The article explores the mechanism of profit formation as the main source of financial capital at the agro-industrial complex enterprises, carrying out statutory activities in the conditions of risky farming. The research used the methods of scientific knowledge: analysis, synthesis, concretization and abstraction, classification, grouping and others. Based on the conducted research, there have been determinated the components of the financial capital of an enterprise. There were also given their definitions within the framework of the existing accounting and analytical system of the Russian economy. The research studies revealed the existing legislative acts in Russia that regulate the formation of profit do not give an accurate interpretation of the definition of «profit». There has been determined the mechanism for the formation of profit at an agricultural enterprise in modern economic conditions. The study formulated the main problems of the mechanism for the formation and use of profit as part of the financial capital of an agricultual enterprise: failure to meet deadlines and technologies for the implementation of agrotechnical measures;lack of full control over the formation of production costs;non-observance or complete rejection of evidence-based crop rotations;lack of regular analytical work aimed at developing economically sound management decisions to increase the crop production, and consequently revenue growth. Measures aimed at solving the identified problems are proposed: to optimize the structure of sown areas for agricultural crops;monitor the timeliness, completeness and quality of agrotechnical measures and, if necessary, correct them;observe evidence-based crop rotations;timely adjust the proportion of the production cost in the revenue of the sale of the latter. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

For estimating the aircraft motion parameters, the fuzzy logic has recently been widely used to adapt tracking filters. The most widespread filters are various intelligent alpha-beta filters, which are simplified Kalman filters built using a priori calculated stationary amplification coefficients. Such solutions are usually based on traditional mathematical models which don’t require adaptation. They lead to relatively simple computational procedures and do not allow to approach the potential estimation accuracy. It is possible to increase the accuracy of estimating the parameters of aircraft motion using dynamic motion models for synthesis of filters and their adaptation to maneuvers by means of the theory of intelligent systems. The present study develops an approach to the synthesis of fuzzy tracking filters based on the construction of dynamic motion models from the condition of the maximum of the generalized power function. As shown in this work it allows to obtain a nonlinear matrix of state transitions. Due to the choice of the adaptation parameter, with a sufficient degree of accuracy in practice, the matrix can be represented as a state transition matrix obtained using a mathematical model of the object movement at a constant speed. In this case application of the base of rules of conjunctive type for description of the movement of the maneuvering aircraft leads to a fuzzy tracking filter. On the basis of mathematical modeling, we prove its superiority in terms of accuracy characteristic over the intelligent alpha-beta filter, built using a mathematical model of the movement of an object with a constant speed, and over the Kalman filter, synthesized on the basis of Singer’s mathematical model of acceleration. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.

The identification problem of decentralized control systems (DCS) is considered. Analysis shows that this problem has not been given sufficient attention. The complexity of systems and a priori uncertainty require the development of approaches and methods. DCS parametric identifiability (PI) requires a solution. We propose an approach to the PI assessment based on the fulfilment of the condition of constant excitation and consider the relationships in the subsystems. PI conditions are obtained. Algorithms for parametric and signal adaptive identification for DS have been synthesized. The exponential dissipativity of the identification system is proved. The influence of interrelations in subsystems is considered on properties of parameter estimates. Examples are given

The application of load-side energy storage in distribution networks is becoming increasingly widespread, and its impact on voltage quality cannot be ignored. This paper considers a complex distribution network system composed of user loads, distributed generation, and reactive power compensation devices, studying the optimization effect of energy storage collaboration on the voltage quality of the distribution network. Through the construction of a complex distribution network model, the impact of energy storage integration into the distribution network is quantified. An improved multi-objective cone model is used to achieve collaborative voltage control of energy storage. Simulation analyses are conducted in the PG&E 69-node system, leading to the conclusion that load-side energy storage collaboration can effectively improve the voltage quality of the distribution network.

In this paper, we propose a method for quickly training a binary support vector machine (SVM) classifier for recognizing valid input spaces in high-dimensional, highly constrained systems by using reinforcement learning to find inputs along the decision boundary of the classifier while minimizing the number of runs of a simulation representing the system. We find training points by first defining an optimization problem where the action space consists of points to test, and the reward is a function that searches for points that are close to violating the given constraints and are a sufficient distance from one another. After formulating this process, we use a Q-learning framework to find inputs that maximize the reward, and then use these inputs to train the classifier so the decision boundary is quickly well-defined. The efficacy of this approach is then shown in simulations. © 2024 IEEE.

Many problems of mathematical modeling, identification and synthesis of systems are reduced to solving the multicriterial optimization problem. The paper considers an approach to solving the problem of identifying the estimation of model parameters by a vector criterion. An example of the use of vector optimization for the problem of structurally parametric synthesis of a UAV model is considered.

In consideration of the poor locomotion ability of most traditional tensegrity robot, a novel tensegrity hopping robot powered by push-pull electromagnets was proposed with better locomotivity. It is able to conduct stable consecutive progressing action and turning action through hopping. This paper covers the structural design, theoretical modeling of the robot's hopping process, as well as its self-righting analysis, simulation and experimental verification. The average moving speed and relative moving speed were measured to be 0.334m/s and 0.641 body length/s respectively, which obviously surpass the general moving ability of most traditional tensegrity robot. In addition, the robot was also validated to have good self-righting characteristic for stable consecutive hopping. Thus this robot can be potentially applied for search, rescue, detection, etc. in outdoor and unstructured environment. © 2023 IEEE.

With the improvement of communication technology and the management of demand-side, more and more researches focus on the aggregation technology of flexible resources on the demand side. This paper proposes to build a self-organizing response framework in the scenario of massive resources, and resources can independently choose to join or exit the aggregates to participate in the regulation of grid active power balance. However, self-organizing aggregates cannot generate aggregation scenarios that accurately match the dynamic needs of the power grid during autonomous operation, so the grid needs to further guide the evolution of the aggregates. Firstly, the process and principle of realizing self-organization and evolution of resources in cyberspace are outlined. Then, the evolutionary driving sources of the self-organizing aggregates are analyzed to construct the evolutionary dynamics model framework from both the steady and the dynamic dimensions, and the data-driven modeling is carried out through the back propagation neural network to obtain the evolution law of resource self-organization. Finally, an iterative evolutionary guiding strategy based on price feedback is designed. The optimal guiding value of the market price cap is obtained through iteration under the expected aggregation scale target of the power grid, and also the dynamic evolution time of the aggregates is predicted to determine the timing of the release of the guiding strategy. The proposed strategy is constructed and tested on the NETLOGO resource self-organization simulation platform. The results show that the self-organizing aggregates can evolve to the expected state of power grid demand with high accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.

The problems of risk management are considered from different points of view. Most often, they are investigated as part of organizational management. The results obtained within this approach are widely used, but their validity is debated. On the other hand, risk management can be considered as a system of mathematical models. In this form, it is discussed in the mechanism design section of control theory. The results obtained with this approach have rigorous substantiation, but also require a large number of conditions to be met, which is often hard to achieve in practice. Therefore, the convergence of these approaches is an important practical problem. The proposed paper attempts to put a formal solution to building a risk-minimizing topology of a computer network into the risk management framework. When choosing the optimal set of countermeasures to protect a computer network, the possibility of modifying the network topology is usually not considered. At the same time, topology rebuilding is a natural process for some classes of networks (in particular, wireless mesh networks). This study considers the problem of designing the topology of computer networks that minimizes risk. The proposed solution is based on the results obtained previously in research on the influence of the structure of complex systems on their integral risk. The article considers a particular case of the exact solution of the problem for a peer-to-peer distributed network of the ’bus’ topology. In addition, it proposes an algorithm to design a risk-minimizing topology in attack scenarios of a simple chain structure. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

complex Fenestration systems (CFSs) can significantly impact both the visual and non-visual daylight effects on the occupants as well as the energy performance of buildings. To ensure that those impacts improve the overall situation, proper control algorithms are required if the CFS can be operated. The state of the CFS directly and immediately effects the indoor lighting situation. The thermal condition of the building is usually strongly but not directly influenced by the condition of the façade system due to thermal capacities. In this study an experimental integral control strategy, called Integrated Lighting Module (ILM) is investigated in terms of it's glare prevention capabilities and compared to a cut-off- and a simple rule based control logic. The ILM is an autonomous software package capable to run on building management hardware to control façade systems and artificial lighting in real buildings in an energetically optimised way. The adaptive sampling algorithm raytraverse is employed to calculate Daylight Glare Probability (DGP) values, which are used as a benchmark for the control strategy comparison. The other aspect of this comparison is the opening of the façade, which is evaluated as statistics how often each possible façade state is selected by each control strategy. © 2023 Institute of Physics Publishing.
