Computer network technology has been increasingly infiltrated into the industrial control system and made the security problems more complex and changeable. Network security situation awareness technology can perceive the real-time threats that the network faced, and provide reliable basis for decision-making. This paper mainly focuses on the situation assessment and introduces finite state machine and fuzzy logic theory. Finite state machine can intuitively show the internal state transition of the industrial control system and detect the malicious packet attack's type and severity. Fuzzy logic balances the semantic fuzziness and event uncertainty in the process of situation assessment, fuses the output data of the state machine and obtains the threat level which is helpful for decision analysis. Proved, the method proposed in this paper can give a reasonable and accurate security assessment of industrial control system.

In this paper, we present a practical and systematic method of model identification and controller design for a quadrotor tail-sitter UAV that is susceptible to significant model uncertainty, various flexible modes and complicated aerodynamic damping effect. Flight experiments are designed and carried out to produce a frequency domain model of the aircraft, from which several flexible modes are observed. This system identification method is well suited to the modeling of complex UAV systems, and allows for the rapid update of aircraft models when mechanical changes are made to the aircraft configuration. Besides this, it clearly captures the flexible modes of an aircraft, and enables explicit analysis of them. Guided by this, the controller design, optimization and limitations can be easily seen. Based on the Bode diagram of the identified aircraft model, loop-shaping techniques are applied to design the feedback controllers for all channels (pitch, roll and yaw) of the angular rate loop, and the system stability and robustness are analyzed. We believe that these frequency-domain-based modeling and controller design techniques are promising to qualitatively characterize the aircraft's robustness and performance, as well as to achieve reliable and safe operations of UAVs in actual environments where both model uncertainties and external disturbances often take place. Finally, simulation and experiments are presented to validate the effectiveness of this framework and to show the controller's performance.

In article the research of dynamics of change of electromagnetic parameters of the controlled special electric drives is conducted. Special electric drives are the controlled cascade electric drives of cylindrical and axial designs. The research of dynamics of change of parameters was executed to a basis of a method of electromagnetic transformation of energy and the theory of electromagnetic chains. As a result for new mathematical models of an electromagnetic system of the research electric drives parameters of the electromagnetic field of the closed round of one coil of an electric winding with electric current in a homogeneous environment are determined. The solved task is spatial as distribution of electromagnetic induction in a round of the set form of the electromagnetic coil is defined. The received conclusions of determination of electromagnetic parameters of cylindrical and axial electric motors of special electric drives allow to solve correctly problems of modeling, design and improvement of efficiency of the research electric drives and other electromechanical converters of energy of various designs. Results of a research are applicable for creation of the computer-aided engineering system of the research electric drives and the solution of problems of modeling and design. The conducted research allows to create electric drives optimum mass-dimensional and power indicators.

Train control system is designed for ensuring the safety of trains in rail operation, and route safety is a key problem of train control. Due to its safety-critical nature and complicated circumstance, train control system is a typical large-scale and complex system. To address the serious challenge of route safety verification in the system development, this paper proposes a novel method by integrating the function model and the fail-safe fault model of train control. According to the fail-safe principle of railway signaling, with the help of Scade formalism, route safety properties are expressed into a fault tree. The two models are investigated for compatibility and, interlinkage constrains are discussed. Then integration rules are defined to combine the fault tree model and the function model into one lumping model, on which the safety verification is performed using Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). To illustrate how to apply the approach, examples are carried out on a part of WuGuang high-speed railway line in China. The results show that the proposed method has a good performance and meets the critical requirements of route safety verification for train control system.

Go-flow method is an effective method to evaluate the reliability of complex systems with multi-timing characteristics, but at the same time, go-flow method has numerous operators and complex algorithms, which restricts the application of go-flow method in nuclear power reliability analysis. The reliability analysis method based on dynamic Bayesian network (DBN) is used to analyze the reliability of water supply system. Firstly, the mapping rules of go-flow operators to DBN nodes are defined. Then, according to the control logic and component characteristics of the water supply system, select the corresponding operator to establish the go-flow reliability model of the water supply system, and map the model to DBN model according to the corresponding rules. Finally, the mapped DBN model is quantitative solved. The sensitivity analysis (SA) of the model was carried out to obtain the influence degree of different components of the system. This method has the characteristics of high applicability, clear structure and fast computation.

In industrial robotic assembly process, the work surrounding environment is generally described by contact state when vision-based systems fail for occluded parts. To solve contact state recognition problem, the paper builds an assembly process model based upon Support Vector Regression (SVR) and Particle Swarm Optimal (PSO), which maps the relationship between assembly contact state and robotic executive action. The established SVR model, whose parameters is optimized by PSO, used to predict the next motion of robot. The effectiveness and accuracy of the established model based on SVR and PSO are further demonstrated by experiments using fasten-assembly of circuit breaker in low-voltage apparatus automotive assembly. Results show that the proposed method is able to model the complex assembly process of low-voltage apparatus to construct the assembly rule base and lay the foundation for improving the flexibility and rapidity of small assembly.

Creation of the Galaxy model describing formation and evolution of binary stars requires generating and testing hypotheses related to the process of formation of binary stars and distributions of their characteristics. A set of hypotheses can be generated on the basis of a number of publications that suggested the formation of binary systems. We describe the project aimed at finding initial distributions of binary stars over masses of components, mass ratios of them, semi-major axes and eccentricities of orbit, and also pairing scenarios by means of Monte-Carlo modeling of the sample of visual binaries of luminosity class V with a set of additional restrictions, so it can be considered as free of observational incompleteness effects. We present results which allow rejecting some estimated initial distributions of visual binary star parameters. © 2019, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The electrical power system is becoming more and more complex with the increasing demand of the electricity across the world, as the world is becoming the global village. The electrical power system must be reliable and safe enough to fulfil the energy requirements with the continuous supply of energy. The chances of power system's blackouts and outages are increasing with its increased complexity. So, there is a need of an efficient control system to make the power system more safe, efficient and reliable. Wide Area Monitoring, Protection and control system (WAMPAC) is becoming an emerging technology for an efficient monitoring, protection and control of power system. Phasor measurement unit (PMU) is an integrated part of wide area monitoring, protection and control (WAMPAC) system, which can be used for monitoring, protection and control of complex electrical power systems. PMU gives the synchronized phasor measurements of voltage and current and can easily monitor and control even small disturbances in power system to protect the power system from any blackouts and outages before any fault occurs. In the proposed paper a PMU model is designed in MATLAB/Simulink and then PMU is used for power system protection and the comparative analysis are done with the conventional protection technique for an interconnected two-area network power system.

In this paper, projection techniques of an initial-boundary value problem formulated originally in PDEs to a system of ODEs of small dimension are presented. Properties of various quadratic relations derived from energy terms that arise in different problems of mathematical physics are studied and discussed. As an example, integrodifferential formulations of a 2-D heat transfer problem are considered. A feedforward control problem for heat transfer processes in a metal plate is reduced to a system of ordinary differential equations based on the finite element method and semi-discrete approximations with polynomial basis functions for which an analysis of the problem is performed. Finally, results of numerical simulations are presented and discussed.

In the driving technology of brushless DC motor (BLDCM), there are two methods: vector control (sine wave control) and 120 degree square wave control (rectangular wave control). In the analysis of some applications of medical instruments by BLDCM, the vector control method makes the running noise of BLDCM small, and has good low-speed torque stability and stability, but the power loss of the vector control mode is large. In addition, the software structure is complex and the adaptability to the motor is relatively poor. In this paper, combined with the application of BLDCM in medical walking assisted robot, firstly, in Matlab/Simulink, the simulation model of the system is constructed. Then, PID parameters are obtained by modeling and analyzing the system. Through the simulation data comparison vector control and 120 degree square wave control, the speed following characteristics under two control modes prove that the superiority of using 120 degree square wave control under the premise of meeting the actual operation requirements. This paper has important guiding significance for the development of medical robot drive technology.
