systems become increasingly complex, grow in size and involve many subsystems. For such systems it is often desired to design local controllers for the subsystems, which do not exchange information. Reasons for this are multifold, spanning from limited communication, the desire for scalability, safety, up to flexibility. This work considers decentralized robust model predictive control for constrained linear, time-invariant systems, i.e. every subsystem operates a local controller and no communication between the controller takes place. For the design of the local controllers the proposed approach considers also the dynamics of the other subsystems, which allows to efficiently account for the unknown influence of the other subsystems. The approach guarantees closed loop robust constraint satisfaction and input-to-state stability and is illustrated by simulations.

At the present stage of development of automation systems, there is an acute problem of fast information processing. Often this is difficult to do due to the imperfection of the mathematical apparatus and modern means of automation. Therefore, modern technical solutions need refinement. And technical devices in the appropriate technical support. The article synthesizes the law of temperature field distribution in an isotropic rod based on impulse transition functions - the Green function. Mathematical modeling of the obtained law was carried out on a hybrid supercomputer using NVidia CUDA technology. Based on the mathematical modeling, the conclusion is made about the possibility of optimizing the temperature regimes in the considered control system. Conclusions about the number of heating elements and the number of members of the Fourier series are made. A Robust MPC strategy for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems (HVAC) is proposed in this work. The typical control objective of minimizing energy consumption while maintaining user comfort is considered in this work. Robust MPC is naturally suited for HVAC systems with the aforementioned control goal because it is a control strategy that considers process constraints and the optimization of a performance index, and explicitly handles uncertainty. In this system, the uncertainty comes from the ambient temperature and internal loads predictions, which are the main factors driving the thermal dynamics. Thus, effectively predicting their future behaviour and uncertainty aids for the quality of the control system. In this context, the main contribution of this work is the introduction of a new framework that uses fuzzy interval models for predicting bounds of uncertain variables in a Robust MPC formulation. These bounds are constructed so that the future values of the relevant variables are within them with a predefined probability. In this work, fuzzy interval models are trained and used to predict the future system disturbances, and these are in turn used to provide bounds for the predictions of room temperatures of the HVAC system. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed strategy, in terms of yielding higher percentage of constraints satisfaction when compared to a classical MPC method. Additionally, it is shown that an appropriate compromise between the system performance and the rate of constraint satisfaction can be achieved by varying the coverage probability of the fuzzy interval models.

The effectiveness of the functioning of the cyber-physical system is largely determined by the correctness of the model representation of the components of the production structure, including the human operator. Since the human operator's activity is characterized by high psycho-emotional stress, it can have a negative impact on the quality of the tasks to be solved. Therefore, constant monitoring of the functional state of people controlling complex devices, equipment and complexes is necessary. The article describes an approach to building an adequate model of a human operator, which is used to assess its functional state. It is based on the concept of a hierarchical representation of a virtual model of a complex system and a synergistic method of basic models. The results of psychological testing were used to estimate the parameters of the digital twin model of the upper level. At the lower level, the problem of identifying and building the cardiovascular system model is solved using synchronous biosignals (an electrocardiogram and a photoplethysmogram).

This paper introduces the composition and working principle of the servo control system. Through the modeling of the injection molding machine load, injection cylinder and servo motor drive system, using the SVPWM principle and designing the fuzzy controller, the overall simulation of the servo system is realized. The simulation results show that the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system has good servo performance, and the fuzzy controller can effectively control the complex injection system. At the same time, the servo control system is built. The test results show that the speed response performance and pressure response performance of fuzzy control are better. The pressure response time is 168ms and the speed response time is 164ms. Both are below 200ms, fully meeting the requirements of high speed and high response of electro-hydraulic hybrid precision injection molding machine. Compared with the PID control, the fuzzy control maintains the set pressure, and the set pressure value can be well tracked, and the error is greatly reduced.

For this reason, a linearized and decoupled double-pendulum overhead crane dynamic model is derived by adopting a disturbance observer and modal analysis technology. Next, a robust linear feedback controller, whose gains are obtained via LMI optimization method, is proposed. In the present work, the directions for expanding the intellectual capabilities of fuzzy controlsystems of complex technological objects are shown. Often, the operation of the control object is carried out either in the conditions of incomplete information, or significant deficiencies in the mathematical description, both in terms of the system of differential equations and in the restrictions imposed on the system as a whole. Overcoming these shortcomings with the use of typical fuzzy approaches is fraught with difficulties associated both with the algorithmic complexity of the knowledge base, the information redundancy of the linguistic variables used, and a significant number of fuzzy terms in a given control range. In the implementation of generally accepted control procedures based on soft calculations, difficulties arise with the implementation of the adaptive properties of such systems. The combination of various algorithms of fuzzy inference allows solving intellectual controlproblems for multicriteria and multifactor problems. At the same time, a different combination of such fuzzy conclusions enhances the various properties of such systems, for example, robustness, multitasking, aggregate control in the areas of large and small signals, etc. The paper presents models of two systems with a combination of algorithms for fuzzy logic inference Sugeno-Sugeno and Sugeno-Mamdani, analyzes the main characteristics of controlsystems using such multi-stage systems, identifies advantages and disadvantages for various combinations of algorithms, presents simulation results. This paper presents the simplified modelling approach to characterize sudden load disturbance in WirelessHART (TM). Two approaches are presented. The model was firstly formulated through Laplace transformation, where the resulting integral equation renders non-linear optimization problems into simple linear optimizations. Experiments were conducted on a coupled tanks system connected through the WirelessHART (TM) protocol. Based on the initial fit to the experimental results, the second model then places two locally affine relationships, one for the load flow disturbances, and the other for the level measurements to the responses. The extended locally affine model gave on average a 25 % reduction in errors, compared to the Laplace-based method, while better captured the non-linear effects resulting from the WirelessHART (TM).
