The equivalent modeling problem of active distribution networks (ADN) has been one of the hot issues in power system-related research. When more and more distributed energy sources are connected to the grid, such problems become more complex. This kind of research is becoming “extensive” and “comprehensive”. Accurate equivalent modeling can better describe the operating state of ADN. In this paper, an equivalent modeling approach is represented for ADN that takes into account distributed energy sources and the charging of special loads. In the first stage, ZIP loads are connected in parallel with induction motors as the basic structure of the equivalence model of the ADN. In the second stage, the improved multi-objective DDQN (MODDQN) is used to solve the key parameters. Case studies show that this method is effective.

When developing underwater stations and resident vehicles for subsea mining complexes service systems, it is necessary to solve a number of tasks. Some of them are traditional (for example, the tasks of bringing an underwater vehicle to the station and performing underwater docking). Others are new. Such new tasks include ensuring contactless battery charging and high-speed contactless information exchange between the station and the device. The representation of such a system providing energy and information interaction between a hybrid uninhabited underwater vehicle (HUUV) and a coastal control post in the form of a single complete complex is unknown from the literature. For this reason, the task can be considered relevant, the solution of which will ultimately improve the efficiency of hydrocarbon production. The article presents the results of research carried out in order to build a functional scheme for the interaction of a coastal control post with a hybrid uninhabited underwater vehicle. Such a scheme includes channels of energy and information interaction in a single complex, for which the principles of constructive implementations of basic elements are defined. Interrelated theoretical analysis, mathematical modeling and experimental research are used as accepted research methods.

The article discusses the design features of complexcontrolsystems based on a contactless DC electric motor as part of a tracking electric drive of a specialized unmanned robotic electrical complex. An important problem in the formation of a control system for such complexes is the synthesis of the structure within the framework of accepted restrictions regarding the static and dynamic parameters of the system. The type of actuator electric motor plays an important role in this case. In many ways, it is its parameters that determine the future hardware appearance of the control system. As a result, the urgent problem arises of the transition from the analog form of control algorithms to their digital implementation, which can be used as program code for recording into the memory of a microcontroller. Taking into account the parameters of the microcontroller used in the electric drive, rounding the conversion results, quantizing signals by time and level are a significant, if not largely determining factor, when designing automation systems. Thus, the article examines the current problem of taking into account disparate factors of the mutual influence of the components of the control system of a complex electrical complex in the framework of ensuring the technical reserve necessary for stable operation while unconditionally observing the principle of hardware and parametric minimum.

The problem of forming standards and procedures for calculating indicators of the functioning of complexsystems in conditions of uncertainty is solved. The methodology is based on the methodology of Bayesian intelligent technologies, which makes it possible to carry out modeling in conditions of limited, incomplete and fuzzy data, including single measurements. This methodology includes representation of measurements in the form of a fuzzy number; identification of the type of distribution; generation of samples of a given volume for factors characterizing the result and complex system functioning conditions in a given period of time; construction of a regression model based on the generated samples. The constructed models can used as a tool for calculating dynamic norms by substituting appropriate factors into the equation.
