Clearly the need for autonomous robots and automated systems is more critical for space construction than terrestrial construction work. It is the collective performance of these devices rather than their individual performances that should be optimized, which calls for the highest level of precision and coordination among all active agents in the field. The control and coordination of swarms of robots can be done through agent-based modeling which is a potentially effective method of coordinating multiple agents with complex behaviors without central control. This leads to a more efficient but complex workflow that minimizes collisions between robots, decreases their idle time, and reduces their travel distances for example. In this paper, the needs for new construction management techniques for space construction projects is discussed. Also, a discussion of the need for implementation of agent-based modeling, as an efficient decentralized coordination technique is presented.

The traditional predictive correction algorithm requires a large number of iterative calculations for the predicted trajectory, which greatly occupies a large amount of computing resources, so that the real-time solution of the guidance command can not be guaranteed, and the guidance accuracy will have a large impact. And the prediction correction guidance requires the algorithm to have the ability of selfadaptation and intelligent learning. Therefore, this paper proposes a cross-cycle iterative hypersonic UAV predictive correction guidance method based on reinforcement learning. The parametric control variable (CVP) method is used to construct the parametric model of the guidance command. The actor-critic-based reinforcement learning method is used to solve the guidance command in real time, and the guidance information is effectively transmitted in the adjacent guidance solution cycle. The guidance error converges to within the allowable accuracy range during the cross-cycle iteration. Monte Carlo simulation shows that the proposed method has good adaptability to initial conditions and flight parameter uncertainty, and can guarantee the real-time performance of the guidance command while achieving high-precision guidance.

In an effort to overcome the problem on raw materials for the production process in manufacturing highly complex and must be continuously strived to maintain the quantity and quality of production results so that the costs incurred due to problems in the procurement of raw materials can be pressed. Various difficulties in the risk control system in raw materials warehouse becomes an obstacle for the company to maximize its long-term profit. This research paper presents a conceptual model for risk control of failure in raw materials warehousing, which is influenced by various factors in the form of defective materials, materials deficiencies, delays and materials error. Whereas, each factor influenced by inspection variables, loading unloading, allocated materials, retrieval, procedures, worker skills, and facilities. Conceptual modeling is done using the qualitative phase of system dynamic (SD) methodology on the network and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The level of improvement in the conceptual model is given for the continuous improvement and improvement of the system of risk control in the raw materials warehouse.

Computer aided tolerancing (CAT) in the automobile industry is implemented by CAD tools. These tools analyze the manufacturability of complex assemblies with rigid single parts in an early stage to reduce the product development time and the cost for hardware prototypes. This paper proposes an approach to implement tolerance simulation for a compliant assembly, which includes manufacturing processes such as clinching, bolting and hemming by applying tolerance simulation tool. The fender- BIW system is simulated as a compliant–rigid system and the simulation model is applied to two production scenarios. The simulation results are compared with real measurement data, which demonstrates the efficacy of using simulation in early production as opposed to prototyping or other methods of design by showing the strong correlation between simulation results and as-built products.

The amount of safety-critical embedded systems in automotive development is heavily growing. Ensuring their reliability not only increases the complexity of functions but also requires determinism at design and execution time, which is considerably challenging to fulfill and verify for multi-core processors. The Logical Execution Time (LET) is recently recognized in automotive industry as an approach for ensuring deterministic functional behavior. However, to decrease the manual design effort and time for deploying such complexsystems to multi-core platforms and for ensuring their strict timing and safety requirements, automatic solutions are needed. This work presents a solution for allocating tasks to multi-core processors and generating a time-triggered schedule for embedded systems considering safety, timing, and LET semantics. The approach we propose solves both challenges by defining them as a Constraint Satisfaction Problem (CSP). To examine our CSP formulation, we use MiniZinc, which is a solver-independent constraint modeling language that can employ a variety of solvers. In a case study, we explore optimizations of an industrial system that are enabled by scheduling and task allocation design decisions. Further, the performance of the proposed solutions is evaluated based on large set of synthetically generated system models.

The article deals with the methods of recognition based on the use of artificial neural networks (ANN). These methods are not parametric in conditions of stochastic operation of electrical networks. This is a disadvantage in its application to the relay protection issue. There proposed a method of recognition using a correlation signal processing apparatus. Large cities situated within the developing countries facing one of the most important problems are heavy traffic congestion. It happened because of fast urbanization n. Many modern infrastructures for constructing a traffic signal have been introduced. Due to high maintenance cost and less knowledge of local workers that infrastructure doesn't work well. In this paper, we proposed a new technique for signal control framework, which estimates the traffic flows using the image analysis. For this technique inexpensive Web cameras are required for supporting signal control strategy which is based on traffic volume on that particular time. Traffic volumes can be estimated with few observation points. Based on that, signal controls can be adjusted. Numerical experiments of this proposed work confirmed that average travel time is reduced to 20.6% while comparing to the fixed-time signal control.

Due to wide variety of interfaces and complex bus protocols, the general detection system has problems such as high bus usage threshold and poor portability of the host computer software, which greatly reduces the user's development efficiency of the detection system. In response to the issue, this paper designs a universal interface module for PCIe based on vs. The module provides unified functional interfaces, through which the data transmission of all bus devices can be easily and reliably controlled. In this paper, the design idea of the universal interface module is explained. Finally, the module is illustrated and the result shows that the designed scheme is feasible.
