To improve their adaptability to various kinds of driving situations, deep learning-based vision algorithms need images from rare scenes, such as extreme weather conditions and traffic congestions. However, most datasets collected from physical driving environments are lack of such images, making vision models trained on these datasets do not work well in scarce scenes. Thus, we design an SST-GAN method for controllably generating realistic images of scarce driving scenes based on the framework of parallel vision. Trained on only a single sample, SST-GAN can produce hundreds of rare scene images from two directions: style transfer and content generation. Specifically, a transition retraining method is designed to transfer the weather and lighting styles from common scenes to scarce scenes, and a structural similarity index loss is used as reconstruction loss to guarantee the trained network can obtain more realistic content modification and generation during the image reconstruction. Experimental results show that SSTGAN outperforms the state-of-the-art method on expanding the amount of scarce scene images from both style and content. The method is highly adaptable and works flexibly on handling image generation problems for various types of rare scenes.

Testability modeling and analysis play an increasingly important role in improving the level of testability design of products. Based on the correlation matrix, the testability analysis is carried out with a gas purification subsystem as an example. Aiming at the complex feedback loop caused by the external condition test and the cycle, a method of disconnecting the complex feedback loop is proposed, which improves the testability and fault diagnosis ability of the subsystem, and provides a method guidance for the testability design of other systems. © 2022 IEEE.

A high-performance system for stabilizing the consumption mode of reactive power of an arc furnace (AF) has been developed. The system operates using the principles of thyristor control of the equivalent inductance of the throttles included in the primary circuit of the furnace transformer. The dependencies of the artificial external characteristics of the arc furnace for multicriteria optimal control of the process to stabilize the reactive power consumption mode are backgrounded. A computer model of the proposed system for reactive power optimal stabilization of the arc furnace was created. Model studies the integral indicators of dynamics and energy efficiency under regulation of random disturbances by the proposed system and a typical arc power regulator of the arc furnace. The obtained research results showed a comprehensive improvement in the quality indicators of the dynamics of reactive power stabilization and AF energy efficiency indicators.

This paper presents an enhanced Prandtl-Ishlinskii (EPI) model with a hybrid differential evolution optimization algorithm for the asymmetric and rate-dependent hysteresis description of a piezoelectric motion system. Considering the fact that the classic PI model can only describe symmetric hysteresis nonlinearities. To characterize the asymmetric and rate-dependent feature of the hysteresis non-linearities, both the radial basis function (RBF) neural networks and the polynomial function are introduced to construct the enhanced Prandtl-Ishlinskii (EPI) model, where the system input voltage and the derivative of the system input voltage are used as the input of the RBF neural networks. With the combination of the JAYA algorithm and the traditional differential evolution (DE) algorithm, an adaptive hybrid DE algorithm is developed to identify the coefficients of the polynomial and the weights of both the RBF neural network and the classic PI model. Compared with the traditional DE, the convergence speed is improved. Based on the inverse of the classic PI model, a feed-forward controller with the enhanced PI model is designed to achieve trajectory tracking. The effectiveness of both the presented hysteresis model and the proposed inverse control scheme is verified by the simulation and experimental results, which demonstrate excellent modeling accuracy and the satisfactory tracking performance.

This paper discusses the design and implementation of an advanced on-board control system for precise missile trajectory correction. It examines the architecture of the system, detailing the integration of sensors and control mechanisms for real-time adjustments. The 4th order Runge-Kutta method was chosen for its efficiency in solving the missile trajectory equations, ensuring accuracy under complex conditions. A comprehensive mathematical model was developed to account for drag, gravity and wind loads. Flight simulation in MATLAB provided a robust testing environment, with results demonstrating the system's effectiveness in minimizing trajectory deviations and improving targeting accuracy in combat scenarios. These results highlight the potential of the control system to meet defense accuracy requirements.

With the increasing level of digitalization of industrial cyber-physical systems, the cyber attack surface is growing and, as a result, the cyber security risks are growing. The compromise of such systems can lead to serious financial and environmental consequences both at the national and global level. The paper solves the problem of attack modeling for the industrial water treatment facilities, taking into account the specifics of the technological process. The developed attack model will be used to generate a dataset to study and research the cyber security of water treatment systems.

The study focuses on finding a numerical solution to a complex inverse problem involving a system of differential equations with non-local conditions. The problem involves unknown factors such as the capacity and location of impulse impacts and initial conditions, which makes it challenging to solve. A solution by reducing the problem to a parametric optimal control problem without initial conditions is proposed and suggest using first-order optimization methods to solve the problem numerically.

The work is devoted to the study of the control system of the moving platform of the manipulative robot. The purpose of the work is the development and research of an instrumental complex of control, analysis and modeling of the operation of positioning platforms based on a spherical mechanism for use in automated industrial systems. The state of use of multi-link positioning platforms in various industries was analyzed and their classification was provided, the main areas of use were determined. A comparative analysis of mathematical methods for describing the kinematic properties of positioning platforms was performed, namely: the closed vector contour method, the coordinate transformation method. A model with an analytical apparatus for controlling the drive links of the spherical mechanism according to the given scenarios of the orientation of the positioning platform was developed, as well as a mathematical model of inverse kinematics was made, the working space was modeled, and the service angles were determined, and a calculation and real-life experiment was conducted. For the first time, the work uses the dependencies of analytical geometry to implement algorithms for controlling a spherical mechanism by inverse kinematics, and offers software and hardware that combines visual modeling tools with real-time data transmission to a controller that controls the drivers of a spherical mechanism by direct kinematics. The result of the field experiment is the testing of the proposed control algorithm on the manufactured manipulator mechanism on the most common movements of the platform of the spherical mechanism and its exit to the extreme positions in order to determine the working space and the values of the service angles. A system of remote control of the spherical mechanism at the hardware level with an interactive interface and tracking of the positioning target has been implemented. © 2022 IEEE.

The article examines health problems in the pop-ulation of Russian regions using statistical methods such as correlation, cluster and factor analysis. A significant influence of environmental factors has been revealed. Three clusters have been identified: regions with high mortality, regions at risk and regions with low mortality. For the first cluster, factors influencing the ecology of the regions have been considered. Four groups of diseases have been identified using factor analysis and their contribution to the mortality rate of the population has been determined. These are cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, as well as digestive diseases and various neoplasms. The results obtained will contribute to the development of scientifically based solutions aimed at improving the health, standard of living and well-being of the population.
