In the industrial production field, a highly competitive sector, companies are increasingly facing complex decisionmaking problems that require the use of effective decision support tools. In this research area, multi-criteria decisionmaking (MCDM) methods are particularly useful as an effective tool to support decision makers (DMs) in critical decisionmaking processes ([1]). Our approach aims to propose the integration of a dynamic and prospective technique, already proposed in the literature, with a scenario analysis and a knapsack-like mixed-integer model for the optimal selection of processes on which to operate in order to reduce the expected impact of errors. In particular, the work analyzes the dynamic and prospective model formulated by [2] who proposes the Parsimonious AHP method ([3]) in a dynamic and prospective way. Furthermore, this work proposes the optimal selection of interventions on processes, for which the prediction of errors and their impact is more critical. The proposed approach has been tested on historical data from an international company in manufacturing sector ([2]). The results demonstrate that the adoption of a dynamic and prospective MCDM model allows us to provide accurate forecasts on the possible future rankings of errors in production processes since, through a feedback system deriving from past information, the ordering of errors is continuously updated. Moreover, the integration of forecasts with an optimal selection model allows to define the intervention planning that better meets the DM requirements. The model we propose can be used at a management level as a complete decision support tool for choices relating to the planning and control of production processes that can be easily implemented in companies' Internet of Thinks (IoT) systems ([4]).

Multi-Robot systems (MRS) are transforming diverse domains like logistics, cargo management, and agriculture. However, ensuring that the behavior is correct under various network conditions within such complex environments is challenging, and meeting the desired automation goals is difficult. We propose the CORNET 2.0 co-simulation framework to jointly and accurately simulate multi-agent robotic systems within physical environments and the communication network models within such environments. Our modular framework allows diverse robot and network models to seamlessly integrate to simulate the robot's autonomy, physical space, and network features, such as latency, throughput, and loss intrinsic to the network topology and communication technology. A key novelty of CORNET 2.0 is its accurate synchronizing of mobility and time, which ensures that the physical location of a robot at a point in time, and the network properties and packets that flow from that location, are aligned. This is vital to model and validate MRS coordination algorithms that rely on network interactions. We provide a detailed evaluation of CORNET 2.0 in modeling real-world MRS use cases, such as leader-follower and warehouse environments, that help highlights the benefits.

The antiviral immune response model has been generalized to take into account the effect of adsorption therapy on the development of disease process under conditions of small diffuse scattering of acting factors based on the synthesis of perturbation theory and modeling ideas of the adsorption mass transfer process. A computational technology of step-by-step asymptotic approximation of the solution to the corresponding model problem with time delay as a perturbation of solutions to degenerate problems without delay has been developed. The numerical experiment results demonstrate a predictive decrease in the concentration of viral elements in the target organ through their neutralization into the organism by adsorbents introduced. It is noted that the efficiency of adsorption drugs depends, in particular, on the moment of time for their introduction, which must be considered when making decisions on the formation of complex treatment programs using appropriate therapy.

Flight path optimization is to design an optimal flight path that minimizes an objective function under certain constraints. Because of the existence of many constraints, the objective function is non-convex function and most of the constraints are non-convex constraints, the flight path optimization problem of the aircraft is non-convex optimization problem with high constraints, and it is very difficult to solve the optimal control problem. In this paper, a convex optimization method is used to solve the flight path optimization problem of aircraft. The original non-convex optimization problem is transformed into a convex optimization problem after convex optimization treatment, which has the potential to solve complex optimization problems online and in real time. Simulation results show that the optimal solution can be obtained in a short time by using this method to solve the flight path optimization problem of aircraft. Compared with other optimization algorithms, the optimization time can be increased by more than 90%, which has good adaptability and high engineering application value.

We investigate possibilities of effective modeling the distributed-parameter systems using reservoir computing in such a way as to properly reconstruct the spatio-temporal dynamics defined in a given multidimensional domain. The setting examined here corresponds to situations where the locations of sensors and actuators are fixed allowing to delegate the complex system dynamics to a reservoir-based neural network which is trained based on the available measurement data. The proposed approach consists in imposing a proper partitioning of the spatial domain, then a specific structure of an echo state network is used to form the reservoir capable to follow not only temporal but also spatial dynamics of the system. As a result, an extremely effective approximator of the distributed system is obtained with relatively simple training procedure to deliver readout of the system state. Contrary to the classical numerical methods for solving distributed-parameter systems characterized by a large-scale we are able to reduce the dimesionality and computational-cost useful for state prediction and/or estimation in the real-time. The performance of the proposed approach is evaluated by numerical experiments on the transient displacements of the clamped plate.

In the course of military operations, the battlefield situation is changing rapidly and the aircraft is fleeting. How to quickly and accurately identify the enemy's combat intention is one of the important preconditions to ensure the commander to make a correct command decision, so as to obtain the battlefield initiative.
