This paper deals with the problems of the admissibility analysis and control synthesis for polynomial fuzzy singular systems. By the help of the line integral Lyapunov function and an equivalent condition for a matrix inequality, a sufficient admissibility criterion of the polynomial fuzzy singular system is obtained. Furthermore, using a simple technique, the desired controller design method is presented in terms of sum-of-squares to avoid solving complex inequalities. Simulation examples are also provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Improving the control methods of rare earth production lines is an important measure to improve the automation level of our country's rare earth industry. In order to improve the automation of the calcium saponification process in the rare earth extraction process and solve the limitation of manual sampling and detection in the process, this paper uses the BP neural network's modeling and analysis capabilities for complex nonlinear systems to build a rare earth extraction saponification value decision-making control model. And use OPC technology to apply the decision-making algorithm to the PLC control system, which solves the problem of saponification value detection in the calcium saponification process. The results prove that the decision-making control method proposed in this paper can effectively solve the problem of insufficient control caused by the lack of material component sensors. By comparing with manual sampling and testing data, it is concluded that the decision-making deviation rate can reach within ±2%. © VDE VERLAG GMBH ∙ Berlin ∙ Offenbach.

An important measure of the success of the expert system’s implementation is its users’ acceptance. An expert system doesn’t have to provide very good conclusions when its use is very complex and time-consuming both in learning and in use. From the user’s point of view, it is important that working with the system is easy and easy to understand. It is appropriate for the system to be able to correct the most common user errors. It is necessary to note that expert systems can also be used for training new experts when workers are familiarized with evaluating input data and the possible conclusions that may result from them with the help of the explanatory mechanism of the system. We cannot get complete information to solve most problems. It remains only to fill in the information data gaps while considering the possibility of error. During processing, the effects of stored knowledge and probabilities are combined. In the post, the main problem was the determined amount of tyres provided to each driver for the race. The work deals with t collecting and processing data on the climate, the type of circuit and the subsequent use of this data in motorsport to reduce the number of tyres provided for the benefit of expert systems. © ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering 2024.

Manipulator robots are one of the widely famous robotics types. One of the major problems that appear when preparing these robots is the Inverse Kinematic Problem (IKP). Overcoming the IKP in some cases requires solving complex equations, time-consuming, and can lead to singularity solutions. In this paper, a modeling of the forward kinematics for a 3-R manipulator robot was carried out to generate a dataset for supervised learning. Furthermore, a training model for solving the inverse kinematics of this robot with avoiding the singularity points based on Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) is proposed. The reliability of the method was validated by trajectory tracking. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the robot to track the referenced path successfully with maximum mean absolute error in the X, Y, and Z axes around 1.375 mm.

For a comprehensive study of the behavior of a real mechanical, electrical, mechatronic or other system that obeys the well-known laws of the relevant sciences, it is usually not possible to conduct a full cycle of field, bench or field tests both because of the associated material costs and because of the limited time allocated to create a new model of technology [1]. In this regard, they resort to simulation mathematical modeling, or, what is more common nowadays, to dynamic modeling. For this purpose, simulation mathematical or dynamic models are created - mathematical descriptions of real systems. Both dynamic and mathematical models are descriptions of the behavior of a real object, performed in mathematical language using fundamental and applied dependencies of disciplines within which certain properties of a given object are studied [2]. Since real systems, even the simplest ones, actually have very complex behavior, when creating a mathematical model, they usually make a number of assumptions that significantly simplify the process of creating it, but maintain sufficient accuracy for practical ***, quantum phenomena are traditionally the most difficult processes to describe and account for. The next most complex are thermodynamic processes for liquids and gases, taking into account the dynamics of particle motion and phase transitions, as well as electrochemical processes. Finally, the description of the dynamics of motion of systems with distributed mass also poses a certain difficulty.

Currently, many of the problems studied around mobile robotics aim to solve the provision of greater autonomy. This paper review the field of mobile robotics with sliding wheels and differential traction. The main contributions are: the use of specialized tools (software) to simulate the various stages of modeling and for the built of prototype. Specifically, the MatLab Simulink® software is used for the simulation of the model exported from SolidWorks to the Simulink environment integrated with the controller design. Also, as mentioned before, SolidWorks for the project and simulation of the robot’s mechanical components (Simscape application for multi-body mechanical systems). Desired trajectories are generated through parametric functions, continuous lines from specific points through interpolation techniques and using desired speeds. control laws, and trajectory tracking are based on kinematic and dynamic models. The results of simulation are presented and analyzed. Finally, the prototype and the experimental results are presented.

With the application and development of vehicle electronic control systems, the electromagnetic environment inside the vehicle is becoming increasingly complex, which affects the normal operation of the electronic control ignition system of fuel vehicles, and even causes stalling problems. This article focuses on the electromagnetic compatibility faults in the electronic control ignition system of fuel vehicles, analyzes the mechanism of disturbance sources and their sensitivity disturbance mechanism in the electronic control ignition system, and analyzes the fault problems generated by the ignition system by building a real vehicle testing platform. It proposes an optimization method to increase bypass capacitance, and finally proves the reliability and effectiveness of the proposed optimization method through simulation and experimental testing. The electromagnetic compatibility optimization design scheme proposed in this article solves the problem of stalling failure in the actual vehicle electronic control ignition system, saves economic costs, and has great engineering value. It also has certain reference value for solving electromagnetic compatibility engineering problems in other electrical systems of vehicles.

Benefitting from the inherent characteristics of high compliance, strong flexibility, and lightweight, pneumatic artificial muscles (PAMs), as a kind of soft actuators, are widely used in industrial logistics, medical rehabilitation, bionic engineering, etc. In addition to the basic issues in PAMs, e.g., unmodeled dynamics, input hysteresis, and unidirectional saturation constraints, parallel PAMs also suffer from more complex coupling relationships and antagonistic effects. Hence, it is necessary to ensure safety constraints for independent muscles and their input air pressure. To simultaneously deal with the above-mentioned problems, this paper proposes a dual-layer control structure for parallel PAM-actuated robot manipulators. The lower-layer controller handles uncertain dynamics and ensures accurate tracking of parallel PAMs, and the corresponding Lyapunov-based stability analysis also proves its effectiveness. Meanwhile, the lower-layer controller and parallel PAMs are approximated together by an optimal reference model, and necessary control parameters are flexibly adjusted during the optimization process, which make the upper-layer prediction controller not depend on any plant knowledge, to realize input/output constraints by multi-period motion prediction and horizon optimization. Moreover, experimental results in different cases are provided to illustrate the performance of the presented controller. © 2023 IEEE.

The functional structure of the problem-oriented software complex for solving the problem of designing a technological scheme for the multi-product processes for the synthesis of ozone-safe chladones is presented in the article. The inclusion of a customizable relational database of chladone characteristics in the software complex allows selecting equipment (working volumes of reactors) to form a production flow chart based on specified criteria (productivity, energy consumption, output concentrations of the target and by-products, etc.). The mathematical models library is the basis of the software complex. Mathematical models allow performing verification calculations of various reactors for the synthesis of a wide range of chladones in accordance with the technical specification. The advantage of the software complex is the ability to analyze the effect of contact time and process temperature on the output concentrations of by-products and target products with different compositions of the initial reaction mixture. The use of the software complex allows increasing the efficiency of designing chladones synthesis processes by reducing the time spent on selecting the hardware design of processes that ensure high conversion of raw materials and the required selectivity of processes for the target component.

With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence, particularly deep learning, intrusion detection methods based on deep learning have gained significant attention. Deep learning can automatically extract features from large datasets and classify complex patterns, offering better adaptability and flexibility than traditional methods. It is especially effective in handling dynamic industrial environments and unknown attacks, improving detection accuracy while reducing false positives and false negatives. However, challenges remain, such as model generalization and computational efficiency. To address these, this paper proposes an improved triplet neural network-based intrusion detection method for industrial control systems (ICS). The system includes modules for data collection, preprocessing, model construction, training, and real-time detection. By incorporating a self-attention mechanism, the improved model better recognizes complex attack patterns and adapts to new threats. Experimental results show an accuracy of 98.7%, with a significant reduction in false positives and false negatives, enhancing ICS security and providing a new approach for handling future cyberattacks.
