The contribution outlines dominant economic transformations and key stages of creating digital technologies for strategic management, the possibility of overcoming the digital transformation, which leads to the innovative development of strategic enterprise management. The purpose of the study was to determine the dominant transformation of strategic management. The authors analyze the process of strategic management of modern companies, options for applying various types of strategies depending on the current situation. The process of developing a digital strategy is considered, the influence of macroeconomic processes on the company’s activities is analyzed, and directions for further development in the context of digital transformation are determined. Theoretical research methods were used: content analysis, modeling method, synthesis, analogy method. The study revealed that the management model makes business more efficient and determines the main advantages of the process approach: stability and predictability of results, their compliance with quality standards;organization of the system in business processes;price drop;increasing productivity and profitability;coordinated interaction of structural units, no need to involve management in solving current problems;management flexibility and simplified analysis (all indicators of business processes are transparent, it is easy to identify weaknesses and understand how to neutralize them). © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

A method is set forth for modeling multiphase processes aimed at characterizing and predicting their instabilities. The technique employs autonomous polynomial dynamical systems (DSs) derived using approximation of the measurement data in terms of specifically formulated inverse problems. Complete description of singularities is performed using the developed discriminant criterion. Examples of realization are discussed.

Enforcing scheduling policies at end-hosts with software schedulers suffers from high CPU consumption, low throughput, and inaccuracy. Offloading scheduling functions to the network interface card (NIC) provides a promising direction to address these problems. However, existing efforts in scheduling offloading suffer from inflexible on-NIC packet schedulers, which cannot execute complex hierarchies of network policies. In this paper, we present FlowValve, the first parallel packet scheduler for Network Processor (NP)-based SmartNlCs that offloads critical functions of Linux traffic control, including packet classifying and scheduling. The key insight behind FlowValve is to abstract inherent queues attached to the NIC interface (wire side) as a single FIFO queue and perform specialized tail drop to mix the FIFO queue with expected flow proportions. FlowValve takes advantage of on-chip multi-core parallelism and hardware accelerations to produce high throughput. Meanwhile, it substantially reduces CPU and memory burdens on endhosts. We prototype FlowValve on a Netronome Agilio SmartNIC and demonstrate its effectiveness against non-offloaded kernel schedulers and DPDK QoS Scheduler. We find that FlowValve outperforms both in accurately enforcing network policies while driving line rate performance (i.e., 40Gbps), which contributes to saving at least two CPU cores.

This paper supplements the parts that were not detailed in the previous work. For the parts that have been proven in detail previously, only the conclusions are provided. In biological contexts, the significance of algal cell size and time delay in nutrient reproduction is crucial. Moreover, it is essential to exert control during algal flocculation harvesting and sewage treatment. Initially, we introduced a dimensionless flocculation model. Subsequently, we examined the presence of positive equilibrium states and investigated the equilibrium behavior of the model. Ultimately, numerical simulations demonstrated that the model exhibits backward bifurcation.

Forest fires are a threat to nature and human health., especially in an era of global warming. Their early detection is the key to effective control because once a forest fire reaches a certain size., when it is difficult to control. Coiled neural networks are specialized artificial neural networks that are state-of-the-art for image recognition tasks. Therefore., by investigating them it is possible to create trainable models that can be applied to the problem of forest fire detection to improve the performance of existing systems. This paper investigates the existing works in this area.

At present, the traditional substation auxiliary control system is faced with the following four problems: poor real-time capability to abnormal response, high dependence on people when solving malfunctions, the communication, deployment and expansion of different underlying devices, and the lack of security mechanism. To solve these problems or optimize the functions, an intelligent substation auxiliary control system is proposed. The system innovatively applies OPC UA to the construction of the auxiliary control system. First, through the use of OPC UA's unique object-oriented modeling method as well as the joint specification modeling of OPC UA and IEC61850, to solve the data communication problems caused by heterogeneous devices. Second, applying the Client/Server mode to realize the remote access from authorized mobile clients and give instructions, to cope with abnormal conditions, which reduces the dependency on people. Clients of other authorized enterprises are allowed to access the working data of the devices they are interested in, makes full use of massive data and ensures the information security of the system. Third, Pub/Sub mode is applied to enable the underlying devices to communicate directly with each other through the middleware, which reduces the response time of equipment joint debugging and improve the real-time performance. In addition, through OPC UA, the industrial data of the system can be transmitted over the Internet, realizing the combination of the Internet of Things and the Internet, which is an idea of the combination of the two in the future. © 2022 IEEE.

In additive manufacturing (AM), accurate prediction for the deformation of printed objects contributes to compensation in advance, which is crucial to improving the accuracy of products. Many factors affect the deformation, such as the shape of the object, the properties of the material, and parameters in the printing process. Existing methods suffer from difficulties in modeling and generalizing between different shapes. In this paper, we formulate the error prediction in AM as a point-wise deviation prediction task and propose a point-based deep neural network to learn the complex deformation patterns by local and global contextual feature extraction. Furthermore, a data processing flow is proposed for automatically handling the real-scenario data. As an application case, we collect a dataset of dental crowns fabricated by the digital light processing 3D printing and validate the proposed method on the dataset. The results show that our network has a promising ability to predict nonlinear deformation. The proposed method can also be applied to other AM techniques.

At present, with the development of modern IT technologies and artificial intelligence methods, it is relevant to develop adaptive distance education systems for students of technical specialties capable of providing a personalized cognitive approach to the process of obtaining knowledge and timely adjustment of the learning trajectory. Particular difficulties arise when teaching the principles of operation of complex industrial equipment based on microprocessor technology, the basics of programming and the development of automatic control systems based on them. The problems associated with the complexity of adapting technical training courses for specific students and the peculiarities of information perception in the absence of direct contact with the teacher can be successfully solved with the introduction of algorithms based on a unified artificial immune system (UAIS). An innovative e-learning technology is proposed for students of engineering specialties in order to obtain high-quality technical professional education in a short time on real industrial equipment. When creating the technology and predicting the learning outcomes of students, immunological homeostasis was used to quickly correct the learning process. UAIS was developed on the basis of modified clonal selection, negative selection and immune network algorithms in order to identify the most effective of them in predicting multivariate dynamic data about students and forming an adequate immune response to maintain immunological homeostasis. The main stages and advantages of the proposed technology are given. The simulation results were obtained with the participation of students of the Faculty of Information Technology on the basis of the Kazakh-British Technical University. © 2023 IEEE.
