the UAV control urgency and the need for effective implementation;2) lack of a stable and coordinated learning course that meets the needs of today;3) the need for mass training of a large number of adult students, who differ significantly by their skills and knowledge;

Aiming at overcoming the difficulties of actual test and demonstration in commercial space launch missions and the lack of visualized analysis tools, this paper studies the digital modeling technology for commercial space launch, and proposes solutions to problems such as multi-module parallel assembly testing with short intervals, spatiotemporal coordination for comprehensive process and technical interface matching etc. Models for the analysis and calculation of explosion range, noise impact, and geological environment are created, which has achieved quick customization and flexible assembly of simulation and modeling for complex process, as well as a data evaluation model for digitalized collaboration under multiple problem domain situations, optimizing the process of space launch activities in commercial field.
